The hotel and the room were perfect. It was cleaned every day, and the lobby and other facilities were always tidy. The staff was very friendly. The location is good, but after a long day, it was just a little too far from the city center. Otherwise, a perfect place and hotel.

The hotel is located right by City Hall, with a metro station directly outside. It's just over 300 meters from Porto Sao Bento train station, and all the attractions in the Old Town are within walking distance. There are various restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient. All the hotel staff, from the front desk to the breakfast restaurant and housekeepers, were warm and proactive. The room was a bit small, though.

The environment is very good, the location is excellent, and the chapel of the soul is very close. The front desk service is superb! Super polite and super kind! There are welcome drink and small egg tarts.

Странно, что данный отель имеет 4 звезды. 
Из плюсов - местоположение, чистота, убирались и меняли полотенца каждый день! 
А теперь минусы. 
При заселении у меня запросили в качестве залога номер карты! И не просто номер и срок действия, а ещё и три цифры на обороте чтобы я им сказала…. Вы серьезно? Это абсолютно конфиденциальная информация! Я могу ввести самостоятельно код при покупке чего либо, но кому то его передавать-нет! И никто не в праве требовать это с меня! С горем пополам я пыталась объяснить это молодому человеку на стойке регистрации, минут 10 меня убеждали, в итоге пошли мне на встречу) 
Вообще, почему никто здесь в комментариях об этом не пишет? Это же ненормально. 
Далее- в номере не хватало зубной щетки, зубной пасты, кондиционера для волос и халата (в описании номера все это входит в стандарт). Я сказала об этом на ресепшене. Через пол часа мне все принесли, кроме халата. Я решила, что он все таки не входит. И о чудо, в последний день прибывания мне его принесли. Как говорится- лучше поздно, чем никогда. Ну и неохлаждающий холодильник. Поменяли его на следующий день. Мне кажется, такого при имении 4 звезд быть не должно. 
Ну и еще момент. Я заметила, что при заселении всех угощали портвейном . Мне даже не предложили. Видимо из-за того, что я не сказала данные карты банковской.

I appreciate our staff prepare special decoration for our birthday trip. But the hotel is still a bit disappointing in terms of service and facility. No swimming pool or gym, the shower doesn't work well so water is splashed everywhere. And it's obviously understaffed even though it's not peak season anymore. We called the reception for service and only got responded in one hour. I'm quite disappointed considering it's a 5-star hotel

The hotel is clearly very new, and that is immediately reflected in the quality of the structure. The property is beautiful, modern, and equipped with many facilities, which creates a very strong first impression. It is also in an excellent location.

That said, the atmosphere often felt somewhat chaotic, and even simple requests seemed to be handled with unnecessary complication, as though each one required extensive discussion. We also found one member of the reception staff particularly rude, or at least that was our experience during our stay.

Another issue concerned the windows: when it is windy, they produce a noticeable whistling noise, which can be quite annoying. It is also worth noting that parking is not included and costs €15 per day, which would have been useful to know in advance.

Overall, the hotel has a great deal of potential because the property itself is impressive and the location is very good, but the service and some practical aspects still need improvement.

The hotel has a good location, about a 10-minute walk from the city center. However, the layout is confusing at first and feels like a labyrinth.
The room was spacious but lacked basic amenities—not even a tea sachet and cleanliness could be improved. The staff were kind and helpful.
Parking is paid, but there are free options nearby and a large parking area five minutes away for just €1. Breakfast was good, and the pool area is spacious and enjoyable.

- The location on Trip.com is incorrect. The hotel is actually located at Ponta da Piedade.
- Daily cleaning, as stated, was not provided (the apartment was reasonably clean).
- Despite the designated pool hours, they were not enforced, and the hotel staff did not intervene. There was a party at the pool at 5 AM that lasted over 2 hours, and nothing was done.
- The access to the garage was very dirty.
- The hotel signage was insufficient.
