I like the experience so much, the location of the hotel is the most amazing feature , in addition to the staff moral .. i highly recomnded this hotel ,and don't miss visiting the spa and saed Ayaad salone

Would not recommend staying here for many reasons including impolite staff, outdated rooms and overall being overpriced for what it is. We stayed here for 2 nights and after one night, there was a water leak in the bathroom with water covering almost the entirety of the floor. We informed reception and after a while, they informed us that we had to change room. After waiting hours (with no apology btw, as if it was our fault), they transferred us to another room, which was worse than the one we originally had and had paid extra for. Overall, bad experience which wasted valuable time on our holiday.

Horrible experience. Rude staff. Pipe burst in hotel room, carpet was soaked, refused to give a refund. Also TV woke us up at 6am after our 11 hour flight. All 5-star reviews are fake.

Nice view on the Nile

Facilities: The facilities are really too old. The toilets at this price are leaking... and it is inconvenient to take a shower standing in the bathtub! The toiletries provided are too limited... Hygiene: Why didn't I encounter any obvious problems? Environment: The environment is not bad. There are staff and working dogs at the door to check the trunk and the entire vehicle, which makes you feel safe. The terrace with a view of the Nile downstairs is beautiful. Service: The service is a bit indifferent. The staff in the lobby don't take the initiative to greet, and the room service is slow to deliver things. If you need it urgently, you might as well go out and buy it yourself... There are welcome fruits, which is okay.

The hotel facilities are a little old, but it does not affect the stay, and the hygiene is acceptable. It feels that all the local rich people are staying here. You can see the Nile and the swimming pool from the balcony of the room, and the sunset is beautiful. Although there is no one who actively helps to carry the luggage, the service attitude of the hotel front desk and restaurant service staff is very good, and it feels very warm and sincere. There are rich breakfast varieties, and there will be people pushing carts to make traditional Arabic snacks for you, which tastes very good! The restaurant can see the Nile River, and the scenery is very good! If you drive here, it is recommended to apply for a room card and enter the underground parking lot again, which seems to save parking fees. The first time we entered the parking lot without a room number, parking for a little more than an hour cost 110 Egyptian pounds. The second time we entered with a room card, we parked for one night, more than ten hours, and the fee was 250 Egyptian pounds.

Hotel in a great location next to the Nile River. The room has its own balcony and you can see the Cairo Tower on the other side of the river. It is said that the rooftop restaurant has a panoramic view of Cairo. Unfortunately, it is not open during Ramadan. I regret that I missed it. The hotel breakfast is not bad!

The room is big and in a great location. It's very quiet on the Nile River and you can see the sunset over the Nile River, which is really beautiful. The hotel breakfast is very rich and delicious. It should be regarded as the largest hotel in Cairo. It may be older, with not many sockets and inconvenient location, but it is worth it.

I liked everything: the location, the food, and the services at the hotel. The furniture was a bit worn out, but it didn't bother me at all, and even gave a certain charm to the hotel's interior.

Room with a view

The hotel lobby is gorgeously decorated, and although there seem to be many travelers checking in, the front desk service is fast. Because we arrived at the hotel at two in the morning, we were upgraded to a suite for free due to the number of room types, which was a 10-minute surprise. The room is beautiful, with plenty of space. The facilities and Wi-Fi in the room are reasonable. The view of the Nile River is beautiful. The curtains are good for blocking out light. The breakfast selection the next day was good, but the taste and quality were not as expected as the five-star level, which was average.
