The room is great and comfortable…the service and attitude of the staff is excellent and they speak good English. The bath and view from the room are also very good. Breakfast could be improved with more vegetables and better coffee.

We recently stayed for 1 night. But we need spend more time in Xiamen for an unexpectedly long time. So, back to this hotel and stayed a few more days. We received a very warm welcome at check-in and a welcome back gift in the room. Beautiful room with a wide and nice view, good desk to do the work and a lovely sofa to relax. Neat cleaning of the room every day. We gratefully made use of the Continental Club on the 8th floor. Very tasty, high-quality and delicious food. The furnishings feel like a living room where you immediately feel at home and at ease. The wait staff is professional and friendly with an appropriate distance. The hotel manager and the relationship manager made an effort for a personal conversation. Very attentive. Sufficiently qualified restaurants and lobby for your high tea with friends or business meetings. Highly recommended.

This stay experience is really good! Although Ctrip says the hotel was renovated a few years ago, it is really very clean. The service of an old hotel is really incomparable ~ the staff are very kind and friendly, and the price/performance ratio is very high. Thank you to the hotel staff for taking care of me these two days~ 1. I highly praise the aunt who cooks noodles and porridge for breakfast! My wife is so enthusiastic and smiles every day, which makes me feel so good when I wake up early in the morning. When I went there on the first day, I wanted to cook some raw porridge. My aunt taught me how to put the ingredients and what ingredients should be put together to make it delicious. It turned out really good. This porridge is definitely suitable for both north and south! I learned to do the same when I got home. There is also sister Liang Yanli in the breakfast area (I don’t know if I got the name wrong). She is also very welcoming. I feel warm after having breakfast. I said hello to them when I left, see you next time! 2. Sister Huang Chuan was highly praised. The front desk receptionist was Sister Huang Chuan. She explained the routine matters in detail when we checked in. She also introduced the hotel's services such as breakfast and executive lounge, and helped us upgrade the room for free😊. 3. Ms./Mr. Xu Rong, who cleans up the room service, is very attentive. This time it was the neatest I have seen in a while. In addition to the regular replenishment of supplies and making the bed, even slippers and glasses cases were arranged with help. It must have been because we were taking a bath, and they thoughtfully prepared soap and message notes. 4. Also praise Huanhuan, the waiter who prepared the welcome snacks! All in all a great experience. I will still choose this restaurant next time I come. The transportation is also convenient, with the subway station at the door and very close to Xiagu Pier. Suitable for business and travel🚩

Wow what a brilliant hotel! I had originally booked for 2 nights and was going to go somewhere else in Fujian for my last 2 nights but we liked the hotel so much we spent the whole stay here. The staff is super friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to help us. The hotel has a lot of great amenities including a spa, swimming pool and restaurant. The pool has a really great view over the lake and of the city. The breakfast is mostly Chinese which is fine for me. I recommend the noodles they were delicious. We also ordered in from the hotel restaurant and tried Xiamen’s ginger duck which I highly recommend trying. The location is also brilliant it’s a 10 minute didi to Xiamen train station, the ferry to Gulangyu, the Paragon centre, the Mixc etc. There’s also a hospital next door that has a really quick and efficient covid testing centre for those of you that need a covid test to travel. Overall this was a great hotel and I will definitely be back for my next trip

We stayed during the dragon boat festival and the hotel has a great location, close to the main attractions. The staff were veery friendly and even though they didn't speak English they went above and beyond what we hoped for. Eason (嘉平) was wonderful and helped us book a tour to see the haka houses, he is a great asset to the hotel. Thank you to everyone and if we come back we will definitely book here again.

I was impressed with the front office staff Ms. JuanJuan Liao, she was cheerful, professional and helpful; I would rate her as one of the best hotel staff I have ever met. Given the GM Mr. Paul Zhang demonstrated as a great leader over my stay of 4 nights at the hotel, he was very hands on and professionally offered support to his staff and guests. They are great asset to the Company.

Brilliant location, helpful staff, who helped with all belongings, taxi order, provided later check up. Breakfast was rich, full of local food, vegetable, fruit. Whereas we check out on 29th of September ( mid autumn festival ), branch was provided for free. Room equipped on higher standard, perfect gym. Fully recommended for business travellers, who need fast wifi connection.

The room was okay to stay in, and the service from the assistant manager 1105 in the lobby was attentive and enthusiastic. The scenery around the hotel is good and traveling is very convenient. The service at Swan Hotel is very good and the response is timely. The hotel's breakfast is delicious. The room has a bathtub and the bed is very comfortable. It is cleaned on time every day. There are TV shows on the set-top box, and I watched the movie If You Are the One 3 in the hotel.

I have been to this hotel before and it still have the same service as before.. The staff have been very helpful and courteous as well It made our visit even more pleasurable

🍃Environment: One word absolutely! The owner is a designer with good taste. The style and design of the hotel is unique, and the use of each space is very clever. The overall atmosphere will be very warm. The lady at the front desk is kind-hearted, lively and lovely, and many small details will be very considerate, which will make you deeply moved. 🧹Hygiene: Auntie is very strong and meticulous in her hygiene. 🚗 Transportation: It is convenient to go to work, the surrounding business district is perfect, and it is not blocked when going out of the island during peak hours.
