The hotel is good, but in summer it’s better to provide a fan or AC.

It was a great stay and perfect for short stays. Amenities are simple and basic but can get by with for a 2/3 day stay. There was free parking but gets quite packed. They do breakfast but I recommend going to the cafe down the road as it’s cheaper.

A good hotel. The room was clean and the staff that checked us in was friendly and nice. You can trust this brand.

I enjoyed my stay apart from the fact that I wanted to check in early and I wasn’t allowed to even though I rang 2 days prior to my arrival

Very bad experience, as there is no air conditioner in the room, window is too small, no fresh air can get in, no fan to borrow… too hot for July… no ventilation which makes the toilet quite smelly as well.

At 1st glance I was not that impressed. BUT as soon as I entered the reception area my experience began to improve. Very welcoming and polite receptionist. My room was spacious, spotless, and with a view of the canal(wasn't expecting that!) As a smoker, the terrace by the canal was an added bonus. Great breakfast too. All in all, a great overnight stay was had.

Parked car to check in, surprised by car parked within hotel getting scrapped by couple of boys. Receptionist not very helpful at all with just a simple query been rudely answered in front of customers. Lift out so had to move suitcase manually to second floor. Rather than obliging there customers when lift is down, been rude was there answer. Never again.

Gave me everything I needed for a 1 night stay and would stay again.

Great hotel. Location, service, cleanliness all surpassed expectations.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and had everything you could need for an overnight stay. Great to have free parking too.
