The hotel staff are friendly. Note that the hotel does not accept cash for payments, including the tourist tax for your stay. The hotel itself is nice, modern, and equipped with a lift. The hotel focuses on minimalism, so you won't find a closed-door wardrobe. Both the room and toilet are equipped with a heater. The bed and latex pillows are comfortable. They also provide branded Nuxe shampoo and handwash. Complimentary bottled water and coffee drinks are provided only on the first day of your stay. However, there are a few areas where the hotel fell below my expectations: No free slippers or toiletries (e.g., toothbrush and toothpaste) are provided. The water flow from the shower is weak, although still bearable. No fridge in the room. You need to request an electric kettle from the receptionist. (How much would it cost to place one in each room?) The most disappointing factor is that the air conditioner did not allow me to select ”cold” mode during my stay in mid-April—it only had ”heat” mode. Seriously? Also, if you plan to store your luggage overnight at the hotel, it won't be possible as they do not accept overnight storage. Location note: The hotel is located about 500 metres from Bruxelles-Midi / Brussel-Zuid station. It can be quite scary walking from the train station to the hotel at night, as the surrounding area is occupied by African shops and residences. This may not be convenient for female travellers. If your budget allows, I suggest staying at the Pullman, which is adjacent to the train station, especially if you need to catch an early train the next day. Otherwise, consider staying near Grand Place.

Good hotel. The room I booked was equipped with a table, dishes, and nice furniture. The bathroom, floors, and walls were a bit dated, and perhaps needed updating, but it was still nice. When I got to my room, I had to reset the TV, which had no channels.

Breakfast: Very good, simple and healthy, appropriate food to start a day. Room: Clean and Organized, FYI: heater and aircon of the room is operated by the front desk so make sure to check it they turn it on otherwise, like me, im freezing for 2 hours when i asked them why my room is cold 😅. Staffs: they are all nice and accommodating. Just ask them anything if you need something to know. AND its a BIG PLUS they know how to convo in English! BRAVO! what i like is there is a kitchenette and coffee machine and electric kettle. I just hope that they will have a free cleaning in the room in a minimum stay or a broom and dustpan in the room. Because I stay for a week so 1 week no sweeping the floor all i can do is wipe the floor with tissue. or the towel they provide. I COMMEND one guy(bald white) sorry for my description, 😅he is really attentive to serve the breakfast. Great service! Keep it up appart city!

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and cleanliness met my expectations. I stayed for 5 days with my boyfriend and they always changed the linen and reset the room. The flaw of this hotel is unfortunately the location, as well as being a convenient location in terms of proximity to the center and the South-midi station, unfortunately it is located in a not very recommendable area, I would almost define it as a ”ghetto area” at a certain time we preferred to go back so as not to have to pass through those streets too late, dirty streets and you could expect anything..

The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, and the hotel was especially suitable for families due to the large room size and practical facilities. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, always ready to help with any questions. One thing to note is that the hotel is about a 10–15 minute walk from Brussels Midi Station. If you are traveling with large or heavy luggage, the walk can be a little inconvenient, especially on uneven pavements.

Quiet but Small clean tidy room. Where is the kettle tea and coffee?? Service with a smile. I didn’t catch the man’s name. We checked in late, the night porter is such a happy fella. He is black and very tall and I think a personal trainer by day. Such a pleasant man.

We booked this hotel for 4 nights during our trip to Brussels. When we arrived early, the lady at reception was very kind and allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated after travelling. Later that evening, after spending the day exploring Brussels, we returned to the hotel very late and exhausted. That’s when we noticed there was an old blood stain on the bedsheets. The bed was also extremely itchy, and it felt like something was biting us during the night, although we couldn’t find any visible bugs. The next morning, we had to leave very early to catch a train to Luxembourg, and again returned late that evening. We informed the receptionist about the stained sheets, but unfortunately he was very rude and dismissive. He told us our complaint was “unacceptable” because we reported it late in the evening and should have mentioned it in the morning instead. In our opinion, he could have simply passed the issue on to the morning staff so it could be handled properly. What made things worse was that housekeeping made the bed the next day but did not replace the sheets at all the blood stain was still there. Our trip itself was amazing, but sadly, about a week later, both my girlfriend and I were diagnosed with Lyme disease after experiencing bites during our stay. We cannot say for certain where it came from, but our experience in the hotel room definitely raised concerns. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the poor handling of a hygiene-related complaint.

Generally speaking, the location is the area where the Middle East people live. It is 4 minutes from the South Railway Station. The quadruple room has to take the stairs.

Similar to the group rental of the homestay ➕, there is no signboard outside, and I can't find it at first. There is no spacious front desk like the general hotel lobby. There is a little space on the 0th floor. Near the subway line. There are 3 compartments on each floor, and the compartment I live in has 5 households. The compartment has a door and a password is required to enter. There is a strong fragrance in the compartment, I don't like it. The room also needs a password. It seems that the door lock is not very secure and a bit lacking in security. There is a simple kitchen, no kettle, and the bathroom bathroom is OK. Sound insulation is average. Hotel supplies are average. With generally higher prices in Brussels, this hotel is a reluctant option.
