This time I stayed in a bright historical apartment and the overall experience was quite good. The uncle downstairs is very enthusiastic and kind, making people feel at home as soon as they arrive. This is an apartment-style hotel, convenient location and good living functions. The room facilities are quite complete, you can open your own business, you can also use laundry equipment, which is a plus for long-term or family passengers. However, because it is close to the road, the sound of traffic at night is more obvious. Even if it is still affected by some noise in the middle of the night, the hotel also provides earplugs as a supplement. Overall, it is a good value for money, friendly accommodation choice, suitable for passengers who can accept some micro noise, pay attention to convenience and life functions.

We had a wonderful stay at New President hotel. The bedroom is very spacious, clean and has everything you need. The location is set in a nice area with a restaurant right at the entrance of the hotel. The hotel also has a very nice gym next door that can be used. Breakfast has a lot of options and tasty. The staff was very friendly and assisted with everything. Good value for money.

Honestly, the stay was disappointing. The floors were not well maintained, and I found the bathroom to be in a very unpleasant condition. The shower tap was leaking, which made things worse. The breakfast was also poor. The juices were not fresh, and everything that was offered tasted bland. On top of that, the experience at the pool bar was frustrating. Every time we ordered something, the waiter kept coming back repeatedly to ask if we wanted to order again or to make us pay. During the two days we spent by the pool trying to relax and take a nap, we were constantly disturbed and woken up to be asked if we wanted anything. The iron should also be replaced as it is in poor condition. It ruined a pair of beige trousers and a white shirt while I was ironing. We only stayed for two nights and did not want to be difficult guests, but in hindsight we should have raised these issues, especially considering this is a 5-star hotel and we paid for that level of service. Overall, this was not a relaxing or enjoyable experience.

Fantastic from start to finish. It was a short 1 night stay but was spoilt for choice with restaurants and amenities. Every member of staff went above and beyond. Very quick and helpful check-in by Sahonda. Thank you. Pool view was amazing

I won't expect much in terms of hygiene. The hotel's location on Ctrip is different from its actual address, so be sure to check the actual address carefully, as some streets in Cairo have the same name. This location is fine if you enjoy browsing antiques and art, and there are many good restaurants and cafes nearby. However, it's quite far from other places, and traffic is terrible; forget about getting a taxi during rush hour.

일단 사이트에 등록된 주소랑 실제 주소랑 달라요. 거리가 꽤 됩니다. 그리고 방이 굉장히 작구요. 문 앞에 바로 프론트가 있어요.;; 엘베있는지 확인하고 갔는데, 있다고는 했지만.. 네 있긴하더라구요 근데 프론트와 숙박시설이 있는 2층은 엘베 이용이 안됩니다^^;; 참고하시길.. 위치는 좋아요~

Возможно, мой отзыв будет не совсем объективным, т.к. это место не совсм туристическое. Будучи в командировке - меня бы всё устроило. В номере чисто, всё необходимое имется. Но мы посещали Каир с целью туризма и некоторые вещи меня не совсем порадовали: 1. ребята на reception по большей части не говорят по-английски; остаётся вариант переписываться через whatsapp; 2. долго смотрели на мою распечатку с trip.com - такое ощущение, что первый раз видят; 3. типичный обман - на фото в trip.com изображен самый лучший номер с лучшим видом из окна; нам достался не самый лучший - см. вид из окна во вложении; 4. на нашу просьбу заменить номер сказали что все номера заняты; при этом за 2 ночи я не видел ни одного постояльца; 5. под окном была шумная тусовка с музыкой примерно с 6 до 7 утра;
