Our New Year's Eve trip at Wanghu Hotel was unforgettable. Housekeeper Shirley provided thoughtful service, proactively upgrading our room and escorting us there. Housekeeper Yajun was warm and attentive, not only offering welcome fruits but also thoroughly recommending nearby attractions and routes. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, within walking distance of Broken Bridge and Wulin Night Market, making it easy to enjoy both sightseeing and local food. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff's constant smiles and helpfulness made this trip extra special!

The hotel's scenery is beautiful, and the room conditions and service are commendable. However, the most praiseworthy aspect is the hotel's breakfast; not only is there a wide variety, but it's clear that thought was put into every dish. My only regret is that the air conditioning in the room felt insufficient during our stay, especially since Hangzhou experienced a cold snap. It was quite cold, and I ended up catching a cold when checking out.

Zhejiang Hotel, a former palace of Lin Biao converted into an old-school hotel, surprisingly exceeded my expectations across the board. It's especially ideal for those looking to explore West Lake in depth.

The hotel is located in Mailing, on the inner side of West Lake, offering a quiet retreat away from the crowds. However, quiet doesn't mean inconvenient. Its location is right next to Maojiabu. Heading west will take you straight to Longjing Village; east directly to West Lake; north to Hangzhou Botanical Garden; and south, without any turns, to Manjuelong and Hupao. Essentially, it's at the heart of the inner West Lake and West Mountain scenic spots, with direct bus access. It perfectly balances tranquility and convenience.

The room was also a pleasant surprise. I booked using a 500-yuan-a-night package voucher, and the kind lady at the front desk upgraded me to an executive king room. It felt like a mini-suite, featuring an oversized bathroom, a fantastic bedroom, and a balcony overlooking the hotel's interior. The room was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with unique touches like vintage-style busts of historical figures and pull-chain lamps. I'd describe it as classy and tasteful. 👍

The hotel grounds themselves are quite expansive, boasting beautiful inner courtyards. Just strolling around the hotel felt like visiting a scenic attraction. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety and delicious flavors.

Overall, Zhejiang Hotel truly lives up to being named after a whole province. At 500 yuan a night, staying in a hotel like this is incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend it.

This hotel is in a small island and from the parking lot they will pick you up with a small cart. There are different kind of rooms depending on the price. We had the cheapest one but trip promised they will give us an upgrading and do they did. We got a bedroom and living room with balcony and nice view of the lake. Breakfast has many choices. It is nice to walk around the island but there is nothing else around. All three hotel restaurants are quite expensive.
There is also an outdoor and indoor pool.

The hotel was a comfortable stay and the family room was spacious. It’s a short walk to the metro station and nearby convenience stores and restaurants. The housekeeper was very detailed. The hallway to our hotel room seems older, but our room had high ceilings. I did not like that the room next to us was a smoking room because that guest would smoke and leave their door open. They should put non smoking rooms next to each other to avoid this.

The hotel has a high-end atmosphere. There is a faint fragrance in the lobby when you enter, and the music in the lobby is also very elegant. When you come to the front desk, the staff are all smiling, giving people a sense of intimacy. Brother Wang Bo reminds us to scan the parking ticket when we go out to park. The hotel has Charging station. After checking in, we found someone to help us carry our luggage to the room and press the elevator button. The room has a smart toilet and large floor-to-ceiling windows. The room can see the district government. The lighting is very good at night. Overall, the stay experience is very good.

*I went to climb the Moganshan Scenic Area that day, went to the village, saw the naked castle and the net red forest tennis court, the scenery is very good, the homestay is about 10 minutes drive from the scenic spot and the village, the location is excellent, the butler service range is because there is no driving, the store drives the scenic spot, The staff is in a good spirit, the service is timely, and the sanitation is clean. Friends who come to Moganshan can choose this one.

I usually stay in hotels on business trips, but this time I was so disappointed. First of all, the fruit delivered was really not good. It was either rotten or not good after taking a bite. If the hotel cannot guarantee the quality of the welcome fruit, it is better not to deliver it. This is a complete deduction. The second point is that for a hotel that costs more than a thousand and one night, it does not have a refrigerator or drinks. Now, all seasons under the latest Huazhu Hotel will have a small refrigerator with iced mineral water, and a higher-grade orange crystal, Manxin, Mei Juju and the like also have refrigerators for drinks, not to mention Atour. On such a hot day, if there is even a refrigerator in the hotel, and the check-in staff can provide iced and room-temperature drinks, even the choice of mineral water is definitely a plus. There is also the corn delivered. Maybe because it was prepared too early, the box below was a little wet and almost fell off when we got it to the car. Can it be replaced with a better plastic bag? Finally, I suggest that hotel managers can go out and stay in mid-to-high-end hotels such as Huazhu, Home Inn, Jingjiang, and Atour. They do have an advantage over you in terms of price, but their management is much better than yours. I hope they can improve. Bar. I don't think it's worth it for details like this, which cost more than 1,800 a night. The environment is good, but the details leave me speechless. For someone who has stayed in various hotels and traveled across the country for a long time, I feel that the most important details are not enough. Service staff training, including hotel management, needs to be strengthened. The service at this price makes me feel that the Hanting hotels with two to three hundred and one nights are similar to yours.
