Disappointed with this hotel for the following reasons: 1. Check in time was 2pm but our room was still not ready when we reached for check in at about 4 plus pm. Had to wait for housekeeping to clean our room, very bad! 2. Upon check in, room had urine smell and had to request housekeeping to come clean again and sprayed air refresher. 3. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and the lift broke down on second day of our stay and all the guests had to climb the stairs. Very bad they took so long to repair and lift was not made good when we checked out. The poor hotel staff and security guard had to hand carry our luggages down from the fourth floor. Really appreciative! They did it for the other guests also 😅😅😅 4. Hotel breakfast was the same everyday and not much variety, so do not expect too much. Much said for the above, staff was generally friendly and pretty responsive when we had queries or required assistance though...

Location is very perfect for tourist. Easy to find local food restaurant. And many of delicious food

Breakfast and room is good.(according to budget).Could not find a better rate at this location. The staff are friendly. Communication with the staff is a hassle because no one speaks english. They use Digital translators(App). Room partitions are very thin, you can hear other peoples talk(/Activities).

Very close to Longest Day in Chang'an (长安十二时辰), near Everbright City, hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast needs improvement

Good location, a stone throw away from Dayanta, Grand Tang Dynasty Ever Bright City. Poor soundproof, you can clearly hear the conversation next door.

Ah, the hygiene, I suspect the auntie has not been trained, there are a lot of small particles on the bed, the toilet seat has marks that can't be wiped off, for people with mysophobia, it is impossible to sit on it, although there is a disposable toilet cover, I still get my hands dirty, it is automatic and intelligent, the water sprays directly out, the bathroom is small and crowded, the spots on the wall are unbearable to see. I suggest that the boss should change the bathroom products, it's too unbearable. Having said that, the service is not bad, but it can't do anything. I won't go there again

The hotel is located near the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, which is quiet in a bustling city. It is very convenient for travel and has an elegant environment. The rooms are large and sanitary. The breakfast is complete, refreshing and delicious. The front desk is also very enthusiastic. In short, it is a very satisfactory accommodation experience.

The customer service was very good, and the room type was upgraded for free. There is a large courtyard on the third floor of the hotel, and the children saw many rabbits. The Twelve Hours of Chang'an is at the door, and the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps is a few minutes away. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the fountain at night. Datong Furong Garden and the Polar Oceanarium are very close.

A third-floor family and a friend's family went to Xi'an with their children. Because the children were relatively young, they chose a place close to the Never Sleeping City and Furong Garden. After comparing several hotels, they decided on Wan'ao Courtyard. It takes 3-5 minutes to walk to Chang'an Twelve Hours, 5-8 minutes to Chang'an Never Sleeping City, and about 10 minutes to Furong Garden. It is also very convenient to take the subway to the Bell and Drum Tower during the day. The hotel service staff is super enthusiastic. The cafeteria aunt is very friendly and interacts with our baby every day. The hotel front desk sister is afraid of disturbing the children's rest and specially arranged a quieter room for us. Very good, very satisfied~ Finally, two photos of the room, the light and shadow are amazing!

The room was upgraded after I arrived. The hotel breakfast and hygiene were very good. The location is great. It is very close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Tang Dynasty City. I will choose this hotel next time.
