This is a great hotel to choose from definitely one of the top-notch in service. I took my mom stay at this hotel for one week we have arrived in the very early morning hotel has arranged early check-in at 9:30 AM accommodating my 80 year old mom, which is very heartwarming. This hotel has the style , the design and history, as well as the best service all in one. At night time I have requested to add a blanket for my mom as she feel a little cold the housekeeping brought a blanket that was pre-warmed up. They really pay attention to details in service. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody who loves rich history, as well as beautiful artsy designs. After I stayed at this hotel, I think will never possible. I will always put a rosewood hotel as my top choice.

The room was bright and clean. Mattresses comfortable. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Jermaine who went out of his way to be helpful and kind we felt looked after. I would definitely stay here again, the area was good for shopping and eating and getting around. A quick easy walk to the boat or underground. Didn’t use restaurants so can’t comment on those. Pool has amazing views and slightly surreal being up there in the dark! It was good that there was a small section of the room fridge which we could put our sandwiches in. Only criticism on rooms were……… 1)Cups for tea in the rooms were like dolls tea cups!! Maybe they could be at least a small mug??? 2)We did think it was weird that you only get bottled water on the first night and not successive ones if you were staying longer. Why?

The hotel location was perfect. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We book executive one bed room with city view and the view was good. Buiding is bit old. The carpet in the corridor was bit old however the room is good. No night Gowun and slipper. Only one toothbrush for two occupancy. The reecipetion staff was rude but later the senior staff was kind enough and gave us all the information about the hotel ecological system like if u be more green like using the towel and not cleaning up the room for 3 night they give a bottle of.wine or points for the resutrants. Oh btw there was a fire alarm out of blue and that freaked us but later turns out that was a technical issue. Above all it was good stay at the end.

Lovely hotel in a great location, check in was disappointing as we arrived at 3:30 and expected to be able to go straight to our room and then go for a swim with my 8 year old grandson but no, gave us a voucher for a free drink at the bar and said come back in 30 minutes but the free drink was house wine or beer which we don’t drink so ended up with a tea 🤦♀️ went back and room still not ready but they then offered free breakfast for our stay and the nice man on reception let us in to the swimming pool which my grandson loved. Finally got into the room at 5:30ish but well worth the wait, lovely and spacious with a great view over the river. Lovely bedding and toiletries smelt divine. Breakfast was buffet style in the ballroom and there was a great choice for all of us. Staff were very friendly apart from those in the bar area, served our tea with no milk and then gave us hot milk after we’d asked the server and then we had to ask another server as ours had gone into serve someone else! Didn’t use the bar after that as plenty of places around to try. Definitely would stay again as location is really good and close to some great restaurants and the tube.

We booked a suit for the a 1 night stay at the price of £284. We had a 3pm checkin but our room was not ready until after 4pm, despite being at the hotel from 12:30. The room was not great! It had ripped carpet, crumbs on the floor, desk chair broken. No toiletries, no water in the room. The pressure on the shower was also low. We went to the bar at 4:30 for a drink. It was not busy and was advised its table service only. We waited 15 or so minutes but no service, staff were seen to be huddled to the left of the bar chatting, despite multiple attempts To get one’s attention but failed, so we left along with 2 other tables. We used the pool, this was cold, but is very relaxing, steam room and sauna had plenty of room. There was a bad smell of sewage in the spa. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and the quality was Adequate. Luka at the concierge desk was very attentive and observant. This is our third stay at this hotel and 9th stay at the chain. The quality of this hotel does not meet other hotels in the chain.

We spent a nice few days in the Kensington area of London in May 2022. The room was comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was very nice albeit a bit crowded at times. We got home and realized that I left my drone with case and extra batteries. I called the hotel from the US and spoke withTheo, he confirmed they had found it in the room... yeah! Housekeeping turned it in. Thank you very much Paraschiva! I appreciate your help in finding the item! Now, how to get the drone home... Theo suggested finding a courier service to pick-up, package and ship the drone to the US. I do some homework and learn it would cost around $200, the drone was less than $400. I asked Theo if they could hold it 'till our return in September and he agreed. We return and I call Theo and he asks me to send him a label and he will take care of it, he does! Wow, who could ask for better customer service? We were not staying there and they took care of this, they didn't have to go out other way! Thank you Paraschiva and Theo. I hope we can meet next time we are in London so I can thank you personally!

