We had a fantastic stay at voco Dubai and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our visit. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with modern and comfortable rooms that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore Dubai and access major attractions.

The facilities, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay.

We would highly recommend voco Dubai to anyone visiting the city and will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable

Came here with my mom for 3 nights. Location is quite good. The metro is 400m away and you can access many parts of dubai. Behind the hotel and nearby there are convenient stores and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are well trained, professional and courteous. The room and Bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is good. As i am writing this, we had to extend another day due to the war happening between Iran and Israel. Airports are shut. The staff managed to give us a good rate to extend our stay.

The welcoming part was super,  special thank you for Mr Muaz at reception.  The overall stay was fab as will.   The bad point was final day morning 9am we was in deep sleep,  where sadunly we start hearing drilling sound and humering.  It was that loud that it seems it was in the room above us .  We called operator on ”0” who promised twice to stop at soonest.  After few hours I got a call on my room I don't now his tittle or name, but he informed me the sound is from a construction outside the hotel (layer) i request him to visit my room to listen and he said I am coming,  I waited with open door of my room, no one come plus the sound was more loud in meddle of the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at voco Monaco Dubai. The location is truly unique — staying on a private island makes the experience feel exclusive and relaxing from the moment you arrive.

The hotel has a beautiful European-style atmosphere, stylish design, and very comfortable rooms with great views. Everything is well maintained and thoughtfully designed to create a vacation vibe.

The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout the stay. The beach, pool area, and restaurants were excellent, making it easy to spend the entire day enjoying the island.

Overall, it’s a perfect place for a relaxing getaway away from the busy city while still being in Dubai. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something different and memorable.

The location is great for exploring on foot. The staff were very helpful with everything. This was my first time staying in such a small room, but it didn't feel cramped at all. It can be a bit noisy at night because the room I stayed in was right by Main Road 7. Overall, everything was very good.

This hotel is amazing! The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was well-stocked with towels and everything you could need. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially the guys who serve breakfast, which is absolutely incredible. They cook everything themselves, and not only is it delicious, but it's also visually appealing. It's a really comprehensive breakfast. Then there are some really cool touches, like having popcorn and lemonade available all day at reception to grab whenever you like. In the room, there's a coffee machine with pods that are replenished daily, as are the water bottles. This is definitely somewhere I'll stay again when I return to New York.

Booked this for a stay after a flight.  The check in was great.  They were full of great info.  Rooftop dining for breakfast and dinner.  Chinese buffet as well.  It is a bit confusing because the hotel only uses 3 floors, but well worth it.  Rooms are very clean.  Best bedding and towels I have seen in a long time in a hotel.  The only negative is, we found the shower floor to be a bit slippery.  We will definitely stay here again.

When I checked in for the second time, I accidentally received a small gift of chocolate biscuits from the hotel logo, and I was surprised and happy. However, I was arranged in the room facing the platform. I took the video and photos of the subway entering the station. It felt that the opportunity was rare and it was quite good. But I felt okay after sleeping all night, and the family members didn't sleep well at all. After negotiating with the front desk, I immediately changed the room.
The breakfast was quite good, but the level of the waiter was uneven. There was a child who just came to work and was more rigid and obeyed the rules. Other waiters are very good at talking and thinking about customers.
Tips:
1. If you want to travel conveniently and sleep quietly, you must communicate with the hotel as soon as possible.
2. If you get unexpected help, thank the service staff for giving cash tips on the spot, which is more than swiping the QR code back to the room to receive unexpected surprises 😜

Best location! 5 min to subway 6, easy going downtown and come back uptown. Walking distance to Central Park and MET, surrounded by good coffee, bars, restaurants and shops! Employees are all super warm and nice! Super good room cleaning with all my stuff hanging everywhere and they can still carefully place and clean!!! Wish I can go back and stay here again! Best decision I made for my NYC trip. 😊

After staying at voco in Auckland in 2024, I developed a strong liking for this new brand under the InterContinental banner – it's truly a top choice for value for money. This time, I stayed at the voco Chunxi Road during my trip to Chengdu, and it's very new, probably in its prime condition regarding hotel hardware. Although we're a family of three, we still booked a twin-bed suite. The room was spacious, with double sinks, very comfortable. Some small details made me feel the hotel management's thoughtfulness, such as the vanity mirror on the desk and the disinfectant wipes in the bathroom. I want to give a special shout-out to the laundry room; from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily, there are staff members to help with washing and drying clothes. You don't have to worry about your clothes being washed but unattended while you're out exploring during the day – it's very thoughtful. The only minor drawback is the lighting control in the bedroom; it's either all on or all off, you can't just turn on one or two lights, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, the voco Chunxi Road provided me with a great stay. The room cleaning was meticulous, staff members greeted guests whenever they met them, and requests were promptly addressed. It's highly recommended.

Highly recommend the Voco Hotel Chengdu Jiuyan Bridge! This stay exceeded my expectations.

I want to give special praise to a lovely ******* lady at the front desk. She was so gentle and thoughtful. When I arrived to check in, my original room type wasn't ready yet. She proactively reassured me and kindly upgraded me to a higher category room for free, which was a wonderful surprise. Her service was truly heartwarming, patient, and meticulous throughout – she really made a fantastic impression.

The hotel's overall ambiance is very stylish. The room cleanliness was impeccable; every corner, including the bathroom, was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay, and the soundproofing was also quite good.

To be objective, the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, with fewer varieties, but the quality of the ingredients was excellent, and everything tasted genuinely good. The freshly made noodles and local dim sum were delicious. There was definitely enough to eat.

The location is superb; you can walk to Jiuyan Bridge, making it very convenient for exploring and dining. Both the service and facilities are top-notch. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu!

This is a newly opened hotel, so all the facilities and services are brand new. It hasn't been open for long, so there's no unpleasant renovation smell whatsoever.

The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Poly Time Plaza, with tons of dining options nearby. The breakfast on the 22nd floor has an unbeatable view, and they even offer smoked salmon. What's more, even when ordering noodles, there are five or six different flavors – it's rare to find such variety in a hotel.

The room itself is also very spacious, featuring a floor-to-ceiling window and a bathtub. The soundproofing is excellent too! The gym is large and well-equipped, they even have a rowing machine.
