The hotel is located near a shopping district, within a 15-minute walking distance. The accommodation is clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. However, they only provide two small bottles of water, and if you request more, you might be charged extra. (Normally, other hotels offer unlimited complimentary drinking water.)

The hotel is located on a busy street, so it's quite noisy, and the rooms aren't very soundproof. The room is tiny; with two suitcases open, you can only walk over them. The housekeeping staff weren't very friendly; they stuffed one of our suitcases under the bed, and when we returned to the hotel, we thought it was stolen. We stayed for three nights, and twice someone came to open our room after 9 am. The first time, it was probably for cleaning, so we didn't mind. But the second time, when we were checking out, this happened again, which was very frustrating. It's close to Sants train station. Overall, the experience was just average.

Nice, clean hotel with a decent-sized room and comfortable beds. I especially loved the shower! There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, which was really convenient. A couple of things would have made the stay even better — having a kettle in the room and a proper bin. There was an illy espresso capsule machine, but it didn’t work properly. Also, there wasn’t a bin in the room itself, just a very small one in the bathroom.

The address is relatively quiet, the number of rooms is relatively small, like a club-type hotel, close to the foot of the mountain, the overall hotel setting is OK, the curtains are relatively old, some do not block light, the overall layout of the room is large, the breakfast is good
