Stepping into the lobby, I was instantly soothed by the refreshing orange fragrance, washing away all travel fatigue. The design is minimalist yet tasteful, with warm lighting creating a cozy and upscale atmosphere. The room was clean and odor-free, with smart controls throughout. I loved being able to voice-control the lights and curtains – super lazy-friendly! The bedding was incredibly soft, like sinking into a cloud, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a full night's sleep. This place truly excels in the details, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel!

RRicky_shanThe hotel boasts an excellent location. It's only a 30-minute high-speed rail ride from Beijing South Station, and just a 10-minute walk to Wangfujing. Plus, there's a popular trendy bar right next door downstairs!
The hotel itself is very new, and you can tell a lot of thought went into its design. It strikes a comfortable balance between business and leisure, creating a very pleasant atmosphere.
The room was spotless, and they provided two bottles of water and two soft drinks daily. Housekeeping was always prompt.
Most importantly, the service was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserA quaint and Charming boutique hotel which is fairly close to Qianmen pedestrian street - popular tourist attraction. Overall a pleasant stay.
However, be aware you need to walk about 300 meters from the main street to the hotel as no vehicles are not permitted to drive to the hotel. No fun when it rained as what happened to us. Also Didi drivers might not be able to find easily the main street up from the hotel.
We found the rooms were smaller than the pictures advertised but not a big deal for us. The bathroom drain also got blocked but it got fixed very quickly and efficiently.
Hotel staff were very helpful and accomodating. Fairly good Ala Cart menu of breakfast selection. Afternoon Tea is provided up to 10pm daily. We were also gifted with a set of Bulgari toiletries upon arrival and a Palace Museum fridge magnet when we checked out. A nice gesture indeed.
Would definitely come back and stay again !

ZZuimoshaxinMy stay at CitiGO Hotel Sanyuanqiao Beijing far exceeded my expectations! First, I have to praise its fantastic location. It's right next to Metro Line 10 and the Airport Express, just a two to three-minute walk from Sanyuanqiao subway station Exit D. This makes it incredibly convenient whether you're heading to Beijing Capital Airport or major business districts like Guomao and Sanlitun.
The hotel's trendy and playful design is striking. The red bicycle wall and blue rabbit sculpture in the lobby give it an artistic vibe, perfect for photo ops. Although the rooms are compact, the layout is smart, and the panoramic window offers excellent views. The Thai latex mattress and Grohe shower facilities were a dream, washing away all my fatigue, and the smart phone-controlled thermostat added a nice touch of tech.
What touched me most were the service details. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the robot delivery service saved a lot of hassle. After 10 PM, there's even complimentary late-night supper – those hot steamed buns were a lifesaver for someone working late! The overall cleanliness is excellent, and it offers great value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing!

If you must have a coffee in the morning this hotel is not for you. The breakfast is all Chinese except FRIED egg which is probably prepared for westerners.
There's coffee machine which has been out of order at least many months. How do I know that? The condition of the sign says so.
Dishes and utensils are not clean either. I could see the trace of grease stains on the dishes and utensils.
Although Staff services are excellent what good is it when the management won't spend any money to fix the brokens and provide tools to Staff to do their job?

GGuest UserI checked in late at night, but the staff was very kind and quickly got me settled into my room. It was a single room, so it was a bit small, and the window looked a bit old. The soundproofing in the morning wasn't great, and I could hear street noise outside. The intelligent toilet in the bathroom was a nice touch. The pillows and mattress were very comfortable, though some parts of the room were a bit run down. Overall, it's decent for a short stay.

The facilities are new, and hygiene is strictly maintained. The Lang Le Fu mattress provides a first-class sleeping experience. Highly recommend for business travelers!

UuunaaWhile there was an initial misunderstanding due to a hygiene concern which caused distress on our first night stay that I had to escalate the matter through Trip.com, the hotel manager turned the experience around. The night before check-out, we had a genuine and positive conversation at the lobby. She was humble and openly acknowledged her shortcomings and appreciated for helping her learn and grow as a leader. Good to know that a manager willing to take accountability and desire to improve. Every hotel staff we have interacted with are professional and friendly.
Aside from the good service recovery, we loved the hotel's convenience:
1. Siji Minfu Peking Roast Duck Restaurant (四季民福) is next to the hotel along with other food options in the same stretch.
2. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street (shopping and food).
3. The fun robot that delivers food right to our doorstep!
The hotel also prepared light snacks for our airport journey. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended!

GGuest UserEven though it's a 4-star hotel, the overall service and amenities are on par with established 5-star properties. The room lighting is excellent, a huge improvement compared to many hotels that only offer ambient strip lighting. There's an airport shuttle every half hour, departing on time, and it only takes three minutes to reach the airport, which is incredibly convenient. The 58 RMB package offers great value for money.
