GGuest UserIt really felt like a boutique hotel. Clean and nicely decorated. I thought the room was a little small but I didn’t mind since I was traveling alone. The water also seems to spill over to the main room when showering.

GGuest UserThe service apartment is situated at a convenient location near Sanlitun with a 24hours convenient store right below. Besides is a small shopping mall with few eateries and Chagee.
The room is big but i am abit skeptical about the size indicated of the room as i stay in Tianjin Tangla Hotel with similar area and it feels much bigger there. But the room is nicely equipped although the hardware inside can be improved as it feels dated. The room is a smart room which is a plus point and the beds and temperature control is on point. We all have a very good sleep on the bed. Bathtub is huge with good water pressure during shower.
However i feel that cleanliness of the room can be improve much much better and the housekeeping. The bottom of the tea tables and sofa are usually skipped, when i first check in, as I shift the tea tables, i can see alot of dust and food crumbs underneath. There are also sweet wrappers hidden behind the mattresses. Underneath the sofa can see layers of dusts that are not swept.
******* and taobao deliveries are convenient as they delivered straight to the door steps. Projector in the room is good but needs to be quite dark for it to have good resolution.
Hope the apartment can improve in the cleanliness and daily housekeeping greatly. The host is nice to extend my checkout by 2 hours as i need place to store my luggage if i were to checkout at the usual 12pm. and the host is quite responsive to queries.

I had an amazing 6-day stay at the Beijing Champs-Elysees Hotel, and it was the perfect place to celebrate my son’s second birthday! The hotel is conveniently located near the Panjiayuan Shilihe Subway Station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. It truly felt like a home away from home.
What made our stay even more memorable was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff—Chi Chi, Chi Linfeng, and Henguan. They were all incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. A big thank you to Chi Linfeng for his assistance in booking tours to the Temple of Heaven and the Great Wall of China, which were highlights of our trip.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. The hotel’s attention to detail and the wonderful service from the team made my son’s birthday even more memorable. I highly recommend the Beijing Champs-Elysees Hotel for anyone visiting the city—it’s a fantastic choice for families and travelers alike.

Waking up in the morning to the mountain mist and the Great Wall bathed in dawn light—this breathtaking fusion of nature and culture is something a camera simply cannot capture.

The villa perfectly blends the rustic simplicity of northern folk dwellings with modern comfort. Just a 5-minute walk directly to the main street of the water town, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Whether it's going to Riyue Island to watch the drone show, soaking in the hot springs, or climbing the Great Wall, everything feels as convenient as being home. The alley where the villa is located is quiet and private; at night, only the sound of the wind and insects can be heard, truly achieving the ideal of a 'peaceful retreat in a bustling area.'
🌟 Experience Enhanced Beyond Expectation
The complimentary Hanfu photo props, a stargazing telescope, and a Great Wall-view afternoon tea set all added poetic charm to the trip. Upon leaving, we also received a handmade Simatai Great Wall souvenir bookmark; this thoughtful gesture brought a warm conclusion to our journey.
If Gubei Water Town is the pinnacle of suburban getaways near Beijing, then Gubei Starry Sky Villa is the starry window on that pinnacle—it makes you believe that poetry and distant lands can indeed be possessed simultaneously. I've already made plans with friends to return here and 'live into autumn' when the maple leaves turn red!

OOcdscatI genuinely want to give Sanlitun Stey a 'five-star rave review' this time.
First, let me talk about what I loved most: the room's natural lighting was incredible. With the large windows open, the whole room lit up, and waking up to the sun was so comfortable. What I absolutely couldn't do without was their app; I could open and close the curtains and adjust the lights directly from my phone. In the morning, I'd just tap a couple of times from bed, and the curtains would open themselves. At night, when I was too tired to move a muscle, I'd just turn off the lights while lying down. As a true lazy person, I have to say: it won me over completely.
The room itself was also a big plus. It was very clean, with good attention to detail; the floors and corners all looked neat. The bed was also great to sleep in, just the right firmness—not one of those saggy ones. I slept soundly until I woke up naturally and didn't have any back pain.
Their shared communal space is also quite interesting. It's not just a showpiece public area; you can genuinely sit down there to work and get things done on your laptop. There are tables and sofas, and the atmosphere is comfortable. It's much better than squeezing into a cafe. It was perfect for organizing materials before a meeting.
The young lady at the front desk was very nice. When we chatted, she mentioned that the space would be upgraded and renovated in the future, which sounded quite exciting. It gave me a feeling that 'things will only get better'.
Overall, my stay felt different from a typical hotel; it was more like staying in a 'lazy-person-friendly future apartment'. Next time I'm in Beijing for a meeting, I'll definitely prioritize staying here again.

GGuest UserIt was not very clean when I first arrived. The bed looked like it had not been changed. I had it changed after one night because I was allergic to it. After that, there was no problem. So if you want to go, first check if the sheets and quilt covers need to be changed. The house is clean, but the sewer in the bathroom is not well done and it smells very bad. It's not the smell of a dirty place, but the sewer pipe stinks and it spreads to the living room. You need to open the window and turn on the air conditioner for ventilation every day, and keep the bathroom door closed. There will be no problem. It can cure those who like to squat on the toilet, hahaha
