Absolutely loved this hotel! We only booked it for an overnight stay before leaving, so I didn't have high expectations for the price. Turns out, it was my favorite hotel during our entire trip to Egypt, even more comfortable than the Sheraton we stayed at in Cairo and the Hilton in the Red Sea! The room had a small living area and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils. For a Sichuanese person who'd been traveling around Egypt for over ten days and whose palate was totally bored, being able to watch Mango TV shows and cook a delicious hotpot in the room was simply perfect! The beds were clean and comfortable, and the service was even better! I wasn't expecting much service for this price point, but the staff member went up and down five or six times, helping us get bowls and plates, fixing the window lock, and adding an extra bed. Five stars, absolutely deserved!
I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, and the exceptional service made it unforgettable. A special thanks to Mohamed, May, Yasmin, and Shrouk for their incredible hospitality. They were always smiling, welcoming, and deeply humble, handling every request with impressive speed and efficiency.
The hotel itself is a perfect haven of peace and quiet. The beautiful classical music playing softly in the background added a wonderful touch of elegance and relaxation to the entire experience. Highly
Overall, it was a decent stay, but I really can't agree with the efficiency of the staff. The room cleaning was done quite well. However, the bathroom was clogged, and despite reporting it for days, nothing was done. My friend left their wallet in the room, and it took four trips and speaking to the manager to finally retrieve it. Each time we went, they made us wait, and we'd end up waiting for half an hour. It was quite frustrating. The breakfast, however, was commendable.
Fantastic hotel. The staff were so kind and too care of all our needs. The kocation entrance can be slightly tricky for user drivers but if you let 5hem know in chat where exactly you are, I helps considerably.

The hotel is amazing. The bedroom is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The views from the fourth floor are incredible. Great location. Excellent value.
A gem of a small boutique hotel in a great location & good area.
Rooms are unique & although the building old the bathroom modern & the beds very comfortable.
Great service & very attentive & helpful staff.
There are several restaurants within the hotel, offering a diverse option of cuisines.
Breakfast is served in the Carlos restaurant & excellent.
My only criticism, after enjoying one cocktail & making the decision to come back & eat later, they charged all of the service & local taxes but worse a cover charge. This small incident left me a bit annoyed & needless to say, I didn't go back to eat.
Other than this small thing I had a lovely experience staying here & would highly recommend.
