The service was warm and attentive, and the location is super convenient, right next to a mall and the subway. Excellent value for money! The staff were especially friendly and helpful. Atmosphere in the hotel is so cozy and authentic, feels like you live in the old China town. In the courtyards there are tables where you can chill and have a morning cup of coffee.
Hotel staff was very willing to help, even though I don’t speak Chinese they went out of their way to help us with every question we had.
Very happy with my experience, will gladly stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel has warm service, clean and tidy, and a superior location, which makes it very convenient to go to the Old Summer Palace and the Summer Palace. The hotel staff is warm and helpful, and the room price is very affordable, with high cost performance!
You can also write the word ”Fu” when you check in on the first day of the Chinese New Year, and paste it on the door yourself, which makes you feel the New Year's atmosphere when you are away from home

The room was beautiful, very clean, and surprisingly spacious, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day in the city. The bed was excellent, with high-quality linens and extremely comfortable pillows that ensured a great night’s sleep. I also loved the presence of a free laundry service, with both a washing machine and dryer available for guests.
The staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Communication was smooth and efficient, especially via WeChat, which made it very convenient to ask for assistance, get recommendations, or resolve any small requests quickly.
A special mention goes to Tong Xin and Wan Jin for their outstanding kindness and professionalism—they truly made our experience even more pleasant with their warm attitude and willingness to help at any time.
Additional highlights include the quiet atmosphere despite the central location, good in-room amenities, and overall excellent value for money. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing and would gladly stay here again.

AAyylengWe returned to stay again from 16–18 April and had another pleasant experience. We arrived later in the day (around 3pm), and due to the hotel’s layout, we were given a slightly larger room—not an upgrade, but simply part of the room design. We really appreciated this added comfort.
During this stay, we frequently ordered breakfast, coffee, and drinks via *******. On one occasion, I forgot to include my room number in the delivery address. The staff kindly called to verify if the order belonged to me before sending it up via the robot, which showed great attention to detail and care.
On our final day, we checked out at 12pm, but our flight was only at midnight. The hotel staff kindly helped us safekeep our luggage while we went out for some last-minute shopping and a short walk.
When we returned, Zheng Wensi and the team warmly accommodated us by allowing us to rest at the hotel. We even ordered dinner via ******* and were able to sit and enjoy our meal comfortably in the hotel despite having already checked out, which made the long wait much more pleasant.
Overall, the service remained consistently excellent, thoughtful, and guest-oriented throughout both stays. Lastly, a heartfelt thank you to the team for the tea gifted to us—it was a very thoughtful and memorable gesture.
我们在4月16日至18日再次入住，整体体验依然非常愉快。我们当天大约下午3点抵达，由于酒店房型设计的关系，我们入住的是一个稍微更大的房间（并非升级），这一点让我们非常满意，也让入住更加舒适。
在这段期间，我们经常通过美团点早餐、咖啡和饮品。有一次我忘记在地址中填写房号，酒店工作人员还特地打电话确认是否是我们的订单，确认后才通过机器人送到房间，这种细心真的让人印象深刻。
最后一天我们中午12点退房，但航班是在凌晨12点。酒店工作人员非常贴心地帮我们保管行李，让我们可以安心出去走走和做最后的购物。回到酒店后，郑文思和团队也很热情地让我们在酒店内休息。我们还点了美团外卖，并可以在酒店内舒适地用餐，即使已经退房，也让整个等待过程变得轻松愉快。
整体来说，两次入住的服务都非常稳定、细致且以客人为中心。最后也非常感谢酒店赠送的茶叶，这份小心意让人倍感温暖和难忘。

XXiaoma0607The biggest highlight here is that the hotel can help you get a queue number for the neighboring Siji Minfu restaurant. You just need to tell the front desk roughly what time you plan to eat. The day before yesterday, they proactively upgraded our room to one with a window. Jinshi Hutong subway station is right next door, and there's a craft beer spot nearby. It's only two subway stops to the National Museum and Tiananmen Square. Walking from the hotel to the Meridian Gate of the Forbidden City takes about 15 minutes. After visiting the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park, a three-stop bus ride brings you right back to the hotel, making it super convenient to grab your luggage and head to your next destination. It's perfect for families with kids.

I don't think I need to elaborate too much on the hardware; as a Wanda property and being newly opened just 25 years ago, it definitely met my expectations. What I really want to emphasize is that the service level of the hotel staff truly exceeded my expectations. Whether it was the front desk or the cleaning aunties, their attitudes were incredibly warm and welcoming. This warmth felt genuinely heartfelt, not just superficial politeness. It truly embodied the feeling of 'a home away from home.' No wonder there are so many foreign tourists at this hotel; foreigners really value good service.
