My stay here was absolutely fantastic. The room was spotless and well-maintained. The housekeeper, Cora, was incredibly attentive and responsive to all my needs, which made me feel very secure and comfortable. I particularly loved the Chinese-inspired design and the amenities from Hermès’ ‘Shang Xia’ brand, which made the room feel extra luxurious. The hotel's late-night supper service, available from 9 PM to 11 PM, was a thoughtful touch, offering a wide variety of choices. The location is also a huge plus – right in the city center, just a 5-minute walk to Taikoo Li, making it super convenient for shopping and exploring. Plus, there are countless dining options nearby. Overall, the service and environment exceeded my expectations, offering great value for money. Highly recommend!

My three-night stay was an incredibly satisfying experience. The front desk service was professional and efficient: check-in was quick, the staff were friendly and smiling, and they proactively upgraded me to a quiet room on a higher floor, while also providing a detailed overview of the hotel facilities. The room itself was comfortable and spotless: it was spacious and bright, the mattress was perfectly firm yet soft, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the water pressure was excellent. The mini-bar was restocked daily, and the soundproofing was outstanding, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast exceeded all expectations: the variety was astounding, ranging from Chinese dim sum and a live noodle station to Western pastries and baked goods. I especially recommend the local specialty, freshly pan-fried potstickers; I was awakened by their delicious aroma every morning. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, and it offers exceptional value for money. My only suggestion would be to perhaps add more fresh fruit options. Overall, it far surpassed my expectations and will be my top choice for future stays.
