⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Stay – 100/10 Experience!

My stay at Joya Hotel Shanghai Lujiazui was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations.

The hotel itself is fascinating, extremely aesthetic, and beautifully designed, every corner feels elegant and calming. The room was perfect, spotless, and the river view was a solid 10/10, absolutely breathtaking both day and night.

The service is beyond excellent (10/10). The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Even though English is not very common and communication in China can sometimes be challenging, the staff here go above and beyond to help, with patience and a big smile.

They were outstanding, so friendly, professional, and helpful. They truly made my stay smooth and memorable. Despite any language barriers, they always insisted on helping and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.
They also provide luggage storage for any one who need so its a plus 👍
The room is in the 22nd floor✨

The checkout is spposed to be at 2pm they made mus do late checkout after 4:30pm !😁

Overall, the place is very clean, and the service was excellent – a big shoutout to Xiao Gao! 👍 They even provided a separate toothbrush and toothpaste set for my child. The room itself was elegant, complete with a tea set, and there was a complimentary book written by the owner. It created a lovely atmosphere for reading and enjoying some tea.

The breakfast area could use some improvement, though.

I really liked it. The check-in/check-out times were flexibly accommodated to suit the customer's needs, depending on room availability. It really helped alleviate my fatigue. It was also great that food delivery came right to the door. The environment was clean, and the room layout was good and comfortable. The only minor inconvenience was that the pillow was a bit too high; I wonder if they would have provided a different one if I had asked a staff member. I was too tired this time, so I just slept with it as it was.

The Joya Hotel in Jiading is a lovely hotel for those who want to visit nearby attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower and large bathroom was heavenly. Joya is located near the entrance to Jiading's ancient town and areas with shops and restaurants. The breakfast could have been a bit better. I missed having a custom egg station, but the noodles were good. Overall, it was a great stay for one night!

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped out of the car, a concierge was there to help with my luggage. Check-in at the front desk took just 3 minutes, and they thoughtfully offered a hot towel and welcome tea. I booked an executive city-view room, and upon entering, I was amazed by the panoramic night view from the floor-to-ceiling windows – the entire CBD lit up like a personal masterpiece. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and the 'night sleep system' mattress was perfectly comfortable; I slept soundly until I naturally woke up. The bathroom was the biggest surprise: a rainfall shower, smart toilet, and underfloor heating. The Eggs Benedict and freshly squeezed pomegranate juice at breakfast were absolutely fantastic, and the seafood platter during Happy Hour at the Executive Lounge was incredible value for money. When checking out, a staff member proactively helped me mail back a watch I'd left behind. From now on, whenever I visit this city, this will be the only place I'll stay!

The hotel room is new, clean and have strong water shower pressure.  The lighting switch control system is a bit confusing.  The pillows are a bit soft for my liking.  The buffet breakfast spread is very good but with limited seats if too many guests.  The noodle station lady should improve on PR when speaking to guests.  The cheerful housekeeping staff did perform well in maintaining the room clean.  A good security control for entering the hotel room, guest can scan the room card and the specified floor number will be displayed.  The front desk staff is kind enough to give us gifts upon checking out.  The 3rd Tianfu Street Metro line 1 (Exit A) is about 5 minutes walk (370 meters) away from the hotel. There are some restaurants and two convenience store at the ground floor of the hotel building.  The hotel is located within working office blocks area and is quite far from city centre (Chunxi road).

Repeat trip with JOYA Hotel, great location, great services. Great hospitality and nice staff especially Ms. 文吉. Requested late check out also happily provided for us. Robot for delivered of take away food and package. 
Will choose to stay JOYA chain hotel again next time visit to China.
