The service was excellent; we received a free room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The environment felt very cozy and was perfect for a family stay. It's also conveniently located very close to the Panda Base. Getting around was easy, and they even offered free luggage delivery.

The room was quiet, tidy, and spacious, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that allowed for good ventilation. The entire room was equipped with smart voice control. The breakfast buffet was nutritious, delicious, and plentiful. They also offered a late check-out service. The room price was reasonable, and it was close to the Panda Breeding Research Base. I loved it so much! They even gave me a cute panda fridge magnet as a little gift when I left 🎁

We got two bedrooms instead of an executive one-bedroom, which is much more convenient with the dining table. The air conditioning is strong; even in Chengdu's 40-degree heat, it's more than enough! The view is great, and the panoramic vistas are very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The room was small, but the facilities were new and well-equipped, comparable to those at Hanting hotels. I highly recommend it. It's located right next to an elevated highway, but they've taken some measures to mitigate the noise. If you're sensitive to sound, you might want to consider this, but for those who are just visiting and tired from sightseeing, it's not a big deal – I slept soundly and barely noticed any noise. It's also very convenient to get to Jinli from here. Plus, there's a hotpot restaurant right by the subway's C exit, so you don't necessarily have to eat in Jinli.

The room was spacious and clean enough. There is just dust on the top shelf of the wardrobe. The woman who checked us in was super helpful and friendly. Communication is over WeChat or the automatic translation over the Trip.com Chat. We extended our stay and asked to stay in the same room and to get new toilet paper. It was confirmed and in the evening we had the trash taken out, new toilet paper, new toothbrush and even a rack. Since there was no place to hang your clothes. (No dryer) We didn't want to hang it up in the bathroom since the ventilator there really didn't do his job. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the bed is comfy, laundry detergent is inkl. and the staff is incredible helpful!

Every detail was considered to meet the needs of little ones. The hotel also has a rich children's play area, with slides and various play equipment, keeping the kids excited and entertained from the moment we arrived, truly freeing up parents' hands. The staff were warm and friendly, providing thoughtful and patient service, responding promptly and considerately. The breakfast was diverse, nutritious, and palatable, suitable for both children and the elderly. Our entire stay was relaxing and worry-free, allowing us to balance sightseeing and rest. The hotel environment is very good, and the hygiene is also very good. Service attitude is superb. The fly in the ointment is that the parent-child room is said to be two beds of 1 meter 5 and 1 meter 8 width, and actually two beds of 1 meter 5 and 1 meter 35. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, but it is a bit small. The sink design is too shallow, and the water from washing hands easily overflows to the countertop.

This stay is quite satisfactory, the location is extra points, very close to the subway and shopping malls, go to Chunxi Road to take Line 3, just four or five minutes walk from the hotel, there is bus 6786, it is very convenient to go out. The room was cleaned bright and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the rest was good, the toilet was particularly clean, there was no smell, and the mirror was very bright. Parking is very convenient compared to other hotels. It is on the right hand side of the gate and can be convenient to find a place. It is still a parking lot of the two city buildings. The front desk is kind, the overall value for money, will choose again

The surrounding environment is indeed very nice. This isn't my first time staying here. There are many elevators, and they run quickly, making it convenient to go up and down the stairs. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped with tables and chairs.
