We stayed here for 6 nights, I arrived at the hotel around 1:45pm and showed my check-in voucher to remind the front desk male staff that we had a free room upgrade but he said nothing But we were given a dead end room. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The carpet was so dirty. Room AI xiaotoo and a short-haired lady cleaner are friendly and helpful in this hotel .
