The service was warm and attentive, and the location is super convenient, right next to a mall and the subway. Excellent value for money! The staff were especially friendly and helpful. IIlya TsoyGreat location right next to Qiananmen street (2 min walk).
Atmosphere in the hotel is so cozy and authentic, feels like you live in the old China town. In the courtyards there are tables where you can chill and have a morning cup of coffee.
Hotel staff was very willing to help, even though I don’t speak Chinese they went out of their way to help us with every question we had.
Very happy with my experience, will gladly stay here again.

AAnonymous UserThe overall stay was pleasant, staff were very helpful, particularly in assisting with parcel collection, which was greatly appreciated. The location is also very good, located right outside Exit A of Dengshikou Station, offering convenient access to transportation. Accessible to Wang FuJing and walkable distance to Forbidden City. However, guests should note that MRT exit primarily with stair access, with limited escalators or elevators, which may pose some difficulty for those traveling with large luggage or strollers.
That said, there is room for improvement in the cleanliness of the room, particularly the room come with carpet. It appeared that vacuuming may not have been carried out thoroughly, as there were noticeable stains and marks on the carpet. For added comfort, guests may wish to consider wearing in-room slippers while inside the room.
Additionally, housekeeping provided a varying number of bottled water each day, which led to some inconsistency. There was also an instance where one of our bought soft drinks placed on room beside bottle water was removed and replaced with a other vitamin C drink instead, which may have been a misunderstanding.
Addressing these housekeeping aspects would further enhance the overall guest experience.
Nevertheless Mcd and alot eateries nearby downstairs.

GGuest UserThe room was large, clean, tidy, and quiet. There's free parking and the facilities are comprehensive. You can even have food delivery sent directly to your room. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and even helped carry my luggage to the room. I'm very satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

AAnonymous UserLocation was a really plus point. Hotel is clean and the room is as per what is stated on the website. I used the washer and dryer and you can tell they are clean and well maintained too. Clothes smell really good after the wash.
Service was excellent. Staff can help with your laundry and accept your taobao parcels.
Just note that the restaurant is currently under renovation so there is limited breakfast selection. But the staff told me if I think the choices are too limited, they can always do a refund. Happy that they are being flexible. Overall, I am happy with the hotel and will stay here again if I ever come back to Beijing again.

XXiaoma0607The biggest highlight here is that the hotel can help you get a queue number for the neighboring Siji Minfu restaurant. You just need to tell the front desk roughly what time you plan to eat. The day before yesterday, they proactively upgraded our room to one with a window. Jinshi Hutong subway station is right next door, and there's a craft beer spot nearby. It's only two subway stops to the National Museum and Tiananmen Square. Walking from the hotel to the Meridian Gate of the Forbidden City takes about 15 minutes. After visiting the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park, a three-stop bus ride brings you right back to the hotel, making it super convenient to grab your luggage and head to your next destination. It's perfect for families with kids.

FFPP-2026Beijing CSN Pearl Hotel is an excellent choice for those requiring a convenient layover base near Beijing Daxing International Airport.
Complementing a fairly close proximity to the airport is a regular pickup service to and back from the hotel.
The hotel staff are attentive while the room is well maintained with good amenities though unfortunately some previous occupants have clearly been smoking in the room as evident by the scent of cigarettes presence. I would recommend the hotel to better monitor some of their guests to ensure their standards are more consistent.
Nevertheless I was still able to sleep well.
I would recommend anyone who is looking for a layover stay near PKX airport.
