We had the best experience in Vivanta Bhubaneswar. From check in to check out, the staff were kind and welcoming. Special mention to Sabreena from reservation, Souvojeet, Sinjin, Ahaan from Reception, Padma Pani Das from Travel desk, Anisha, Riyu, Jitendra Sohagi n Aaditya from the restaurant well managed under their highly professional manager. Housekeeping staff Puja and her team were always accessible and helping. Our local commute guide arranged by Padma was Mr. Sumeet who was the main reason we could visit places in Orissa, safely, comfortably and at our pace. He was the best thing that happened to us in this trip.

This is our first time staying at Mayfair after briefly visisng the restaurants last year. We knew we wanted to return and we cannot wait to come back again. The place is stunning. The decor, the traditional Indian art and sculptures, the absolutely stunning greenery and seating areas in the garden... Moreover the pool area is gorgeous and at night all lit up with the fountains flowing making it so lovely to walk around the grounds. We stayed in a garden room and the size was wonderful. Plenty of room to feel very comfortable with a cosy patio overlooking the trees. The bed and cushions I can honestly say we're the comfiest I have ever slept in! Great sized bathroom with a fabulous bath for two with head rests made the evening extra luxurious. Breakfast and dinner options were so plentiful and of course delicious. All I can say is it's a wonderful place and look forward to coming back with more family members in future and would highly recommend to everyone. Thankyou to the Mayfair staff for making the stay so special as always in their attentitive and warm manner. Much gratitude Samantha and Ranjan from Odisha and London.

We have a family of 4, we connect with this hotel for our stay at Bhuwaneshwar. Our decision to choose this hotel was perfect. Hotel suite room we booked was superb, kids enjoyed Jacuzzi and room were superb. They arranged extra beds and food was superb and lip smacking. Hotel staff hospitality is as superb. Mr. Naseem duty manager went a stretch and make sure that all our needs were fulfilled during the stay. Hotel is having a best location for stay, reception staff was courteous and friendly. Hotel is attached to mall and good for shopping. Hotel has great restaurants like Zaika and Breeze. Food was superb. They went ahead extra mile and prepared a great jain meal for my wife. Breakfast menu was superb and beautifully curated by chef panda i would rate him 5 star alongside the hotel house keeping staff. Star ratings to Mr Abir the GM of the hotel who made sure that our stay at hotel will be without any hassles and he gave many complementaries alongside our stay. Great stay excellent family time.
