A lovely hotel in a good location. Close to the night market and restaurants and places to visit like the waterfalls. There is also a gym down the road that is 100VND for a visit. You can buy water, beer and soft drinks from reception and they also do moped rental. Would recommend.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean, staff were nice, but the problem came with the service and hotel management: 1 my reservation was breakfast included. The hotel didn't provide breakfast. No solution or compensation was offered. 2 the check in took about 40 min due to a last minute booking. Better to book 1 day in advance because staff don't know how to handle online reservations and the manager is not at the hotel. 3 when the room was cleaned, the maid did not put new bottles of gel and shampoo. 4. No bin trash in the room or in the toilet 5. No instant coffee, tea as advertised online 6. No bottle of water in the room upon check in. 7. Asking room rates at the lobby way more expensive than online. Overall it is a good hotel but not well managed.

Booked 2 rooms . Was given an “upgrade” to rooms in basement 2 (B2) next to where the washing of all linen was done. Both rooms were filled with a mix of musky smell and strong laundry powder which affected one of our members who was asthmatic . In one room, there was l no window. The ventilation was very poor. In addition, a spoon was found with mould in one of the rooms and the side table next to the bed which housed the hotel’s slippers reeked of feet odour. After requesting change of rooms to the hotel , the management declined to move us to other rooms saying the hotel was fully booked despite the sign on the main entrance which states that rooms were available. Hotel’s management insisted that both rooms were also non refundable. Staff at the counter tried his best to help- provided a fan in each room for better ventilation but this did not help much. Breakfast included a can sardines, a slice of cold bread , butter and eggs. Due to the poor condition of the rooms affecting our stay, we had no choice but to forfeit our pre- paid bills for the rooms on the second and third night to move to another accommodation.

The room had dirty curtains and floors. Dust flies around the room from the curtains. Great location, comfortable beds, cotton bed linen. Huge balcony for company. Beautiful view from the window

It seems nice because it has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and is spacious.

The agent gave me the wrong room type, but Ctrip helped solve the problem. The room was average, the location was okay, and the breakfast was average. The only advantage was that the guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The so-called French balcony was just that.

The location is behind Colin, so it's very convenient and convenient to go to the supermarket or exchange money. You can get to most attractions within 10 minutes. The room condition is... It's just okay, it's worth the cost... ? The young man at the reception is kind and nice. He always greets me brightly. Thank you.

The air is full of musty smell

Excellent location - city center, but the hotel is quiet, within walking distance of the lake and market. Friendly staff, speak good English. The room is spacious. Clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Large terrace where you can relax. Of the minuses, I smelled dampness in the room and on the floor.

I liked it so much that I stayed consecutively~ Ultimate cost-effectiveness~~ It's really, really good and I'm satisfied with the service. It's beyond my expectations.

It takes about 10 minutes to get to the night market. It’s a bit like cutting down a hill lol Still, the staff are nice They listened to all my requests and the facilities were great.

It was so so good

The hotel is in a good area and close to restaurants. The room was large, with nice seating looking out the window but there was quite a lot of mould on the ceiling, the bathroom was nice. You choose the breakfast the night before but there was also one morning with a buffet. It was a very generous portion but the best part was the fruit. Overall, a nice hotel.
