The afternoon tea and late-night noodle/congee service were such a thoughtful touch! I also really appreciated that they actively helped me switch rooms to one with more light when I mentioned the window in my original room was small. Getting around was super convenient, which was a huge plus. The sour plum juice was delicious too! It's right across the street from MixC mall and not far from SEG Plaza. I even biked to the Grand Tang Everbright City, it was incredibly convenient!

The hotel experience is awesome! Convenient location and convenient travel. The lobby is elegant and warm, the room is clean and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and odorless. The facilities are complete and the WiFi is smooth. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful and the response is timely. The breakfast is rich and delicious and the price is very high. The overall exceeded expectations, lived very comfortably, will choose here next time, highly recommended!

The room was very clean. The front desk guy upgraded my room type free of charge. The bed was very soft, and they provided a choice of one soft and one firm pillow. Transportation is very convenient and close to many attractions. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very polite. I added the front desk guy on WeChat when I checked in. He provided me with a map of the surrounding attractions and recommended delicious restaurants in Xi'an, which really gave me a taste of what the ”Carbohydrate Capital” is like. All the issues I encountered during my stay were perfectly resolved. The hotel's breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the facilities and equipment were also very new. After communicating with the front desk guy, the housekeeping staff cleaned the room every day according to my needs. Whatever I needed would be delivered to the room as soon as possible. The hotel also has a washing machine, dryer, and ironing machine, which is really user-friendly for tourists like me who plan to travel in Xi'an for several days. I was very satisfied with this trip! I will stay at this hotel again when I come to Xi'an next time.

Stayed for a few days, what makes me most happy is that the ”clean aunt Li on the 3rd floor” is very clean, the attitude is really good, the service is very thoughtful and meticulous, especially kind, and then the mood will be very good, at the beginning we asked to change the sheets, Then Aunt Li also took the initiative to help us change the quilt cover, although it was very clean, but she also insisted on changing! Please pay more attention to her! I hope to name and praise her and give her some rewards! These are my own independent evaluations from the heart! Because she really stayed in the hotel so many times, she is the only one that impressed me so much! It really makes me want to continue to live, so that Aunt Li can get more rewards for her efforts! She is very, very worthy of ～ The little brothers and sisters downstairs are also in place. Any problems can be solved in time. I heard that there is free afternoon tea. Unfortunately, I have not had time to eat.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, close to the city center and major attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby, making it very easy to get around.

Our room was spacious and bright, elegantly decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. We slept well every night and woke up feeling refreshed. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed, from high-speed Wi-Fi to a coffee machine – a thoughtful touch.

When I went to Xi'an for a business trip, my only requirement for the room was quiet. After a brief discussion with the front desk staff, they arranged a room on a higher floor for me. Upon entering the room, my first impression was that it was spacious, and the desk there perfectly met my work needs. I told the front desk I didn't want to be disturbed during my stay, and throughout the entire stay, they always messaged me first to ask for my permission before coming to my room. They also thoughtfully provided plenty of coffee packets and tea in my room, which were quite delicious. Furthermore, when I ordered takeout, the front desk staff delivered it to my door and messaged me about it – this attention to detail really touched me. They even recommended some good restaurants. If I have the opportunity again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was spacious and came with breakfast. It's about a 10-15 yuan taxi ride to Chimelong, and it's also very convenient to get back from Sihai City after dinner, just a three to four-minute taxi ride. The front desk staff were all very helpful and promptly resolved any issues. I extended my stay for a few nights, and it offered great value for money.

The hotel was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our queen room was very spacious, and the bedding was changed daily, which made everything feel fresh and comfortable. Whenever we needed assistance, the staff were always quick to help and extremely accommodating.

They were especially helpful when we needed directions or transportation, always making sure taxis were arranged for us and that we knew exactly where we were going. The level of service was truly outstanding, and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. I can’t wait to come back again.

A special thank you to Mai and May, who kindly helped my mum and me order takeaway when we couldn’t understand the Chinese app. Your hospitality meant so much to us. Thank you as well to the bellman who helped carry our shopping upstairs and to the gentleman who kindly opened our taxi door — every member of the team was so lovely and attentive.

My mum and I were visiting during a stressful trip while buying things for my wedding, but your kindness and support made the experience much easier and far more enjoyable.

The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and even upgraded our room for free, which was a pleasant surprise! They also offered complimentary snacks, sunscreen, and other small essentials at the front desk, which was a thoughtful touch.

This hotel is indeed great in all aspects, I'm very satisfied. It's close to the subway (you need to take the right path, otherwise you'll go the long way around). If you go the right way, it takes less than ten minutes to get to the subway. There are many dining options nearby, and it's quite convenient to visit Zumiao Temple, Nanfeng Ancient Kiln, and Qinghui Garden. The only minor downside is that breakfast is a bit simple. The shower water pressure is excellent, and the toilet is automatic. The service is also good; the young ladies are very enthusiastic. All in all, I'm quite pleased. Recommended.

The hotel has a direct bus service to Hong Kong, which is very convenient. The breakfast provided is of excellent quality; although the variety isn't huge, it's well-balanced and nutritious. The staff are all very polite, and the overall stay was quite comfortable. Great value for money! [Strong]
