This is a great hotel! The front desk staff were warm, helpful, and professional. The room was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, and there's free parking downstairs. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room was fantastic! Even though it was busy, they kindly upgraded us for free when they saw there were three of us, so we decided to extend our stay for another night. The room was super clean, and it's really close to Taidong Pedestrian Street, about a ten-minute walk. When we arrived by car, they even came out to help us with parking, truly 'butler-style' service – highly recommended! Plus, they have a clean, odor-free washing machine and dryer, perfect for washing clothes after a day at the beach.

The room was very comfortable, the front desk brother service was very good, very close to the subway station, there were a lot of delicious downstairs, next time I travel, I will choose this hotel to stay.

The hotel is next to the community, not close to the road, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. I thought that this side is close to the sea and it was raining, so the room would be damp. As a result, after checking in, I found that it was not damp, but also very clean and comfortable. The hotel breakfast is also very rich, which is more suitable for my taste. I felt very good during this stay, and things went smoothly. If I have the opportunity to come again next time, I will stay at this hotel again

房間設施齊全完善，燈光柔和，熱水供應充足又穩定，洗漱用品品質不錯，衞生間乾濕分離，打掃得非常乾淨。
整體性價比特別高，環境舒適、衞生乾淨、服務周到，不管是出差還是旅遊入住都特別合適，體驗感滿分，下次來還會繼續選擇這家酒店，真心推薦給大家！

A good option in Kashgar. I stayed there two times and the first room was much better than the second. It was a room with two single beds on the 6th floor, clean, spacious and confortable. Bathroom is a bit small but it was clean and modern. The second room was a double bed room and some of the furniture showed signs of the time passing by and the bathroom was not as clean. Still, a good option overall.

My biggest worry about traveling with my child this time was laundry, but this hotel completely solved my concerns! Upon check-in, the front desk proactively showed me the location of the laundry room and thoughtfully explained how to use it – their service was exceptionally attentive. I just threw in my child's dirty clothes, and within an hour, I had fresh, soft, dry clothes. There was also an ironing machine and ironing board nearby, so shirts and jackets came out perfectly smooth and wrinkle-free. The room amenities were also thoughtful; the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and hot water was readily available. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room spotlessly every day, even putting away any toys my child had scattered. This hotel, which prioritizes convenience, is perfect for family trips, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

They told me that the aunt had found my belongings during the cleaning and handed them in and kept them properly! What surprised me more was that they offered to mail me home and handled it very quickly and professionally.

To be honest, it was less than 100 yuan to stay for one night, but their high-responsibility attitude to the guests' belongings really far exceeds the value of the items themselves! This spirit of ”gold picking” and efficient lost and found service made me feel particularly at ease and warm.