The reception and lobby operate like a train station, lots of people arriving and leaving arround the clock.the lobby is small and crowded, so you can not simply sitting and enjoying the bar. Breakfast buffee is somewhat less crowded and there's fine verity of food. We got a suite on the 4th floor,a fine large room, with lots of furniture, but the storage places for clothes almost non existing. It is as if the closet, open one , is only planed for buissnessmen, who hang their suits! Not enough light above the mirror for a woman, to put some makeup. Bathroom good size but the door is not closing easily. The taxi/bolt sevice is awful.we had to wait for a cab 15 to 20 minutes, mayby the location is problematic, and walking to the nearest tube swiss cotage, took ne 12 minutes. The staff was very nice and helpfull!

This hotel is quite satisfactory. It has a standard British small room. The facilities are okay. The room is clean. I prefer the English breakfast only. The elevator is a bit special. You can choose a floor outside the elevator and it will tell you which elevator to take. There are only door open and close buttons. The surrounding traffic is average. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the commercial street.

GGuest UserI booked this stay for our 35th Wedding Anniversary. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The interior of the yacht was amazing and loved the glass chandelier in the centre of the staircase. The chocolates in the room was a nice touch. Just wished that there had been an acknowledgment of our Wedding Anniversary in some way as reception were advised it was our 35th in emails to them. Nevertheless, we had a memorable time.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, it has very historic decor and is a real experience to stay in. The staff were friendly and personable, and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and quiet (I usually need to wear earplugs when staying at hotels, and had no need to here) and the bed was very comfortable. Though a bath was pictured when I booked my room, I only had a shower which was a bit of a disappointment. The honesty bar was well stocked with various spirits and mixers, though I wish they had a few more cocktail recipes to try as it would be exciting to have more suggestions. It’s also worth noting that I needed to leave a £30 deposit when I checked in to cover any extras that I may have used during my stay (and any deposit not used was refunded at the end of my stay). The area around the hotel itself is mixed - Spitalfields market is lovely, but some of the areas nearby feel a little intimidating to walk through (walking towards the Shoreditch High Street tube station). There are plenty of bars and food options nearby. Overall I really enjoyed my stay, it was a really pleasant experience and well worth a try!

LLiuqianlinMixed Experience at Hilton Syon Park: Room Delays, Unexpected Pool & other charges Rating: ★★★☆☆ I recently stayed at the Hilton Syon Park for four nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also a couple of disappointing aspects that affected my overall satisfaction. Let's start with the positives. The majority of the staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful (80% are foreigners). They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, while very basic is just acceptable. The room was quite spacious and beddings satisfactory. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Firstly, upon checking in at 5pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready until 6:30pm. Although the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic about the delay, it was an inconvenience after a long journey and negatively impacted my initial impression of the hotel. Another unexpected disappointment was the pool usage policy. I was surprised to discover that there was a charge of £25 per person for a 90-minute session to access the hotel pool, something that isn’t mentioned anywhere on trip.com. Considering the Hilton brand and the premium I paid, I did not anticipate such an additional cost for utilizing the pool facilities. This seemed disproportionate and out of line with the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. I heard other people complaining about it, even others complaining that they had paid for it and it was smelly. Additionally, it's worth noting that while complimentary water was provided in the room on the first night, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for the water on the following nights. This was unexpected, as I would have assumed that water would continue to be complimentary throughout my stay. It would have been helpful for this information to be communicated clearly, again not a nice feeling from a Hilton. On the whole, while the Hilton Syon Park had several positive aspects, such as friendly staff and an acceptable breakfast, there were a few disappointments that affected my overall impression. The delay in room availability during check-in, the unexpected charges for pool usage, and the shift from complimentary to paid water in the room were not in line with the level of service and value I expected from a Hilton.

GGinge5Pro's and con's for this hotel are at the opposite ends of the spectrum. The gentleman who greeted us at checkout was polite, helpful and happy. The member of staff who woke us up banging on the next door room at 6am. Not so much. After what felt like 5 minutes of loud banging outside our door and over 20 knocks at 6am both me and my wife were very much awake. I answered the door to a member of staff who said he was trying to wake the next room. I joked that our room were all awake and he just continued banging as loud as he could on the door. I did let the reception know and they acknowledged that this wasn't normal. The management however dismissed this complaint. I do think that most long haul flyers value their sleep, but that is the hotels policy apparently. In the morning we needed to print our COVID test results and the reception staff acted like a McDonald's worker who you have just asked for additional ketchup sachets. Breakfast however is great, a good spread of hot and cold foods and good coffee too. The sports lounge is an ideal spot to wait in before you head to the airport to check in too.

