It was a fantastic car rental experience. Communicating with the owner in Mandarin was very easy, and the staff were very professional and friendly during the pick-up process. They even provided a free tougo card. Returning the car was incredibly convenient; I simply parked it in their parking lot, left the keys at their counter, and completed the entire process contactlessly without any worries or hidden tricks. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again next time. For friends from China renting cars, Sepang Car Rental is the place to go!

The shop is located right at the airport, making car pick-up and drop-off convenient. The cars are in pretty good condition. The owner is Chinese, so communication is easy. They provide Touch 'n Go cards; if there's any remaining balance, you can buy a new card and return it to the rental company.

Picking up and returning the car at the airport parking lot was very convenient. I was lucky this time, getting a nearly new car with only 20,000 kilometers on it, which made for a great driving experience. The only downside was the high fuel consumption, averaging about 12 liters per 100 kilometers. Luckily, postage in Malaysia is incredibly cheap.

The car was new and had Bluetooth. This brand felt easier to drive and had more power than the base models of another local brand.
The dealership thoughtfully provided a phone holder and offered Touch & Go cards, so you didn't need to buy your own; just fill them up or have cash ready before returning the car.
The pick-up and return areas were very close to the Terminal 2 parking lot.
The service was excellent. The SYASYA staff were incredibly patient and kind! I realized I'd left my bag at a dealership on my way to the airport, so I had to go back to get it. Then there was a traffic jam due to heavy rain, and I was late for the agreed-upon return time. I didn't have time to explain the situation in detail, so I just told SYASYA I was going to be late and asked if that was okay. She immediately replied that it was no problem. Later, the navigation went wrong and led me to the arrival area. I was in a hurry to catch my flight and didn't dare drive out to find a parking lot again. Without saying a word, she contacted a colleague to come and pick up my car. I'm so grateful!

The car was in excellent condition and very comfortable to drive. I arrived half an hour early and picked it up immediately. I was worried about a potential charge, but the rental agent asked carefully and said that since he wasn't busy lately, I could return the car early without any extra charge. Because my flight was delayed, I wanted to pay to postpone the return by 2-3 hours, but Mr. Lin said that since there were no other customers booking, I could postpone it for free. This was a perfect missed opportunity not because of a lower price, but because of the communication method and process. Thank you! 🙏
