The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff all provided excellent service. The room was spacious and bright, and parking was very convenient. Complimentary bottled water was readily available. Breakfast was plentiful, and they offered afternoon tea, evening tea, and even a late-night snack. When checking out, a lovely lady even gave us a souvenir. In short, the hotel anticipated all our needs. I will definitely recommend Meilihao Hotel to my friends and family.

The experience of staying at the Meihao Hotel in Xi'an Changlemen Subway Station is superb! The hotel is right next to the Changlemen subway station. It is a few steps away. It is super convenient to go to the ancient city attractions such as Yongningmen and Bell Tower. The surrounding food is gathered and it is easy to travel and find food. The rooms are spacious and clean, with complete facilities such as intelligent guest control and 100-inch screen projection. Latex pillows and comfortable bedding make sleep super safe, and the soundproofing of the street room type is also superb. The hotel service is intimate, the 24-hour front desk is warm and efficient, there is free afternoon tea, a bowl of noodles in the middle of the night, and the lobby coffee tea is unlimited. The newly opened hotel facilities in 2024 are brand new, and the sanitary details are full. Whether it is a parent-child tour or a visit to the ancient city alone, it is a cost-effective choice!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, close to the city center and major attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby, making it very easy to get around.

Our room was spacious and bright, elegantly decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. We slept well every night and woke up feeling refreshed. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed, from high-speed Wi-Fi to a coffee machine – a thoughtful touch.

The room was very clean. The front desk guy upgraded my room type free of charge. The bed was very soft, and they provided a choice of one soft and one firm pillow. Transportation is very convenient and close to many attractions. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very polite. I added the front desk guy on WeChat when I checked in. He provided me with a map of the surrounding attractions and recommended delicious restaurants in Xi'an, which really gave me a taste of what the ”Carbohydrate Capital” is like. All the issues I encountered during my stay were perfectly resolved. The hotel's breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the facilities and equipment were also very new. After communicating with the front desk guy, the housekeeping staff cleaned the room every day according to my needs. Whatever I needed would be delivered to the room as soon as possible. The hotel also has a washing machine, dryer, and ironing machine, which is really user-friendly for tourists like me who plan to travel in Xi'an for several days. I was very satisfied with this trip! I will stay at this hotel again when I come to Xi'an next time.

The lobby is decorated in a simple atmosphere, and the green plants are just right. As soon as you enter the door, you will feel the warm and comfortable atmosphere. The room is more spacious and bright than expected, the layout is reasonable and not crowded, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the curtains with excellent shading effect make me sleep well all night. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, the hot water supply is sufficient and stable, the quality of toiletries is excellent, the whole room is clean and spotless, the corners are free of dust and stains, the hotel's supporting facilities are also very complete, the high-speed WiFi is smooth throughout, the office brush drama is free of pressure, smart TV and multi-functional

When I went to Xi'an for a business trip, my request for the room was quiet. After simple communication with the front desk staff, I arranged a room with a higher floor. The intuitive feeling of entering the room was spacious. There was also a table in the room to meet my office needs. I told the front desk that I didn’t want anyone to disturb me during the stay. During the whole stay, the front desk had anything to send me a message first, ask me for my opinion, and I will come to the room with my consent. I also prepared a lot of coffee bags and tea in my room. They were all very delicious. In addition, I ordered takeaway and the front desk staff sent it up and hung it at the door to send me a message. This detail moved me and recommended me a delicious meal. If there is a chance next time, I will come to live in this store.

Dining Staff: Attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always eager to accommodate dietary preferences.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. I thought it would be just a basic hotel, but the room was fully equipped with everything you could need: hand soap, facial cleanser, body lotion, makeup remover, and more. We arrived at 10 AM and were able to check into our room immediately, and even grabbed breakfast, which was fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly too. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guangzhou.

It's a convenient 10-minute taxi ride to Chimelong. Downstairs, there are all sorts of eateries, plus the famous Zhizhou Lou, a traditional Guangzhou restaurant, just a few hundred meters away – all excellent choices!

A treasure hotel recommended by friends! The decoration style is high-end and warm, and every shot is a blockbuster. I especially praise the room service, which responds very quickly and meets all requests. A small gift was given when checking out, which was full of ritual. I had insomnia, and after talking to the front desk staff, they adjusted the room for me to be very quiet, and I had a good sleep. 4. Mineral water is available on each floor. You can get it yourself without going out to buy water. 5. There is a big shopping mall two traffic lights in front of the hotel, which is convenient for dining and shopping. 6. Breakfast is divided into two tables, Chinese and Western, with good variety. Millet and mung bean porridge is recommended. You need to pick up the takeaway food at the front desk yourself. It is recommended that the hotel deploy robots.