GGuest UserI stayed at this Best Western for 1 week in April 2023. Good points: - Location - fabulous location, few mins walk to tube station and Earl's Court full of restaurants/bars, shoppes, cafes, etc. - Room - I had a refurbished room which was very clean and new. The bed was extremely comfortable, w/c was clean. I had no problems with room noise but I was out of the room during the daytime (see below) - Staff - very pleasant and friendly. I appreciated the front desk asking for my opinions about the hotel on leaving. Not so good points: - The hotel is still being refurbished. This means that the main lobby, such as it is, looks like a construction zone. Work is done during the day so if you are in your room after 8 or 9 am , you will experience noise until about 5pm. Once the refurbishing is completed this should be a great hotel, and hopefully will maintain affordable rates. There was a simple sign indicating the ”Best Western Boltons Hotel” on the front door, so it was not an official Best Western sign w/logo, etc. To make it easier for patrons to locate the hotel it would be simple to print out a large colour sign, with BW logo, so you can identify the hotel from a distance when walking by.

GGuest UserI stayed here for 3 nights while working at an event at the nearby ExCel. After travelling from Scotland and spending the afternoon in the centre setting up for an event, I was looking forward to a clean and comfortable room to relax and have a good night sleep in. That’s exactly what I got. The room was bigger than I expected, very comfortably furnished and super clean. I liked being able to open the window as I like fresh air coming in. There was plenty of external noise from both the building site at the back (which my room was facing, but I was out working all day so didn’t bother me), and overheard aircraft. However, I never heard a thing at night with the window closed and I slept really well every night. Breakfast was very enjoyable, good quality, good selection, freshly cooked and well presented. It was ideal for starting my busy days. This hotel was absolutely perfect for my needs. Close to the venue, and a room which was lovely to come back to after very busy days to unwind and relax in. If returning to this area again, it will definitely be my first choice to stay.

GGuest UserFriendly staff and nice reception, bar and restaurant. Public spaces are spacious and relaxing. We were allocated a standard double which was a long walk over a bridge and up stairs so be mindful of this if you have difficulty walking. Room was small but had everything we needed. Bathroom was spacious but the extract did not work so needed time to de-mist the mirror. Shaving mirror was too far from washbasin to make it useful. Pleasant stay and well located.

IIrvineBillI’ve just visited the hotel (late June 2024) with my wife and 14 year old granddaughter. I paid, in advance, for a Junior Suite, for 2 nights, so as to provide our granddaughter with some degree of privacy. When we arrived at 2.30 after a 6 hour journey, we were told our room wasn’t ready but would be in a few minutes. An hour later, we finally gained access. On the first evening we went to see Mean Girls at the Savoy Theatre, arriving back at the hotel around 11pm. After having a drink in bar, we went to the room and discovered the sofa bed hadn’t been made up, something we had become accustomed to expect would happen automatically, having stayed at the Victoria Hilton on previous occasions. When we phoned the reception no one answered. Reluctantly, we set the sofa up and used towels as a sheet. But during the night, I got dressed and went down to reception, as the room was cold and uncomfortable without a blanket. A young man assisted by getting a colleague to collect a blanket and two pillows, which were delivered minutes later to our room. In the morning, I tried phoning reception, with, again, no answer. So, I got dressed, went down to reception and spoke to the young lady who supplied the keys the day before. She apologised for what had happened and assured me the bed issue would be sorted for that evening. She seemed genuine, so we left for some shopping, a visit to the V & A Naomi Campbell exhibition, an evening meal, arriving back at the hotel around 6 pm. On entering the room we noticed the bed had not been sorted, so immediately called back down to reception. It was busy, so I spoke to a young man at the Concierge desk, and having explained the situation secured a commitment, he would attend to the problem. Within 15 minutes, another young man attended clutching sheets, pillows and duvet and set up the bed. Overall, I would say, the hotel is well located, right next to Shepherd’s Bush Over/Underground stations. It’s facilities are, pretty average, a bit dated and not a patch on the one at Victoria, albeit it’s more expensive. Our experience with the hotel’s service was disappointing and like nothing we’ve experienced before. No one from the hotel’s management made any contact but we did receive a voucher for a free drink! So, based on our experience, I could not recommend.

GGuest UserI’ve stayed at a number of hotels in London and in the East End. For the overnight, last minute this hotel was the same price as the Hoxton, Shoreditch (which is far better). We paid for a loft with terrace but you can’t see over the wall if you are seated or in the room so there’s really no benefit. The air con didn’t work and the staff pre-warmed us. There were basic toiletries but no toothpaste. No mini bar in the room. No drinking water. No kettle/coffee machine. No food or drinks to room service. The staff were very polite. The bedding & towels were clean. It just felt like the fixtures & fittings had been done more cheaply rather than using good quality materials. It’s unlikely that we will stay over again. The advertised hot tub has not been built. I felt a little disappointed so we left without trying the food and went to the Hoxton for lunch.
