A wonderful experience at Zaman Hotel in Riyadh. The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are professional and respectful. The location is excellent and close to amenities, and the stay was comfortable and peaceful. I'd like to thank the hotel management and staff for their warm hospitality, and I look forward to my next visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There are not many choices for breakfast and the dining area is relatively small. The hotel is old and the rooms are old, but the underground location is convenient for visiting guests. The hotel's sanitation service is also timely.

The rooms are quite good, all are suites, and it's about half an hour's drive from the airport. The downside is that there are mosquitoes in the room, and I was bitten and woke up in the middle of the night. The room is relatively quiet, and breakfast can be purchased. Overall it's good

There is no driveway at the hotel gate so you need to park on the main street and ask the worker to put it in the parking lot of the neighboring hotel

The reception and hospitality are beautiful in the lobby

The staff are cooperative and cheerful

The real pleasure and comfort is the presence of a very great job cadre. 
And God, I extended my life to what I saw, to be very high-quality, and to be very good in all its meanings. 
I congratulate the president and regional director on the selection of a remarkable cadre in the Gulf of Riyadh Budle Jaber. 
Finally, I thank my brothers, my hometowns and residents for serving in the Gulf Budell, and I don't forget my privileges from the women's cadre.

I have booked this hotel for a long layover while flying domestically through Riyadh. It's close to the airport, and the staff were very nice and friendly. It's an apartment hotel with a small usable kitchenette. The room itself was small, but it had whatever you needed. I was surprised to find a scale in the room!
With the current prices in Riyadh, I felt the hotel was reasonable for its price range and the location depends on your needs.

Rooms are very large and comfortable, beds are wide and soft. The Apartment has its own kitchen with gas, allowing make a breakfast. Few supermarkets and pharmacy nearby. The only downside is electric water heater , we stayed in January and cannot take a shower longer than 15 min

للأسف، كانت تجربتنا مع موظف الاستقبال رائد سيئة ومحبطة للغاية، وأشعر باستياء شديد من الطريقة التي تم التعامل بها معنا.

وصلنا إلى الفندق في وقت متأخر من الليل، وكانت الغرف متوفرة وخالية، ومع ذلك لم يُبدِ رائد أي تعاون للسماح لنا بالدخول المبكر (Early Check-in). والأكثر إحباطًا أنه هو من طلب منا إجراء الحجز، وبناءً على توجيهه قمنا بالحجز في حوالي الساعة 1:30 فجرًا بتاريخ 31 أغسطس.

بعد إتمام الحجز، أبقانا في الانتظار بحجة أن الحجز لم يظهر في النظام، وكان يكرر علينا: “انتظر، انتظر حتى يظهر الحجز.” وخلال ذلك كان يغادر مكتب الاستقبال لإجراء مكالمات ثم يعود، وفي كل مرة تقريبًا كانت الإجابة نفسها: “لا أستطيع.”

وعندما ظهر الحجز أخيرًا في النظام، بدلًا من إنهاء إجراءات دخولنا، فوجئنا بعذر جديد: أخبرنا بأنه لا يستطيع تسجيل دخولنا لأن الحجز يبدأ بتاريخ 31 أغسطس! وهذا أمر غير مفهوم إطلاقًا، لأننا قمنا بالحجز بعد الساعة 1:30 فجرًا، أي أننا كنا بالفعل في يوم 31 أغسطس.

بعد ذلك طلب مني تغيير تاريخ الحجز ليبدأ من 30 أغسطس. وعندما أوضحت له أن النظام بطبيعة الحال لا يسمح لي بإجراء حجز بتاريخ مضى، كانت إجابته مجددًا بكل بساطة: “لا أستطيع.”

الأمر الذي أزعجني بشدة أننا بقينا في الاستقبال لما يقارب أربع ساعات كاملة، في منتصف الليل وحتى ساعات الصباح الأولى، دون أي حل، رغم وجود غرف متوفرة. لم نشعر بأي اهتمام بوضعنا، ولا بأي محاولة جادة لإيجاد حل أو حتى تقديم بديل مناسب.

أتفهم تمامًا أن الفنادق لديها سياسات محددة لمواعيد تسجيل الدخول، ولكن ما لا أتفهمه ولا أقبله هو إبقاء الضيف لساعات، وتغيير المبررات من وقت لآخر، وطلب إجراء حجز ثم رفض التعامل معه، وعدم إظهار أي مرونة أو رغبة حقيقية في المساعدة رغم توفر الغرف.

بكل صراحة، شعرت أننا لم نُعامل كضيوف على الإطلاق. كان من المحبط جدًا أن نقضي ما يقارب أربع ساعات أمام مكتب الاستقبال ونحن نسمع مرارًا وتكرارًا عبارة “لا أستطيع” بدلًا من أن يحاول الموظف إيجاد حل.

كانت بداية سيئة جدًا ومخيبة للآمال لإقامتنا، وتركت لدي انطباعًا سلبيًا للغاية عن مستوى خدمة الفندق. أتمنى من إدارة الفندق أن تأخذ هذه الشكوى بجدية تامة وأن تراجع ما حدث وطريقة تعامل الموظف رائد معنا، لأن هذا بالتأكيد ليس مستوى الخدمة الذي يتوقعه أي نزيل من فندق يحترم ضيوفه.

The service is very good, because the itinerary change helped to cancel the next few nights for free without charge

For a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again.

My experience at the Budell Cornesh hotel was very remarkable, especially because my stay was a special occasion.
The entire hotel management, headed by Professor Mohammed Dosri, thanks for the good reception and high-end treatment. They never shortened, and they upgraded me to a wider wing of the reserved room, adding a beautiful touch to the experience.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, elegant decor and my work distribution between the bedroom and the sitting room, plus a wide bathroom equipped with high quality.
The service was quick and responded to any excellent request, and that reflects the team's professionalism and their interest in the comfort of the inmates.

In short, it was an exceptional stay where I thank all the workers for their efforts and their eagerness to please the inmates. It would certainly be my first choice when visiting the blood in the future.

There is something wrong with the bed. I slept for a few nights and my whole body was itchy. I don’t know what’s going on. I didn’t have this feeling during my trip to UAE. I feel like I need to disinfect it… It’s so scary, such a bad feeling. This trouble has been bothering me for my next trip to Morocco…

The room is large and comfortable, but the decoration is a bit old. It belongs to the luxury decoration ten years ago. The spacious room really makes us feel a little relaxed when we are tired of the journey. The breakfast is not bad. 👍
