Highly recommended for honeymoons or anniversaries! The location is peaceful and away from the city crowd. Free transportation was well-organized with clear instructions to and from the island. We were welcomed with drinks, free ice cream, and even an anniversary cake in our room. The room is spacious with complete amenities and unlimited bottled water, plus a free island tour.

Tip: Food is quite expensive since outside meals aren’t allowed, so plan your budget accordingly or booked advance buffet reservation. Overall, an excellent stay — worth every moment!

Best hotel, taxi n Uber are just outside . Staff are honestly the best love them 😍😍😍. It’s an easy location for those who r looking at going for fun activities , restaurants etc u would find them here  or at less 25 mins or less away from the hotel.

The hotel is right by the World Trade Center, conveniently located next to a subway station, making it super easy to get around. The room was quite spacious, very clean, and quiet, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Dinner was delicious. I would definitely come back again.

A very satisfying experience, the bed was very comfortable, the room was large and very clean. I slept well, the soundproofing of the room was good, and the breakfast was pretty good. All in all, it was great. Will come again

誤打誤撞定了這個酒店，剛開始不知道要坐船入住，收到短訊才知道 準備取消的，最後還是入住了，確實很驚喜，整個團隊從AI WASF 碼頭的行李工作人員到前台，再到SHUTTLE BUS的司機，每個人都很熱情，尤其在最後一刻LINGAM提着行李幫我沖刺趕11點的船。感謝所有員工的五星級服務，早餐也很豐富，沙灘泳池很美，值得住兩天。強烈推薦。

*Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for transportation and dining options. I appreciated the pleasant amenities, such as the comfy one-time-use slippers. 

*Cons:The edge of the bathroom is not properly sealed, causing it to leak every time after shower. There are loud noises from the city (traffic, police, or ambulances) that can be heard until 1 or 2 a.m. each night. Additionally, there are only two elevators, which can be slow to wait for.

Nice hotel located near hotpot restaurant and KTV.  Felt like I was back in China!  The front desk clerk was not there upon checkout… I just left the key. Love the airport motif.

The Voco The Franklin New York was a great choice. The location is awesome, the bed was the highest point (really comfortable) and the staff always helpful and friendly. We hope to come back soon.

1. The hotel boasts an excellent location, within a 10-minute walk to numerous attractions like the Chengdu Museum, Tianfu Hong Shopping Mall (a popular spot for anime enthusiasts), Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li (famous for the 'Panda's Butt' photo op), and the Sichuan Science and Technology Museum. These areas offer a fantastic selection of food and shopping. Despite being in a bustling area, the room was remarkably quiet with the windows closed, indicating good soundproofing. The windows could also be opened for ventilation.

2. The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable. The bathroom features a dry/wet separation, and every corner was spotless. It also has a smart toilet, and the shower water temperature was excellent. The air conditioning was adjustable, and I appreciated that the vents didn't blow directly on the bed. The bathroom exhaust fan was incredibly quiet, almost inaudible.

3. Being a newly opened hotel, all the facilities are brand new. The duvet was down-filled, and the carpets were exceptionally clean.

4. The hotel staff provided very warm and responsive service. Upon check-in, they even offered small snacks for the children. The restaurant was clean and pleasant, featuring a garden dining area. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, as well as local Chengdu snacks.

This is truly the best hotel I've ever stayed at. While it might not have the grandeur of a five-star hotel, its facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service are on par with a five-star standard, but at a much more attractive price. I have a small suggestion: it would be wonderful to place two small children's stickers in the room, perhaps featuring the hotel's bird logo, or the hotel's plush toys (penguin and flamingo). Kids would absolutely love this and be even happier to stay here. My second child, who is quite particular about cleanliness, even said on the day we checked in, 'I'm very satisfied with this hotel. If only there were hotel bird stickers, I think it would be perfect!'

Absolutely fantastic! The two housekeeping staff were incredibly dedicated and their service was top-notch. The room was spotless – honestly, the cleanest I've ever seen in all the hotels I've stayed in. These ladies are incredibly hardworking and responsible. The cleaning was absolutely impeccable.

Located in the heart of the High-tech Zone, the hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Shuangliu Airport and adjacent to Tianfu Third Street CBD, Software Park, and Century City Convention and Exhibition Center. It offers convenient access to Tiexiang Temple Water Street, SKP Shopping Center, and Global Center. The surrounding area boasts comprehensive amenities, making it suitable for both leisure and business travel. The stay was also quite satisfactory. This VOCO hotel is a newly rebranded establishment, offering several high-value accommodation packages. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and odor-free. The public areas feature bright and vibrant colors, with an overall style that is simple yet sophisticated. Starting your day right on the 22nd floor is a great way to begin, with freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices, noodles and wontons, and homemade butterfly pastries – all local specialties. Of course, the most commendable aspect is the professional and meticulous service team, especially Guest Services Manager Mr. Yan, Front Desk Assistant Mr. Xiong, and Food and Beverage Manager Mr. Lin, who fully demonstrated InterContinental's sincere and pleasant hospitality, leaving a deep and wonderful impression.
