AAlb33It was a lovely staying after Christmas and wonderful location for tourists. The room is relatively big and very comfortable, you’d have a tiny modern kitchen with cutlery, water boiler and hob as well as a fridge. Not to mention the blackout curtains did the job! We had a very good sleep for 2 nights :)
The receptionist was very kind and helping! He recommended a restaurant called ‘Au Relais’ for lunch nearby and it turned out absolutely amazing!!
At last, we really enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby so cheap and convenient!
GGuest UserArrived at 2pm on the day of check-in, let us check in early.
The accommodation is located in the first district, not far from the Louvre, Orange Park, Oasis, and the Navy House.
There is a check-in guide in the room, which writes the use of room facilities, major attractions, famous restaurants nearby, supermarket pharmacies and other information for the convenience of guests.
Coffee capsules will not be replenished. There is no daily cleaning, if needed, advance notice and is charged according to the room type.

GGuest UserThis place has real value for money. Our studio had so much space to move about...separate kitchen, a toilet and bath, a little space in front of the door to park a pram and enough space to hang some clothes. I don't think we would have gotten the same space if we booked into a normal hotel, unless paying for a really expensive one. We basically walked to everywhere from here as this was right in the middle of the places we wanted to see, this was about 30 min. walk to the Eiffel tower. There were also loads of places to eat near the hotel. If you have a car, they only have 1 available parking. Otherwise the Metro is only a stone throw away from here.
FFai OstoosThe time we were there was short, but very pleasant! The studio is very clean and comfortable, close to the main points I needed. The service was very good, the staff were attentive and kind. The only thing I missed was basic hygiene items, such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. When I return to Paris I will consider staying there again.
KKB KanThe location is great! Bus no.30 just in front of hotel lobby.
All is good except the surrounding a bit under-rated esp the roadside with some smell.
Room is good but too bad no having Aircond may be due to winter. The room getting warm & hot as the windows was locked and no fresh air flow in.
Staff managed to get me a fan to ease my situation.
Recommend to stay.
CChee LumIt is not a bad location, there is a fast food, local restaurant and supermarkets within 5 minute walk. Unless we walk another 10 minutes, there is only 1 subway line which is fine. Its not quite a tourist area and there is a weekend market selling antiques nearby.
We reserved was a studio type, its spacious enough to open 2 large luggage and still have space to walk around. The bed is alright but there is only 1 window to lit up the place which is rather insufficient but it works too in a sense. Kitchen is well equip with ovens, inductors, pots, pans, cutleries and cleaning utensils. It is a small kitchenette nevertheless but good enough for a weeks stay. There are no coffee in the unit so we have to walk to the breakfast area for it, which is fine because the machine offers a wide variety of drinks. Only bad thing is that the heater was not working in our unit but a replacement heater was bought in. Staffs are nice and do not mind conversing in English. Do start with bon jour at least.
Its not a lavish place, but a place to stay for a few days or weeks. For the price, I think its about there. Its Paris after all.
Would I return? Yes sure

WWai See CindyThe receptionist was very rude when I checked in No greetings, no smile and had a long face. I actually did not know what happened to her. However, when I went down the next day, she was very kind and polite to the white people guest. I strongly believe she is discriminated against Asian guest. Another receptionist is very polite when I checked in two days earlier and stayed 3 nights. I stayed 5 nights and separated into two different periods.
