As someone who is always staying in different hotels and doing reviews, my expectations are usually quite high. This time, we decided to visit voco Monaco Dubai and give it a try and I can confidently say they did not disappoint!

From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. A very special thanks to AIKA at the check-in counter who went above and beyond to make sure our stay would be perfect. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made us feel valued as guests, and that kind of service truly makes a difference.

About the room it was simple, clean, and comfortable. Exactly what we expected. Sometimes simplicity is all you need to fully relax, and that’s exactly what we got. The bed was cozy, the ambiance was calm, and it was the perfect space to unwind.

The pool area was spotless, the beach was clean and beautiful, and the overall vibe of the hotel is just amazing. It’s a great place to disconnect and enjoy the peaceful island atmosphere. The restaurants served really good food, and we were impressed with the quality and presentation.

The staff from the bar team to the breakfast team and everyone in between were friendly, attentive, and professional. You can really feel the positive energy around the property.

The only downside during our stay was dinner at La Rive. The food itself was good, but unfortunately, the service was slow and not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. I hope they consider hiring more staff to better accommodate guests during busy hours, because the restaurant has great potential.

Overall, our stay was a solid 9/10. It was wonderful, relaxing, and memorable. Huge thanks again to the amazing team especially AIKA! If you’re staying there, don’t forget to say hi to her 😊

The welcoming part was super,  special thank you for Mr Muaz at reception.  The overall stay was fab as will.   The bad point was final day morning 9am we was in deep sleep,  where sadunly we start hearing drilling sound and humering.  It was that loud that it seems it was in the room above us .  We called operator on ”0” who promised twice to stop at soonest.  After few hours I got a call on my room I don't now his tittle or name, but he informed me the sound is from a construction outside the hotel (layer) i request him to visit my room to listen and he said I am coming,  I waited with open door of my room, no one come plus the sound was more loud in meddle of the hotel.

Came here with my mom for 3 nights. Location is quite good. The metro is 400m away and you can access many parts of dubai. Behind the hotel and nearby there are convenient stores and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are well trained, professional and courteous. The room and Bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is good. As i am writing this, we had to extend another day due to the war happening between Iran and Israel. Airports are shut. The staff managed to give us a good rate to extend our stay.

Service: Very good.
Environment: Right by the sea, the surrounding area is excellent.
Cleanliness: As it's a newly opened hotel, the cleanliness is still okay.
Facilities: The indoor environment is very nice, but the balcony is a bit plain. The rooftop pool is beautiful.

I had a wonderful stay at voco Monaco Dubai. The location is truly unique — staying on a private island makes the experience feel exclusive and relaxing from the moment you arrive.

The hotel has a beautiful European-style atmosphere, stylish design, and very comfortable rooms with great views. Everything is well maintained and thoughtfully designed to create a vacation vibe.

The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout the stay. The beach, pool area, and restaurants were excellent, making it easy to spend the entire day enjoying the island.

Overall, it’s a perfect place for a relaxing getaway away from the busy city while still being in Dubai. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something different and memorable.

This hotel boasts an excellent location right in the city center, steps away from Broadway theaters, Times Square, and the Empire State Building. It's incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel restaurant's cranberry salad and desserts were delicious, and the steak entree was so generous in portion size I couldn't finish it. The gentleman at the front desk wearing a mask provided fantastic service (I'm so sorry I forgot to ask his name!). He not only explained the hotel facilities but also showed me how to use the elevators. If I visit New York again, I'll definitely choose VOCO.

Voco provided the perfect base for my daughter and I to explore New York. Facilities gave us everything we needed and the staff were great. Definitely worth considering if you are visiting NYC

Booked this for a stay after a flight.  The check in was great.  They were full of great info.  Rooftop dining for breakfast and dinner.  Chinese buffet as well.  It is a bit confusing because the hotel only uses 3 floors, but well worth it.  Rooms are very clean.  Best bedding and towels I have seen in a long time in a hotel.  The only negative is, we found the shower floor to be a bit slippery.  We will definitely stay here again.

When I checked in for the second time, I accidentally received a small gift of chocolate biscuits from the hotel logo, and I was surprised and happy. However, I was arranged in the room facing the platform. I took the video and photos of the subway entering the station. It felt that the opportunity was rare and it was quite good. But I felt okay after sleeping all night, and the family members didn't sleep well at all. After negotiating with the front desk, I immediately changed the room.
The breakfast was quite good, but the level of the waiter was uneven. There was a child who just came to work and was more rigid and obeyed the rules. Other waiters are very good at talking and thinking about customers.
Tips:
1. If you want to travel conveniently and sleep quietly, you must communicate with the hotel as soon as possible.
2. If you get unexpected help, thank the service staff for giving cash tips on the spot, which is more than swiping the QR code back to the room to receive unexpected surprises 😜

Best location! 5 min to subway 6, easy going downtown and come back uptown. Walking distance to Central Park and MET, surrounded by good coffee, bars, restaurants and shops! Employees are all super warm and nice! Super good room cleaning with all my stuff hanging everywhere and they can still carefully place and clean!!! Wish I can go back and stay here again! Best decision I made for my NYC trip. 😊

Bringing my elderly parents and kids to Chengdu, choosing Voco Chunxi Road was such a smart decision! The location is absolutely fantastic, just a short walk to Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and IFS. Downstairs, there are all sorts of delicious eateries, making exploring and dining incredibly convenient. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast spread was varied and tasty. Our room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a very pleasant stay for the whole family. I've included some actual photos of the room. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting downtown Chengdu!

What truly sets this hotel apart is its 'thoughtfulness in every detail.' The location is superb – nestled in a vibrant area yet surprisingly quiet, and within walking distance of the subway, making travel incredibly convenient. The lobby boasts a modern design with a subtle, elegant fragrance. The ******* staff at the front desk particularly impressed me, offering warm towels and herbal tea upon arrival – it's these little touches that truly show their dedication.

The room was more spacious than expected, and the high-thread-count bedding was wonderfully soft against the skin, ensuring a dreamless night's sleep. The soundproofing is excellent; once the window is closed, the city noise is gently kept at bay. The bathroom features a wet and dry separation, strong water pressure, and amenities from a botanical niche brand. The shampoo left my hair feeling soft, not dry, with a subtle herbal scent. The mini-bar is complimentary for the first round, and the inclusion of a capsule coffee machine is a huge plus for business travelers.

Breakfast was a highlight, offering a great mix of Chinese and Western options. For Chinese, there was freshly made duck blood vermicelli soup, while the Western spread included made-to-order eggs Benedict. The fruit was beautifully cut and replenished promptly. The 24-hour gym is well-maintained with good equipment. The only minor flaw was the elevators getting a bit crowded during peak morning hours, but this is a small issue that doesn't detract from the overall excellent experience.

Overall, this hotel isn't loud or ostentatious, yet it provides thoughtful care in every minute detail. Upon check-out, the front desk proactively asked about my stay and even offered a complimentary souvenir, which left me with a warm feeling. This is a hotel worth returning to repeatedly – the service is just right, and the comfort is perfect.

Facilities: This is an IHG lifestyle brand, and the hotel is newly updated and opened, with a very British style. All the facilities are brand new, and the stay was very comfortable. 
Environment: Downstairs is Poly Time, which is considered a commercial hub in the southern part of the city, with plenty of dining options.
Service: Excellent! They called in advance to ask about my arrival time. The bed was too soft, and the hotel staff immediately arranged for housekeeping to remove the mattress topper. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and the staff were very enthusiastic about preparing coffee for me.

I was in a hurry for work, so I didn't have time to take photos of the room or more. Overall, it was fantastic and highly recommended.
