Hotels in Dongguan Grand Mosque/Lower Nanguan Street, Xining

Room was spacious but somewhat worn, with minor stained bedding, dingy shower floor and a very old water kettle. Location was excellent, very central in an older part of city, though a bit noisy with traffic. Hotel has washing machines but no dryer, which i was not told at check-in even though i asked specifically about them. Most of the staff seemed distant. Breakfast was quite good.

Upon check-in on the first day, we were offered a complimentary yogurt, which was quite tasty. However, that evening, the power in our room inexplicably went out. After about a ten-minute wait, an electrician arrived to fix it, and the power was restored. The front desk service was excellent; to compensate for the inconvenience, they kindly provided us with breakfast vouchers. Breakfast was quite good overall, with tasty food and attentive service. The room was clean, and the location was fantastic – just a 10-minute walk to Mojia Street and the night market. The only drawback was ongoing road construction right outside the entrance, which made getting a taxi a bit inconvenient. Fortunately, the construction noise stopped by around 7 PM, so it didn't really affect our stay. This hotel is part of the same group as Home Inn and is located in the same building.

The environment is very clean and tidy, there is no smell at all, the air is still smelling of oranges, and the comparison with other hotels in the room full of smoke is really the most perfect plus item 👍 The room also has air-conditioning refrigerator configuration, the hotel also has gym laundry room and other facilities, all available The reception service attitude at the front desk really didn't have to say, it was very good. When I checked out and left, I also gave us a small gift. It was very cute and liked ～. Next time I choose a hotel, I will also choose orange 🍊

A welcome sight not far from where the Airport bus drops. 12 minutes walk to the main railway station - if you like steep stairs on the underpass. Convenient walk to Dogguan Mosque site, local restaurants and City Mall. Grandiose lobby (where you check in) is on the 21st floor. Many facilities on different floors, but most seemed shuttered and unavailable. Hallway and room were in excellent condition. Nice room layout and view of the city. However, shower room light would not turn off at night. Study desk was a bit wobbly. Muslim Specialty restaurant has a high end menu but the sofas are not suited for dining, I think. Hotel's free vegetarian breakfast buffet was very tasty.

The Qinghai-Gansu Loop Line landed in Xining, and I stayed at Xining Building because the plane arrived early. I checked in at the hotel after 10 o'clock. The hotel is one of the older star hotels with a good location, very close to Xining Station, good service, and the luggage was delivered to the room. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. It was close to several night markets, and I went to the Nanxiaguan Market twice, a place frequented by locals, and bought some food as supplies for the next day's journey. The breakfast was not so good, there was nothing to eat. Our room was close to the road outside, and it was a bit noisy at night.

My bestie recommended this place, and I'm glad she did! From the front desk staff to the cleaning aunties, everyone was incredibly friendly. There was even a staff member by the elevator who was super enthusiastic, warmly greeting and advising every guest getting into the lift. The surrounding area is lively; as soon as you step out of the hotel, you're right in the middle of a bustling night market with tons of delicious food – roasted lamb, yogurt, all sorts of fruits, you name it. The hotel itself is conveniently located, clean, and safe. It's easy to get anywhere, and it's only 3 kilometers from the train station, so a taxi ride is just 10 yuan. What truly touched me was that during the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel even gave us beautiful silk scarves and a heartfelt handwritten card. They really put thought into it! Five stars, I highly recommend everyone to book this place with their eyes closed! (^_^)v

I was very impressed with the hotel I stayed in this time. The service staff was very friendly, helped with the luggage, and introduced the surrounding attractions. The room was clean and tidy without any flaws. The food tastes great, the steamed buns and flower rolls for breakfast are very fresh, and the hotel parking is very convenient. I will choose this hotel again in the future!

The staff at this hostel is very kind hearted and welcoming — we even received a free room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise! The interior is cozy and the location is also great, with a nearby bus stop, multiple restaurants and a supermarket.
