I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel facilities are excellent overall, and the room was comfortable and spotless. What impressed me most was the hotel's robot service. Every time I ordered takeout, the robot would quickly deliver the food right to my room door. It was not only convenient but also incredibly efficient. It's genuinely practical for guests, saving time and adding a lot of convenience, making the whole experience feel more high-tech. You can really feel the hotel's dedication to service details; this intelligent service definitely enhances the overall stay.

The hotel is nice, the staff is very helpful, but their English isn't very good. They do have a translator, so it wasn't a problem. The room was quite spacious. The downside is that we needed the hotel for a transfer, for one night, and it's not located very close to the airport; the shuttle runs until 10 PM. Even when we requested it, the hotel couldn't accommodate us at a later time. We even sent our request to the department via Trip, WeChat, and email. We only received a response by email... but in the morning, our transfer to the airport was right on time, for which we are very grateful! We were pleased with the delicious breakfast. Overall, everything was fine, but these nuances need to be taken into account.

The location is super convenient for getting around; it's easy to catch a taxi or bus right outside. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, answering all my questions in detail. Check-in and check-out were very quick. My overall stay was extremely satisfying and offered great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing. Her service was attentive, proactively anticipating my needs, and showing genuine care everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a wonderful festive atmosphere for the Dragon Boat Festival. The staff were professional and gentle, making my entire stay hassle-free. This is my top choice for accommodation when traveling, highly recommended!

However, if you're relying on public transport, be prepared for a long walk. All rooms have balconies, which is great for fresh air. It would be even better if they added more outdoor children's entertainment facilities.
