My overall stay exceeded expectations; I'm very satisfied. Both the hotel's facilities and service deserve a full five-star rating. The room itself was clean and bright, with well-maintained furniture and appliances. The air conditioning provided stable cooling, which was great. The bathroom facilities were in perfect working order, with ample water pressure and instant hot water. The bedding was fluffy and soft, leading to excellent rest quality, and the room offered plenty of storage space with all necessary amenities provided. The hotel's public areas were tidy and elegant, well-maintained, and public facilities were neatly arranged, making for a comfortable experience upon entry and exit. The front desk staff were warm and friendly – very pleasing. Check-in was swift and efficient, and they provided detailed and thorough answers to my inquiries, quickly responding to any needs I raised. Room service was meticulous and professional; the room was thoroughly cleaned, consumables were replenished promptly, and the service was discreet and non-intrusive. From the maintenance of the hardware facilities to the service provided by the frontline staff, you can truly feel the hotel's high standard of management. My entire stay was reassuring and pleasant. It's suitable for both business travel and short leisure trips, offering outstanding value for money. I will prioritize staying here again when I'm in the area and would gladly recommend it to friends who are traveling. I really liked it.

My family of three visited Xiamen during the off-season. Since we were driving, we wanted a hotel with parking. We booked through Ctrip and spent a lot of time reading reviews before finally choosing the Miye Hotel. We were absolutely delighted. The two friendly staff at the front desk were very helpful and upgraded our room. The hotel also paid attention to every detail. A small sign on the wall at the front desk clearly listed bus routes to tourist attractions. There's a large parking lot in front of the hotel, making parking a breeze for self-drive travelers. There's also an electric charging station. The bus stop is also very close. Overall, we had a great rest and a great mood thanks to our choice of hotel. Our next stop is Quanzhou, a 5A scenic area. We plan to book a hotel through Ctrip again and look forward to a good experience there as well.

Our stay this time was absolutely fantastic! Not only did they upgrade us for free to a lake-view room with a stunning view – opening the window revealed the sparkling lake of Bailuzhou Park, and at night we could enjoy the incredible night view of Sea World – but from the moment we walked in, we felt an unparalleled level of attentive service. Every staff member greeted us with a smile, and they were especially patient and kind with our child. The biggest surprise was when the front desk lady saw we had a little one and immediately offered cute cartoon balloons, which our child adored throughout the trip.

The room was very clean, but the soundproofing wasn't great. The air conditioning worked perfectly though. The front desk lady was also lovely; she gave guests tips on what to see and do. It was also really convenient for getting around with elderly family, whether by taxi or bus. My only complaint is that the breakfast options were always the same, and I hope they can improve that.

This was my first stay at the Pan Pacific Xiamen, and I was really impressed. The staff were all incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. A special thanks goes to Manager Zeng at the front desk, who assigned a room that perfectly suited my preferences, making my stay smooth and comfortable. The hotel's location is also fantastic – right next to a subway entrance and bus stops, with everything you could need nearby. It's also very close to Dongdu Wharf and Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, which was incredibly convenient.

The room was spacious, clean, and odor-free. The owner was very welcoming, picking us up from the parking lot and helping us with our luggage. The hot water and air conditioning were excellent. The room had an induction cooker and a washer-dryer combo, which was fantastic and very convenient. The owner was very thoughtful, providing a clothes rack and a large wardrobe for storage. The room was cozy, like being at home. It was very quiet at night. Transportation and dining are very convenient, and there's a street full of bars nearby. It's only about a ten-minute walk to the subway or bus stop. It's also not far from the Dongdu Ferry Terminal, about a twenty-minute walk. The owner even showed us how to buy ferry tickets to Gulangyu Island.

This is an excellent hotel. Located in Siming District, it's very convenient for self-driving to anywhere on Xiamen Island. It's a business hotel situated within a commercial complex. There's a dedicated hotel parking lot. The garage signs are clear, and following them makes it easy to enter the hotel's parking area. Check-in is on the fifth floor. There's also an attached restaurant downstairs, and it's very close to the subway station, though I didn't use it. The hotel also has many family-friendly facilities. With a swimming pool, table tennis, billiards, VR games, and board games, the kids didn't want to go anywhere else and just wanted to stay at the hotel. The service was very friendly. The hotel restaurant is quite good, with a relatively complete range of food sections. Although the taste of the food was just average, the variety was rich. Coupled with the five-star service, some minor flaws can be overlooked. There's a self-service laundry room. I stayed in a mountain-view room on the 11th floor, and aside from some water stains on the ceiling from a leak, everything else was very satisfactory. I requested a non-smoking room, and they specifically checked and treated it to be smoke-free. Checking in was a bit slow, but checking out was quick; I just handed in the room card and left.

The room is relatively spacious, bright and clean. The price for staying during the Spring Festival is acceptable. It is convenient to park by car. The waiters are warm and talkative. It is quite comfortable for both the elderly and children in the family to stay here.

My stay at Pullman Xiamen Powerlong was fantastic. It's right by Yundang Lake, so after dinner, I enjoyed a lovely stroll along the lake, admiring the beautiful lake views and city lights. The front desk service was friendly and efficient; they gave me great practical advice on local attractions and food. The room assigned by the lady at the front desk was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Plus, there's a heated pool perfect for unwinding after a day of travel. The location is excellent, making it a worthwhile choice for a trip to Xiamen.

The pillows offered different levels of firmness, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The soundproofing throughout the room was spot on, almost completely blocking out noise from the corridor and outside. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, appliances were comprehensive, and the Wi-Fi speed was stable and good for working. 3. **Room Service**: The concierge actively helped with large luggage, and when asked about outings, provided objective recommendations for local food and attractions (there's also a brochure for reference). Check-in and check-out were quick, with no long queues, and the staff were very friendly, proactively informing us about the elevator, breakfast, and gym locations. 4. I also noticed the hotel has a parking lot, which is great for travelers driving themselves. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations and offered incredible value for money; the whole experience was seamless.
