GGuest UserIt really felt like a boutique hotel. Clean and nicely decorated. I thought the room was a little small but I didn’t mind since I was traveling alone. The water also seems to spill over to the main room when showering.

The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities and transport. Ssingin-LEvery year, I stay here for about a week. The lobby staff always proactively open car doors and help with luggage, and the front desk staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. The cleaning ladies are also very kind and polite. I've gotten used to staying here over the years. However, a small incident this time slightly impacted my experience.
It happened to be the hotel's anniversary that day. We brought a few friends who were staying at nearby hotels back to ours. We even participated in the anniversary celebration in the lobby, posing for photos and videos with the staff. Back in our room, we were cooking and forgot to turn on the range hood, which set off the smoke alarm. Two staff members, a man and a woman, came to investigate. The man had a very stern expression. He walked into our room with rather dirty shoes and no shoe covers, went straight to the dining area, and started taking photos. Everyone in our group always changes into slippers upon entering to maintain the room's cleanliness. We quickly explained to them that we had just been cooking and forgotten to turn on the range hood. However, the man's expression remained displeased, and his attitude made us feel like we had committed some major offense, almost like we were being interrogated. Seeing four guests in the room, we quickly explained that only two of us were officially checked in. The guests hadn't gone to the front desk to register that day because of the ongoing event in the lobby, so they had just headed straight up to the room.
The next day, we brought up the incident with the front desk, and they very politely apologized to us. We hope that in the future, other relevant departments will receive better training, and staff will not treat guests as if they are reprimanding criminals.

GGuest UserThe room was spotlessly clean, and the location was excellent, very close to SKP Huamao. The shower had great water pressure. Having a microwave and refrigerator made it very convenient when traveling with kids. The two-bedroom layout with a living room was perfect for larger groups or families.

IIzzil HadriWe had a wonderful stay in Beijing last week with our family. The apartment was very comfortable and perfectly suited for us, especially traveling with two children. Its prime location in the heart of the city made it very convenient to get around, and having a 24/7 convenience store right beside the apartment was an added bonus.
The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and came with all the necessary amenities, which were provided free of charge and very beneficial throughout our stay. It really felt like a home away from home.
The owner was also extremely helpful, kind, and friendly, which made our experience even more pleasant. Overall, this apartment is highly recommended for families visiting Beijing — it’s comfortable, well-located, and truly value for money.

2. **Spacious and Homely**: The rooms are incredibly large! With a living room plus a separate dining area, it's never crowded for a family. You can spread out your luggage without any hassle, offering a much warmer 'home-like' feel than traditional hotels.
3. **Compact yet Quality Gym**: The gym downstairs is exclusively equipped with Technogym machines. As a brand enthusiast, I felt very reassured, and it's perfectly adequate for daily workouts.
4. **Attentive Service**: The overall atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The front desk was responsive, and the check-out process was very smooth.

1. **Facility Maintenance Needs Attention**: Some facilities are slightly dated, and a few rooms had flickering lights due to poor contact. Regular inspection and maintenance are recommended to enhance the sense of safety for guests.
2. **Inconsistent Mini-bar & Welcome Fruit Replenishment**: The mini-bar wasn't restocked daily, and welcome fruit was only provided on the first day. As the length of stay wasn't certain, I had to place separate orders for drinks and fruit during my 3-night stay, which should have been automatically replenished. This was a minor inconvenience.
💬 **Summary**
Despite minor flaws, its excellent location, spaciousness, and home-like comfort completely outweigh any small imperfections. It's especially suitable for families traveling or guests needing a 'temporary home'. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Beijing! Looking forward to an even more perfect experience after facility upgrades!

XXiangyaofujidezhongniandashuThe room layout was a bit long and narrow, which I wasn't used to, but it did have its advantages – the sound of the washing machine didn't bother the bedroom. The gym and pool were both very spacious, and the fitness facilities were comprehensive, even including a billiards table, which exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was standard, and the service was quite good.

GGeok sunI’ve stayed in so many 5 stars hotels such as Ritz Carlton, fairmont, Fraser, Westin… in Beijing and I got to say I like Oakwood the best. Other than value for money, the size of the 75 sqm is hard to find. The renovation is nice and classy, it is well maintained. Other than no in house restaurant, which I really don’t need, everything is just perfect. Location wise, it is a easy walk about 1 km from subway and mall. There are many restaurants nearby and Starbucks and luckin coffee is just downstairs. I’ll definitely stay in this service apartment for my future Beijing trip.

MM42664****It was not very clean when I first arrived. The bed looked like it had not been changed. I had it changed after one night because I was allergic to it. After that, there was no problem. So if you want to go, first check if the sheets and quilt covers need to be changed. The house is clean, but the sewer in the bathroom is not well done and it smells very bad. It's not the smell of a dirty place, but the sewer pipe stinks and it spreads to the living room. You need to open the window and turn on the air conditioner for ventilation every day, and keep the bathroom door closed. There will be no problem. It can cure those who like to squat on the toilet, hahaha
