Perfect
MmindyTThis hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. It feels like a Ritz-Carlton but with even warmer, more personal service. The corridors are lined with plush carpets, the materials and finishes are all rich and top-notch, and my child immediately described it as āposhā ā Iād add that itās also very zen, peaceful and quiet.
The room is generously sized, quiet and very zen. The hotel is new, modern and āsmartā: when you get out of bed in the morning, a soft foot light comes on automatically so you donāt have to scramble for switches. The kids loved pressing buttons to close the curtains, and I liked being able to choose between work lighting and cosy ambience at a single touch.
Service here is outstanding. Everyone is fully dedicated, responsible, warm and kind ā and very prompt. Nothing is ever too much trouble; everything is handled politely, respectfully and thoughtfully, so you really feel safe and well looked after. The team also has a lovely sense of humour, which adds to the comfort and makes the stay feel relaxed and friendly rather than stiff. On top of that, they even helped me plan safe and cost-effective travel options ā such amazing, value-added service.
Special thanks to Xiaoyu and Xiaoliu, who were excellent throughout. Xiaoyu especially made the extra effort to be promptly on hand via WeChat, helping with any queries even after hours ā it honestly felt like having a friend there with us. The rest of the team were equally attentive and caring, and I noticed everyone would greet the guests, including the cleaners. It is a very well-run hotel: not just following instructions but offering real service from the heart. When we checked out, they even surprised us with bags of lovely snacks, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture.
Breakfast was wonderful. The spread has everything one could ever need: noodles and omelettes cooked on the spot with a rich meat stew, a choice of porridges (I especially liked the millet), plus Western and kid-friendly options, and many different drinks to choose from. Insider tip: donāt miss the croissant ā it has egg custard inside as a filling! The toiletries, like the shampoo and soap, are specially made and feel high quality ā another small touch that shows how much care has gone into the details.
The location is incredibly convenient. Huge malls and a hypermart are literally at the doorstep, and the MRT/subway is linked directly to the hotel. The nearby malls and eateries are massive and have everything you could possibly want. Thereās an outlet mall about 15 minutes away, so shopping is definitely covered.
Practical bonuses: major banks are right downstairs, and if you need to change RMB, the exchange rate is very good and the fees are reasonable. Thereās even a salon if you feel like getting a new haircut during your stay. Through the connected mall, you can find food of every kind, including Michelin-starred options ā including a restaurant that serves crab cooked in liquor and delicious braised radish.
Although the hotel is luxurious, modern and packed with smart features, what I treasure most is the dedication, warmth and sincerity of the staff. Iāve stayed at many other hotel chains, but this experience is way beyond anything Iāve had before. This stay has now set a very high bar for other hotels to match.

LLuoyeThis hotel, located near Qianmen, boasts exquisite decor and a tranquil, elegant ambiance. They offer complimentary traditional costumes for guests to try on and take photos, with a professional partner photographer who captures stunning shots within the courtyard. The facilities are very practical: the rooms are well-heated, and the hot water supply is stable, ensuring a comfortable night's rest. The service is attentive and thoughtful; front desk staff proactively helped with opening doors and carrying luggage, and provided warm ginger tea upon check-in. The lobby offers free fruits, snacks, and hot beverages all day, which is very convenient. They also thoughtfully display the daily flag-raising and lowering times at Tiananmen Square, which is very useful for tourists. Transportation is convenient, with Qianmen subway station just a 5-10 minute walk away, making it easy and time-saving to visit various attractions by metro. The breakfast selection is rich, even featuring Beijing specialty snacks like Douzhi (fermented mung bean milk) and Jiaoquan (fried dough rings) for those interested in trying local flavors. Overall, this is a distinctive hotel, perfect for travelers looking to experience the charm of old Beijing while enjoying comfortable and convenient accommodation. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay! The hotel is conveniently located, with convenient transportation around it, and is close to the attractions/business districts I want to visit. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was very quick. They also introduced the hotel facilities and surroundings to me. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. In particular, the water pressure and hot water in the bathroom were very powerful and relaxing. Although I only stayed for one night, the overall experience was very pleasant and the price-performance ratio was super high! I will choose this hotel again next time I come here, and I highly recommend it!

