What impressed me the most was the service from our butler, Wanfang. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly proactive and responsible, providing attentive care from check-in to check-out. She reminded us of important details, fulfilled every request, and responded incredibly fast, making us feel secure and warm even far from home. The hotel itself has a great location, and is clean and quiet. Combined with an excellent butler like Wanfang, the experience was perfect, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel has a new Chinese-style design. The manager upgraded us to a suite, which was a great experience. Compared to other hotels near scenic spots, while it doesn't offer a unique West Lake view, it was a very comfortable stay. The hotel is filled with birdsong and flowers, and the staff are very enthusiastic. However, the downside is that the breakfast variety and taste weren't great, and I hope they can improve this. I'll definitely come back to stay again.

The hotel room was quite spacious with a lovely green view of trees outside the window.

Hygiene: The hotel is a bit old, and the wallpaper was peeling, indicating a lack of maintenance. The overall cleanliness was acceptable, and my kids loved the bathtub; the water temperature was just right.

Dining: Breakfast was very mediocre with limited options. One of the two coffee machines was out of order and needed the coffee grounds emptied, leading to queues. Both bread and hot dishes were scarce. They advertised scallion oil noodles as a specialty at the entrance, but I didn't see it available. There were no Qingtuan (green glutinous rice balls) during the Qingming Festival, which was disappointing as a seasonal specialty. It felt like a lack of consideration. There was no one to seat guests at the restaurant entrance, and tables weren't cleaned promptly, requiring multiple reminders and re-cleaning. Dining during peak hours was a bit chaotic.

Transportation: On the first day of the Qingming holiday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, the hotel's area had traffic control, making it impossible to take a taxi in. This was quite inconvenient, and we checked in very late, feeling quite tired. It would be much more reasonable if hotel guests were allowed taxi access.

This was my second stay, and I felt it was significantly worse than the first. During a holiday period, the hotel's management and service capabilities proved to be quite weak.

This hotel is in a small island and from the parking lot they will pick you up with a small cart. There are different kind of rooms depending on the price. We had the cheapest one but trip promised they will give us an upgrading and do they did. We got a bedroom and living room with balcony and nice view of the lake. Breakfast has many choices. It is nice to walk around the island but there is nothing else around. All three hotel restaurants are quite expensive.
There is also an outdoor and indoor pool.

This hotel, recommended by a friend, was indeed excellent. It's conveniently located right above a subway station, making transport a breeze. The room was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped, with attentive service. They offered unlimited water and two complimentary drinks. The super king-sized bed, at 2.4 meters, was incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guangzhou.

Value for money. Conveniently located near the mrt and some bakeries and a big mall. Clean and comfortable stay. Recommended.
