The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They offer complimentary late-night snacks, and the rooms are well-stocked with toiletries. Free parking is available, and it's close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The lobby also has free drinks and snacks. Excellent!

The upgraded room at this Xi'an hotel I stayed in during the Mid-Autumn Festival was absolutely worth it! The location is perfect, with the city wall just outside and the Xiaonanmen Night Market a 10-minute walk away, allowing for an evening stroll along the wall. The room was impeccably clean, with crisp white bedding and a bathroom with separate wet and dry areas, leaving even the corners spotless. The upgraded room felt larger and more spacious. The service was exceptionally attentive. The upgrade was complimentary at the front desk, who also provided recommendations for nearby restaurants. When I needed something, it was delivered within minutes, a highly responsive experience. The breakfast was plentiful, with authentic local delicacies like roujiamo (Chinese roujiamo) and hu la tang (hot spicy soup). Overall, this experience exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an!

The room is very good, the ordinary room type is also very large, the price is cheap, it is very suitable for student party travel. The location is good, I first went in to the subway station, but I didn't expect it to be so close, I can see the subway station when I go out. I have to say that playing in Xi'an for a few days, I didn't expect it to be the best to go back to the hotel to eat the hotel's free noodles at night. A stay at the Meilihao Hotel was a delightful surprise! The location is excellent, with convenient transportation; the shopping district is right outside, making taxis and other transportation easy to access. The rooms are spacious and bright, impeccably clean down to the smallest detail, with soft, skin-friendly bedding and user-friendly smart devices. The staff are warm and attentive, proactively upgrading our room and providing excellent service throughout. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, a satisfying mix of Chinese and Western dishes. There's also a free laundry room and gym. Excellent value for money, a top choice for business or leisure travel!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel operates on a level of excellence that transcends borders and benchmarks. Having traveled extensively across Canada and other parts of the world, I can confidently say that this property—and more importantly, its staff (Maimai)—sets a new gold standard in hospitality.

They accommodated our request to use the gym during extended hours at their inconvenience, allowed use of their lounges while moving their other reservations around.

Dining Staff: Attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always eager to accommodate dietary preferences.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's very clean and the service is warm and friendly. They pay great attention to detail, offering welcome fruits, snacks and drinks in the lobby, and unlimited bottled water, all of which are very thoughtful touches. Other amenities like the gym, laundry room, restaurant, delivery robots, and in-room mini-fridge are all excellent and readily available. It's a comfortable stay whether you're here for a short trip or a longer visit.

A treasure hotel recommended by friends! The decoration style is high-end and warm, and every shot is a blockbuster. I especially praise the room service, which responds very quickly and meets all requests. A small gift was given when checking out, which was full of ritual. Stayed for two nights and had a good overall experience: 1. There are above-ground and underground parking lots, which is very convenient for self-driving. The guy who managed the parking lot helped us find a parking space yesterday afternoon and was very friendly. 2. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are very convenient to use. 3. The service staff in the room and at the front desk were also very friendly. I had insomnia, and after talking to the front desk staff, they adjusted the room for me to be very quiet, and I had a good sleep. 4. Mineral water is available on each floor. You can get it yourself without going out to buy water. 5. There is a big shopping mall two traffic lights in front of the hotel, which is convenient for dining and shopping. 6. Breakfast is divided into two tables, Chinese and Western, with good variety. Millet and mung bean porridge is recommended. You need to pick up the takeaway food at the front desk yourself. It is recommended that the hotel deploy robots.
