The best thing about this place is obviously the location, you can be in and out Times Square all day. The room is well very compact, but still manageable to stay. Plenty of lifts is a plus, so you didn't have to wait that long even staying at the high floor. 

The unexpected experience was about the water temperature and pressure, which made us really suffered. The staff did come up to fix it, but couldn't be solved. The hotel offered us to change the room, but it was so late at night already. We decided to put our chance to the next morning, which the hotel committed to fix it. Then once again, it was a bit better, but still very hard to use. Finally, after talked many times with the front, we got waived of the extra 30$ charged per day as an apology. 

One more thing, our card was charged a mysterious amount of 8.01$ in the middle of the night (which the front also couldn't explain what this amount was), which until now, not have been credited back to the card. We tried to email the hotel many times, but got a reply only onece, with long explanation, but not clear about what that amount was. We did ask back again.. and still silent until now. ☹️

It was very well experience, except this incident, that should really be closely taken care of. Now we gave up to ask anything anymore, seemed being ignored by the hotel already, which we were really disappointed. 

So if you stay here, please be careful about all the amount charged.

Excellent! Madison Square Garden is within walking distance, as is a huge station with access to all types of rail transport. The hotel offered many 'perks,' from a welcome drink and $10 for lunch, to slippers in the room and a free fitness training session with a coach. There was a beautiful view from the window, caring housekeepers, a hairdryer, an iron, a coffee maker with daily capsule refills, and water in reusable metal bottles with the option to refill on the floor. A small refrigerator would have been a nice addition, but otherwise, we were very satisfied.

Booked this for a stay after a flight.  The check in was great.  They were full of great info.  Rooftop dining for breakfast and dinner.  Chinese buffet as well.  It is a bit confusing because the hotel only uses 3 floors, but well worth it.  Rooms are very clean.  Best bedding and towels I have seen in a long time in a hotel.  The only negative is, we found the shower floor to be a bit slippery.  We will definitely stay here again.

Best location! 5 min to subway 6, easy going downtown and come back uptown. Walking distance to Central Park and MET, surrounded by good coffee, bars, restaurants and shops! Employees are all super warm and nice! Super good room cleaning with all my stuff hanging everywhere and they can still carefully place and clean!!! Wish I can go back and stay here again! Best decision I made for my NYC trip. 😊

When I checked in for the second time, I accidentally received a small gift of chocolate biscuits from the hotel logo, and I was surprised and happy. However, I was arranged in the room facing the platform. I took the video and photos of the subway entering the station. It felt that the opportunity was rare and it was quite good. But I felt okay after sleeping all night, and the family members didn't sleep well at all. After negotiating with the front desk, I immediately changed the room.
The breakfast was quite good, but the level of the waiter was uneven. There was a child who just came to work and was more rigid and obeyed the rules. Other waiters are very good at talking and thinking about customers.
Tips:
1. If you want to travel conveniently and sleep quietly, you must communicate with the hotel as soon as possible.
2. If you get unexpected help, thank the service staff for giving cash tips on the spot, which is more than swiping the QR code back to the room to receive unexpected surprises 😜

This hotel boasts an excellent, central location, right in the heart of the city, and InterContinental's quality truly shines through ✨. It's within walking distance of Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and IFS, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, featuring smart home technology throughout and premium toiletries. The KingKoil mattress offers the perfect balance of firmness and softness, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The service is thoughtful and attentive, with great attention to detail. This is my top choice for a trip to Chengdu, highly recommended!

Facilities: The facilities are quite new, and the hotel breakfast offers a good variety.
Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, very good.
Environment: Great location, very close to Jiuyan Bridge, convenient for going out and exploring.
Service: The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in was very quick.

I brought my wife here on the evening of April 4th, and we had a fantastic experience. The hotel facilities are excellent, the lobby is spacious, and the room was spotless. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the directions provided were spot on. A huge thank you for such a wonderful couple's getaway! The hotel is conveniently located just 300m from Guixi Ecological Park and Jincheng Lake Park. We took an evening stroll to enjoy the night views and walked around Guixi Park. The impressive Global Center is also nearby. In the morning, we enjoyed a walk around Jincheng Lake Park – the surroundings are lovely. Just past Crescent Lake, there's a snack street. We walked back around 10 PM and had some barbecue and a few drinks at the commercial street, which was very enjoyable! A super great stay!

Opened in 2024, this is an InterContinental 'lite luxury' hotel with 281 rooms spread across 8 floors (low density, high comfort). They host a lot of weddings in their numerous banquet halls. There's one all-day dining restaurant that seats 200+ people, plus an Executive Lounge and an outdoor terrace. The hotel boasts a high-ceiling lobby, floor-to-ceiling window corridors, and a garden-style courtyard, giving it an overall spacious and modern design. The breakfast spread is quite good, but you need to go early as options dwindle and aren't replenished closer to closing. Staff are generally pleasant, though I did encounter one front desk agent who seemed perpetually grumpy and a bit impatient. The hotel also features two golf simulators, priced at 88 per hour, which is fun for a bit of practice – though one screen was broken, causing balls to escape and needing manual retrieval. There's also a small gym, but unfortunately, no pool, perhaps due to its 'tier'. The rooms are generally spacious, but I strongly advise against staying on the 2AF floor. It feels like an afterthought, completely lacks soundproofing, and has very low ceilings. I switched to a room in the main building, which had much better sound insulation. There was a slight odor in the bathroom, but it was tolerable. Overall, it's a decent stay.

Whenever I'm in Shanghai for a business trip, I make sure to stay at voco. Dina's service was super efficient, really top-notch! The swimming pool is fantastic; the morning light offers a great view, and the water quality is excellent. This time, I got upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely perfect. I'll definitely be back!

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it had great natural light. The staff were warm and attentive, responding promptly to any requests. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. Overall, a perfect stay! Yvonne at the front desk was very efficient with check-in and provided thoughtful, heartfelt service. The room facilities were brand new, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a very peaceful sleep. The overall experience was comfortably beyond my expectations.
