GGuest UserGreat location, very close to the subway station, which makes getting to attractions super convenient. Shopping is also a breeze with a shopping street right outside and Changying Tianjie mall across the road. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are warm and attentive. My child was thrilled with the little gift. Breakfast offers a good spread, including fried eggs, Chinese crullers, coffee, milk, and fruit. Five-star rating, I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing!

GGuest UserLovely hotel to stay at in an absolute prime location in the middle of the hutongs and a 1 min walk from Qian Men Street. Also walkable distance to Tianâan men Square and the Palace Museum. Theres plenty of food spots around and itâs nice and quiet in the evenings. The staff was incredibly kind and also helped us arrange reservations. The room was spacious and very clean. Free water, teas, snacks and fruits 24/7 in the lobby area. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Also lucky enough to have booked the only room with a balcony overlooking the hutongs. Absolutely no complaints.

GGuest UserThis stay was a last-minute decision because my flight was cancelled that night. We're not familiar with Beijing at all and it was so late, we didn't know which hotel to choose. Luckily, I've always liked the HUAZHU brand, and I figured it wouldn't disappoint. The overall experience after checking in was excellent! First, the service was incredibly thoughtful. From my initial phone call to checking in at the front desk, the staff were all very enthusiastic and efficient. Second, although the room was small, the facilities were very new, with plenty of power outlets and ports. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the water pressure in the bathroom was great. I particularly loved the 'hand hand' wooden smoky-scented toiletries. The soundproofing in the room was also excellent. Additionally, the hotel's location is very convenient, especially for an overnight layover. It's right by the Airport Express and Sanyuanqiao subway station, just about 200 meters from the exit. There's also a large shopping center, Phoenix City, nearby with many high-quality restaurants. The only minor issue might be that the heating was a bit too high and couldn't be adjusted down. But considering the city, location, convenience, and both soft and hard amenities, I can easily give it 5 stars! Highly recommended!

You can also write the word âFuâ when you check in on the first day of the Chinese New Year, and paste it on the door yourself, which makes you feel the New Year's atmosphere when you are away from home

GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay this time around and absolutely have to commend the hotel for its exceptional service! The location is absolutely prime, with Dengshikou subway station right downstairs, which made getting around incredibly convenient. What really impressed me was the impeccable service from the front desk staff. From booking confirmation to check-out, every interaction felt genuine and professional. They were always available to assist with any request. When we bought yogurt without a seal, Wan Jin and Tong Xin even proactively offered to wrap it in plastic wrap for us. The housekeeping staff were also very thorough and thoughtful; they consistently asked if I needed anything replenished, which was a lovely touch. This wasn't just a stay; it was a truly enjoyable and soul-soothing experience that offered incredible value for money! A big thank you to all the ladies! And also to the staff member who helped me find my package, and a shout-out to the diligent delivery robot too!

GGuest UserThe front desk staff member was incredibly friendly and attentive. Check-in was fast and efficient. The hotel has excellent facilities, including a 24-hour laundry room and gym. Plus, they have a robot that delivers takeaways directly to your room! Free parking is a huge bonus. I'm very satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

JJO.DSJinyu Hutong subway station is just next to the hotel (less than a min walk) which is really convenient given how slow traffic can be in Beijing. Itâs convenient to get to most attractions.
The staff are polite and would help you keep parcels sent to the hotel (you can retrieve easily by providing your waybill number). If you order ******* or any food deliveries, theyâll send them up quickly with the robot. Really convenient. You could also communicate with them via WeChat.
In terms of amenities thereâs a laundry room which you can use but most of the time itâs occupied đ
. Other stuff are pretty basic like toiletries, slippers etc. For the price and location, itâs worth it.
Opposite the hotel is APM mall and you could walk to wangfujing shopping street also. Starbucks is next door as well.
Just a small bone to pick - the bedsheets werenât changed despite the housekeeping informing us that theyâll be changed every 3 days.

YYunshangshushengMy stay at Atour Hotel far exceeded my expectations! The room layout was incredibly well-designed, with a logical flow from the moment you enter, past the vanity, to the sleeping area, making it very convenient to access everything.
The cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was pristine and soft, the toiletries were neatly arranged, and even the electric kettle and complimentary drinks were perfectly organized. The biggest pleasant surprise was the smart home features throughout the room and the comfortable mattress â after a busy day, being able to completely relax here made all the fatigue from my business trip instantly disappear. The front desk service was warm and efficient, with no waiting time during check-in or check-out.

This isn't a resort-style accommodation; it's primarily for travelers needing convenience, especially those with early morning flights. The hotel offers a shuttle bus every half hour, getting you to the airport in just 5 minutes, making transportation incredibly convenient. Plus, there's a supermarket downstairs and various restaurants within walking distance, so the amenities are very comprehensive.

YYudan56We chose the 'Little Yellow Duck' themed family room, and my daughter absolutely adored it when we entered â it was just too cute and had a wonderful atmosphere! The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the subway station, and within walking distance to attractions like the Forbidden City and Wangfujing Pedestrian Street. The service was excellent, truly excellent. The downstairs 'Siji Minfu' Peking Duck restaurant is a famous Beijing eatery, usually with a wait time of over three hours. The hotel staff thoughtfully reminded us to get a ticket in advance. After spending the day sightseeing, I asked the staff to help me get a ticket, and they managed to get one three hours early â fantastic! On top of that, my knees were a bit sore from all the walking at the Forbidden City, so I asked the hotel for ice to compress them. They even went to a bubble tea shop to get a big bag of ice, huffing and puffing as they brought it up â truly above and beyond! Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely choose the Manxin Hotel Tian'anmen Wangfujing again.