**Facilities**: The room facilities are comprehensive. If there's anything you need that's not readily available, you can ask the front desk, and they're usually able to help.
**Cleanliness**: It's quite good, clean and tidy. You can tell they put effort into cleaning.
**Service**: The service is excellent! From check-in to check-out, the staff are all very enthusiastic and attentive. This absolutely deserves a big thumbs-up!

LLinxiaomengI was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's surroundings! It's lush and green, the air is fresh, and downstairs there's a clean, tidy street with lots of unique shops ā perfect for some retail therapy and grabbing a bite. The transportation is unbeatable too; bus stops and taxi stands are nearby, saving a lot of time getting to attractions or the station. It's well-developed but not noisy, making for a super comfortable stay. Plus, the hotel room facilities are comprehensive, there's even a fresh air system, and the front desk staff are really welcoming.

Location is great, Dengshikou subway is just below the hotel. Wangfujing, APM, and even Forbidden City are all within walking distance. There are lots of foods within the same block of building. Hotel guest gets 12% discount dining at ä¾æå®å on first floor, they serve pretty good roast peking duck and other cuisines, just on the pricey side. Go before 5pm to avoid long queue.
The rooms are smart rooms. We can ask AI to open the room curtains, and even play musics we like.
We get free water bottles and other drinks and snacks everyday.
Thereās a nice laundry room to use, FOC.
Breakfast is good and has a good variety. The hot soy milk is a must every morning.
We experienced a shortage of hot water for few hours at night. The very next day, they gave us a handwritten apology note with a plate of fresh fruits and yogurt, along with some other freebies.
Highly recommended.

MM331184****After carefully comparing several chain hotels with similar prices in the area, I finally decided on Manxin based on the highlights in the reviews. Once I dropped off my luggage, I was free to go out and explore. The front desk even helped me get a queue number for Siji Minfu, so when I got back, I just had to refresh the progress and we were able to eat without a hitch! I didn't turn on the air conditioning at night and it felt much less hot, although my nose was a bit dry.

The environment was great, and the window faced the end of the runway, offering a good view of many planes taking off and landing. My child was thrilled! I'm very grateful to the front desk staff who showed us three different rooms to find the best window for plane spotting. They even gave my child a China Southern Airlines plane keychain!

TTheGrandExperienceThe hotel name is a little misleading as the name outside doesnāt actually say āthe yard hotelāā¦ it says āPierre Palace Hotelā so it can be a little confusing to find the first time you arrive. It is very close to the Entrance of Qianemen Ave Security checkpoint where your didi driver will drop you off and you will have to walk a short 100 meters to get to the hotel, which is directly across from Lawsonās Convenience store. The location is 10/10 Ā on the bustling street of Qiananmen Ave. Do not miss your chance to go to Michelin star āQuan de Judeā Roasted duck restaurant, which is well known in Beijing and just down the street.
The staff here are very helpful, especially Mr. Zeng who is able to speak Cantonese and help provide us with instructions and information. If you need to communicate in English only, a translator app will help tremendously.
We love the style and decor of this hotel, it has a classic yet charming interior. We originally booked an inside room without windows, but during the check-in process, they offered a room with windows with better ventilation at no extra charge for our comfort.
The only downside is that they do not have an on-site restaurant. If you booked a room with free breakfast, they will give you a breakfast voucher and you go to another hotel nearby. You can also have the option for them to deliver the meal to you at 7 or 8 AM And they will hang it on the door knob of your room without knocking to disturb you. The breakfast menu selection was not our favourite.
If we return to Beijing, I wouldnāt hesitate to stay here again!
