We stayed in this hotel for more than 2 weeks. It is a mediocre hotel which is acceptable if one does not expect a good standard. The lobby ceiling is low which is not usual for such big hotels. The bar and the restaurants are not very attractive. The food in the Italian restaurant was of a very low standard and we returned it and skipped this meal.
Our newly renovated room in the main building was well acceptable which we experienced after we moved from a very old style room in the tower.
It is not far away from the airport and can set e well if one does not expect much.
Annoying was that upon checkout it took 15 minutes to proof that our booking had been prepaid which is a other indication for the hotel's organisation and standard.
I stayed in Egypt for a week by myself, so I didn't book a five-star hotel. From a 100-pound Airbnb to a 700-pound hotel, only this one and the 700-pound hotel had working air conditioning/heating, and the room cleanliness was among the top two 😥.
The downside is that this is more like renting out a private residence (the owner lives there too), and the apartment building and surrounding environment are quite poor, so you'll have to weigh the value for money yourself. For solo female travelers, I'd definitely recommend a hotel instead.
Also, I have to complain about the menu pricing. The same bottle of water costs 6 EGP (less than 1 RMB) at the downstairs supermarket. It's typical of places that charge domestic hotel prices without providing domestic hotel service quality.
I was upgraded to a suite this time, which is definitely a plus. The hotel's main draw is its safety and expansive grounds; the gardens on a hillside are a rare green oasis in Cairo's often dusty environment. However, the hotel is undeniably old, and the facilities are quite dated. In the suite, one of the wall-mounted AC remote controls had its casing fall off. The breakfast selection was also limited. On the other hand, the hotel's decor, with its sculptures and murals, exudes a strong artistic vibe.
Amazing experience! The service was excellent, very friendly and professional. The amenities were well-maintained, and everything was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and how helpful the staff were. Highly recommended for solo travellers or anyone looking for a relaxing stay
In a paradise near the airport highway, it is relatively close to the airport, there are football fields, water world, children's training classes, outdoor bars, swimming pools, etc., but the grade is still very popular, and it is still the hardware facilities of domestic express hotels. Level, breakfast is too local, only eggs can be eaten, it is recommended not to book a room with breakfast, transit overnight can be considered, after all, the price is relatively low
At this price, there's not much to complain about. The owner is actually a very nice person, just a bit of a straight man and sometimes too direct in his speech. But if you communicate well, he'll solve everything for you; he's very responsible. I actually stayed in a twin room with tiled walls, which looked much cleaner than the double rooms mentioned in some reviews. The hallway was also quite quiet. There are also quite a few elderly Muslim men and women from China living in the building; it seems like they're doing short-term rentals. They live on other floors with kitchens, and they're all very gentle and kind.
[Best Value for Money] This hotel surprised me! For a few hundred dollars, I enjoyed a five-star experience. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and there was a complimentary minibar. The location is super convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the mall. The service was warm and attentive; I will definitely stay here again next time!

It is only selected from the exhibition hall. The location is far from the city. It belongs to the resort. The low-rise rooms are relatively old. The breakfast is a 5-package package with a large amount of food. There is nothing to go shopping and eat nearby. The service is OK and various problems are dealt with in time.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room is very big, with one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom. It would be better if the sofa bed could be made in advance according to the number of people reported when booking the room. You can also cook (although we didn't do it). There is a refrigerator. The service is friendly. Take the elevator to the basement floor, turn right after the elevator and walk a short distance to the shopping mall.
UU446586_1580091****I booked this hotel for my last night as a layover before heading to the airport, and it actually exceeded my expectations. It was super convenient to get to City Stars mall from the hotel. Even though Google Maps said the mall closed at 10 PM, a lot of the restaurants inside stayed open much later, so you can definitely grab a bite to eat there.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is pretty good; it's very close to the airport and there's the City Stars mall nearby, where I bought most of my souvenirs. There's also a Chinese restaurant about a 15-minute drive away.
YYousef AlshaerWar alles in Ordnung. Wir waren nur zum schlafen da und so war das Konzept vom Unterkunft. Aber alles gut und reibungslos gelaufen. Danke
DDba RpaaI had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, with a great breakfast and friendly staff. The location is perfect, close to the City. I enjoyed the pool, the spa, and the other service. The hotel also arranged a tour for me to see the nearby tourist sites. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo.
