We stayed at the hotel for the weekend for my birthday staycation. The view from our room was amazing! My daughter also had so much fun swimming in their pool. The hotel was right next to a huge mall called VHub and Wangjing Walk where there are plenty of dining, shopping and activity options. There was also a Starbucks right behind the lobby of the hotel which was pretty convenient. Also asked the front desk staff if we can do a late check out and they readily gave it to us. Truly appreciate that! Loved our experience here and would definitely stay here again!

I have to commend this hotel on their exceptional service! I arrived quite early, initially just planning to drop off my luggage. To my surprise, after checking for availability, the front desk not only allowed me to check in early but also proactively offered a free room upgrade, saying it was 'to ensure you have a better stay.' It was a simple gesture, but it truly warmed my heart. The upgraded room not only had a better view but also thoughtful touches like a handwritten welcome card and a fruit platter. Throughout my stay, whether it was housekeeping or dining at the restaurant, every single staff member greeted me with a smile and was incredibly accommodating. That's what great service is all about – it touches you in unexpected ways. I'm so grateful for the complimentary upgrade, which made for a perfect holiday. Five stars, well deserved!

My stay at the Beijing Deshengmen Huayu Holiday Hotel exceeded my expectations. As an IHG Holiday Inn brand, the quality was consistently good. The location is a huge plus – it's within walking distance of Jishuitan subway station, and Deshengmen is right nearby, making it super convenient to visit Houhai, Shichahai, and the Drum Tower. The bus station for Badaling Great Wall is also not far. The room was clean and spacious, with a separate wet and dry bathroom. The mattress was soft, and it was quiet at night, ensuring a good rest. The front desk service was friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick. The breakfast selection was rich. It's suitable for both leisure travelers and short stays. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel again on my next trip to Beijing.

The hotel is located at No. 6 Jiangtai Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, in the northeast Fourth Ring Road area. It's not far from the Bird's Nest and Water Cube. There are many convenient dining options nearby, and parking within the complex is also very easy, with charging stations available for new energy vehicles. The room is spacious, and the king-size bed is very large, measuring 2x2 meters. The room is also quite clean and tidy, with complimentary coffee and tea. It was very comfortable to stay here over the National Day holiday. ALISA followed up with a call [strong][strong].

The hotel has a pleasant environment and good service. The breakfast is plentiful, and it's convenient for those traveling by car. However, if you're relying on public transport, be prepared for a long walk. All rooms have balconies, which is great for fresh air. It would be even better if they added more outdoor children's entertainment facilities.

I had the opportunity to stay at the newly opened Holiday Inn Beijing Mentougou, and my overall experience far exceeded expectations! As a newly opened IHG hotel in western Beijing, all the facilities are brand new, and there was absolutely no renovation smell in the room, which is a huge plus. The location is excellent, right next to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping very convenient. Self-parking is free, and it's easy to get to nearby attractions like Tanzhe Temple, Shougang Park, and Yongding Tower. The lobby design is very stylish, incorporating design elements from western Beijing, giving it a grand and elegant feel. I especially want to commend all the staff; the service was truly impeccable! The front desk staff were gentle and polite, handling check-in and check-out very efficiently. They proactively informed me about nearby attractions and breakfast times and patiently answered all my questions, responding quickly to my needs. The housekeeping staff were meticulous and thorough in their cleaning; the service staff in the breakfast area were also enthusiastic and proactive, replenishing food and clearing tables promptly. They actively helped resolve any issues that arose. Everyone had a strong service意识 (service consciousness), and despite it being a new opening, there was no sense of inexperience, which made the stay very comfortable. The room was spacious and airy, with a great view of the Western Hills from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The amenities were well-appointed: the mattress was comfortable, there were pillows of different firmness to choose from, and the 65-inch large screen TV supported screen mirroring. The breakfast selection was rich and diverse, offering both Western and Chinese options, including bread, coffee, Western dishes, as well as local specialties like jianbing and various porridges. The food was fresh, and the taste was spot on. The hotel also has a gym and a self-service laundry room with integrated washing and drying, which is very convenient for travelers.

The overall service was quite good, especially the breakfast, which was impressively rich and definitely gives it an edge over other business hotels. The only minor drawback is that the facilities are a bit dated, but it doesn't affect the stay at all given the very reasonable and cost-effective price point.

The mattress was just right—not too hard, not too soft—allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway. All the amenities were well-stocked, and the hot water supply was stable. When I had a last-minute request, housekeeping responded super fast. This hotel would also be perfect for families traveling with children or elderly relatives. Every detail shows thoughtfulness and care, making it suitable for both leisure travel and short stays. I've already saved it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!
