I had a great stay at voco Dubai Monaco. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, stylish design, and a very relaxing vibe. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The pool and overall facilities were excellent, and the location made it easy to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. I especially loved the attention to detail and the lively atmosphere.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience and definitely a place I would recommend. I’d be happy to stay here again!

I had a great stay at the hotel. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I also really appreciated the quiet and peaceful environment, which made the stay even more relaxing.

Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

At first, I didn't notice anything wrong with the bed, but over time, the gap in the middle seemed to widen, and I started experiencing backaches. That's when I learned that 'king-size beds' abroad can sometimes be two single beds pushed together. The hotel insisted it was still considered a king bed. However, this shouldn't compromise your sleep quality. If you feel uncomfortable, ask the hotel to address it. They can usually adjust the beds to be closer together and add an extra mattress topper, which typically solves the problem. If you're very particular about your bedding, you might want to choose your hotel carefully.

Absolutely amazing stay at Voco Hotel! As an IHG member, I truly experienced exceptional service throughout my stay. The room was incredibly comfortable with stunning unobstructed sea views. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wonderful variety of options. A special thank you to Glenys at the front desk for her patient answers and perfect service—she made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at voco Monaco Dubai. The location is truly unique — staying on a private island makes the experience feel exclusive and relaxing from the moment you arrive.

The hotel has a beautiful European-style atmosphere, stylish design, and very comfortable rooms with great views. Everything is well maintained and thoughtfully designed to create a vacation vibe.

The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout the stay. The beach, pool area, and restaurants were excellent, making it easy to spend the entire day enjoying the island.

Overall, it’s a perfect place for a relaxing getaway away from the busy city while still being in Dubai. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something different and memorable.

I want to thank you for the quality of my stay at the Voco. I really appreciated the welcome, the modern facilities, the comfort of the hotel, and the professionalism of your team.

I would have loved to extend my stay by one night, but unfortunately, it wasn't possible. Within just a few minutes, the price more than doubled, which made extending my stay impossible for me.

It's a bit frustrating because I would have much rather stayed with you than have to look for another hotel.

I just wanted to share this small disappointment, which doesn't take away from the quality of your establishment and your hospitality.

Looking forward to returning for a future stay, hopefully with better luck with the rates!

Booked this for a stay after a flight. The check in was great. They were full of great info. Rooftop dining for breakfast and dinner. Chinese buffet as well. It is a bit confusing because the hotel only uses 3 floors, but well worth it. Rooms are very clean. Best bedding and towels I have seen in a long time in a hotel. The only negative is, we found the shower floor to be a bit slippery. We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is amazing! The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was well-stocked with towels and everything you could need. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially the guys who serve breakfast, which is absolutely incredible. They cook everything themselves, and not only is it delicious, but it's also visually appealing. It's a really comprehensive breakfast. Then there are some really cool touches, like having popcorn and lemonade available all day at reception to grab whenever you like. In the room, there's a coffee machine with pods that are replenished daily, as are the water bottles. This is definitely somewhere I'll stay again when I return to New York.

When I checked in for the second time, I accidentally received a small gift of chocolate biscuits from the hotel logo, and I was surprised and happy. However, I was arranged in the room facing the platform. I took the video and photos of the subway entering the station. It felt that the opportunity was rare and it was quite good. But I felt okay after sleeping all night, and the family members didn't sleep well at all. After negotiating with the front desk, I immediately changed the room.
The breakfast was quite good, but the level of the waiter was uneven. There was a child who just came to work and was more rigid and obeyed the rules. Other waiters are very good at talking and thinking about customers.
Tips:
1. If you want to travel conveniently and sleep quietly, you must communicate with the hotel as soon as possible.
2. If you get unexpected help, thank the service staff for giving cash tips on the spot, which is more than swiping the QR code back to the room to receive unexpected surprises 😜

Best location! 5 min to subway 6, easy going downtown and come back uptown. Walking distance to Central Park and MET, surrounded by good coffee, bars, restaurants and shops! Employees are all super warm and nice! Super good room cleaning with all my stuff hanging everywhere and they can still carefully place and clean!!! Wish I can go back and stay here again! Best decision I made for my NYC trip. 😊

Facilities: Quite well-equipped, though the hot water on the upper floors takes a little while to run.
Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff keeps the room very clean.
Environment: The surroundings are wonderful and create a very relaxing vibe.
Service: Thumbs up for the service! The hotel was doing some electrical work at night, and the generator noise was a bit loud. However, after reporting it, it was fully resolved, and the compensation was satisfactory—they even gave us a complimentary mug and other items.
[voco - Nantaiyue] Featured Co-branded Welcome Snack: Pretty good, though the seaweed flavor was a bit too strong for my liking, haha, but it is tasty overall.
Didi Ride-hailing Discount Voucher (as low as 40% off): This was really nice.
Transportation: Very convenient, very close to the bustling Chunxi Road area, and there are several great noodle shops nearby. They also have little cats, haha 🥸
Picture 4 is a bar I found near Taikoo Li; the vibe is pretty good. I bought an Amethyst puppet to take pictures with 📸—super cute 😎

I was a guest in room 1406 from August 31st to September 1st. I travel frequently for business, spending about 10 days a month in Chengdu. This was my first time staying at Voco Hotel, and I had such a great experience that I felt compelled to write this review.

First, let's talk about the service. I arrived at the hotel close to 1 AM on the 31st, and I was checked in by a very handsome front desk agent. He upgraded my room, and because my company's travel policy didn't include breakfast, I asked if I could get one. He mentioned that the restaurant is operated by a third party and he would need to check with the restaurant manager the next day. Since I had a morning meeting and was worried about time, I discussed it with him, and he assured me it wouldn't be an issue and that he would contact me after I woke up. True to his word, my alarm went off at 8 AM, and at 8:10 AM, he called to inform me that breakfast had been arranged and I could just go and enjoy it. That's incredibly thoughtful! Then, I casually asked the front desk if they had latex pillows. He said he would check with housekeeping, and within 10 minutes of me getting to my room, one was delivered. The service is truly comprehensive and the service process is well-established.

The breakfast experience the next morning was also excellent. The hotel's guest density was low, so the dining environment was superb, and there was even a terrace. The staff were also very professional; the pastry chef, when not serving, stood attentively and wasn't on his phone. The cleaning staff were very careful, trying not to make any noise. Overall, the breakfast was great, with delicious dishes that weren't too oily or salty, making it very healthy.

Secondly, the facilities and environment. The hotel's overall decor is very new, simple yet not basic, with quality materials, craftsmanship, and a sense of luxury. The hairdryer is a Laifen, which is a big plus, and the overhead shower and faucet water pressure and temperature were excellent 👍.

Also! The room key card is genuinely exquisite and well-designed; it's 100% wooden and very beautiful. I took one home, haha.

I'll definitely come back again. I just hope the prices don't go up, or it'll exceed my budget!

The front desk staff, Xiaohe, is excellent. She handles things efficiently and pays attention to details. Plus, she's beautiful! She has the potential to be a lobby manager.

The hotel is good, much better than the 1400 RMB one I stayed at near Taikoo Li before.
