The hotel boasts a modern, minimalist design that feels both cozy and luxurious. 👍 Stepping into the room felt just like coming home, so relaxing and comfortable. ❤️ The bedding 🛏️ was soft and plush, and my child, tired from playing, fell asleep peacefully in no time. 😴 The bathroom was immaculately clean with a wet/dry separation, and the smart mirror even had a built-in light. Toiletries were comprehensive, and they thoughtfully provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes – every detail was well-considered. 👍
The self-service breakfast offered a super rich selection, and the food was delicious. Both adults and children could find something they loved! 👍
There's even an astronomical telescope on the 16th floor. You can enjoy the views during the day and stargaze at night – an absolutely fantastic experience! 👍
My child also got their own special kids' room key card, and they were so excited to swipe it themselves to enter the room. Plus, there's a robot delivery service, which was both novel and fun! 👍
The gym and laundry room are well-equipped, making it very convenient for travelers. Upon check-out, we even received a cute pony 🐎 plush toy, which my child adored all the way home! ❤️
The room was very spacious with a well-thought-out layout, including a dedicated work area. It was also quiet as it didn't face the street. The hot water was excellent, and the quality of the towels and toiletries was good. One suggestion: I hope the TV could be upgraded to a smart TV, allowing for screen mirroring from phones and the installation of apps like iQIYI.

This was my first time staying at the Park Plaza Fangheng. As a high-tier IHG Rewards member, the front desk duty manager specially arranged a room for me on the 41st floor. I found the room very clean and comfortable. Although the overall space wasn't huge and there was no bathtub, all other facilities were complete, and the room was very quiet. The hotel also has a swimming pool, and it's quite large!
The hotel room was spacious with huge windows and great natural light. The staff spoke English so I could navigate check-in and eating in the restaurant with ease. They went out of their way to help and accommodate me during my stay. Aurora the duty manager who checked me in was especially helpful. The restaurant staff also offered superior service with kindness.
Facilities: Very modern.
Cleanliness: Tidy and spotless.
Environment: The room was spacious.
Service: Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly polite and always had a smile on their faces, which made me feel so welcome. I especially want to commend a specific front desk staff member. The hotel's latest check-out time is 2 PM, but I was in Beijing for the ”Voice Wonderland” awards ceremony, which was delayed until 3 PM. The front desk staff specially requested and got approval from their supervisor to extend my check-out time. I'm truly grateful! 🙏 Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely stay at the Starlight Holiday Hotel again.😊

I still think this is one of the best value-for-money hotels in Beijing. The room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the TV still offered many international entertainment channels. This time, my room overlooked a garden with beautiful blooming peach blossoms. Alisa Wang and Xuan Xuan at the hotel were both very welcoming and provided excellent service. However, I hope there can be some improvements in breakfast management. I encountered the same situation for two consecutive days. When going to the restaurant in the morning, the staff would only swipe my card but wouldn't escort me to a table. There were no 'reserved' signs on the breakfast tables, so when I went to get food, other guests often took my seat. The staff also didn't offer to get coffee or set the cutlery to indicate if a table was occupied, so I had to get a cup of coffee myself. When I returned after getting some food, my coffee had been cleared by the cleaning staff. Not only was there no seating assistance or indication, but even when guests try to make it clear themselves, their items are removed? This shows that the breakfast service staff are completely untrained. They lack the ability to observe whether guests have finished their meal. Even with many guests at breakfast, there was no proper management. I hope the hotel can restore its former high-quality management and service, making breakfast an enjoyable part of staying at this hotel.

The hotel's amenities are outdated, and the room configurations have been downgraded. They've removed the weighing scale, coffee cups, shoehorn, and shoe-shine cloth, among other things. On the bright side, room service has significantly improved; they're very responsive and prompt in fulfilling requests. They even proactively offered a humidifier and an electric heater. After speaking with the staff, I learned that the management changed a few years ago, which explains a lot. The old, bureaucratic state-owned enterprise style has greatly improved, though it seems they've cut costs by lowering the room amenities to a budget hotel standard. There aren't any better options in the vicinity.

The decor is a bit dated, not as new as some places, but the facilities in the room are well-maintained. I booked a suite, and the parquet flooring in the living room definitely adds a touch of class. The hotel service was excellent, with polite staff from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. Even in the cold weather, the doorman diligently helped with opening doors and luggage. Breakfast was good; while not overly extensive, it suited the hotel's positioning. Beijing is very dry, and the hotel thoughtfully provided a humidifier. Since we had a child, they also delivered small slippers and a pillow. Overall, the price during Chinese New Year was well worth it – highly recommended! The main drawback is that it's a bit far from the subway station, probably a 12-13 minute walk, so we mostly took taxis. Also, being on the West Fourth Ring Road makes it a bit out of the way.
On a side note, the yogurt from Zigongyuan across the street is quite tasty.

Our stay exceeded expectations. The room was impeccably clean, and all the facilities were well-maintained and functional. My kids especially loved the slide! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing warm and thoughtful service. The location is excellent, very convenient for transport; we arrived quickly by car, right off the highway. Overall, we were very satisfied and highly recommend it!
