GGuest UserStayed here 09 nights in total, after multiple extensions. Room 207. 1. The hotel is located right smack in the middle of action. There was a street food next door, with McD, Pizza Hut and KFC all within 05 mins of walking. There was a mall with a Walmart hypermarket at the underground level nearby. It is convenient for those who stayed more than a few nights and needed to provision for work in Dalian. 2. There is a university nearby, plus a hill overlooking the Dalian city which you can conveniently walk/jog up to in the morning/evening. 3, The room is sufficiently well spaced, the bed and pillows are comfy, the lights are decently illuminant, the shower water pressure strong and the temperature hot when you need it ; the room is well decorated, there is enough work space on the table, there is a fridge ; the basin, the toilet bowl, and the shower room are independent of each other. In other words, a well thought out room layout. The lighting control is well calibrated, the central air conditioning is quiet, there is a special pop-out plug points on the table for laptops and phone charging. 4. The breakfast is good, a bit of every kind, mainly Chinese dish but some Western oriented salad style vege/fruits for those who need it. Milk is available (not something to be taken for granted in China as milk is not commonly available) 5. There is a free laundry room for use, the detergent and softener are provided free-of-charge ; iron and iron board is available as well. 6. The hotel service is tightly run by its Manager who ensure the staff are always tending as soon as possible to the customers. A special thanks to reception staff 孙晓辉 for patiently helping out with China-specific app for about 30 mins.

SShigetianzaioHighly recommend Dalian Atour Dongguan Street Store ✨ Not far from the subway, but walking in winter is still far away, and the taxi fare starts. The service is really super intimate! When checking in, the clerk will take the initiative to remind the 8th floor that there is a slight decoration sound during the day. The warm water and spare parts are super timely when leaving the store. It can also extend the accommodation until 2 pm. The luggage storage is formal and assured. The Christmas sticker posted by the room card directly pokes the girl's heart 🎄. The accommodation is spacious, clean and comfortable, separated from wet and dry, the bed is very comfortable, and you can see the Dongguan block above the window. The Dalian travel map next to the elevator on the first floor is very practical. Downstairs is the Dongguan Historical and Cultural District. Now Dongguan Street is a gathering place for young people. It is super convenient to eat and play. A treasure hotel full of Christmas atmosphere, you can really close your eyes when you come to Dalian!

Huang Zitao was warm, friendly, and professional. JJ Lin and Jackson Yee gave a detailed explanation of the check-in process and even offered to connect on WeChat, assuring us they would respond immediately to any needs throughout our stay. This trip was to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with a special cake and fruit, which was a wonderful touch. We were extremely satisfied.

HHongxingdaiwoquzhandouFacilities: A bit dated, with small cracks on the cabinet above the mini-fridge and some wall areas, as shown in the last two photos. Overall, it's nothing major and doesn't affect the stay; considering it's a hotel over ten years old, one shouldn't be too demanding. The hotel's facilities are generally complete, with standard luxury hotel amenities. The breakfast is decent; it offers more variety than some Westins but less than some Marriotts. However, the quality is good, especially the desserts which are delicious, and there's a wide selection of juices and milk. Some Marriott hotels even offer a full Cantonese dim sum spread, whereas here there are only a few hot dishes, making the variety seem limited, but the taste is excellent. The potatoes in the pork rib stew are very fragrant, and the boiled shrimp are quite large. All the fruits weren't sweet enough; the fruit quality could be improved. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: A landmark building in Dalian, nestled against the mountain and overlooking the sea – definitely worth a visit. It's even more stunning for photos at night. It's about a 10 to 15-minute walk downhill, and a bit far from the subway station, but it's away from the city's hustle and bustle, and getting a taxi is very convenient. There's a sky garden on the 5th floor, and the lobby is magnificent; any photo taken there looks great. Service: Thoughtful and attentive. Someone helps open car doors and handle luggage upon arrival. There's a dedicated butler service that tries its best to accommodate reasonable guest requests. The mini-bar requires extra payment, but a welcome fruit platter and dessert were provided, along with a large bottle of homemade beer. This hotel's beer isn't available online, but it's genuinely delicious.

GGuest UserHuazhu Club’s first choice is Ibis! I haven't stayed in many express hotels nearby, but the environment and service are better than those nearby! Especially the staff at the front desk are very patient and enthusiastic. When I was using the computer downstairs at night, I found that some drunk guests were very rude. The young staff member Xiaogui Ning was very patient in explaining and guiding me! This is not easy! If you live near here, I highly recommend it! The TV can also project the screen, and I watched the S14 finals here!

I slept well from midnight until morning! It's perfectly fine for a transit or layover.

Firstly, as someone who worked in chain hotels for six years, I'm very particular about cleanliness. This trip, traveling with my child, I opted against a chain hotel (which I usually choose), fearing poor hygiene. But this place was surprisingly good! The views are fantastic, and my child was very comfortable. All the towels are disposable, and the quality is excellent, so there's no need to bring your own. Parking is also super convenient, and getting around with Didi (ride-sharing) was a breeze. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Dalian. I forgot to take photos though, so I can only use screenshots from a video.

1109362****I really like Kempinski. While we were still in Harbin, they called to ask about our needs and proactively offered us a complimentary upgrade to a VIP twin room. The room was huge, the bathroom was large (about 10 square meters, bright and airy with a window), and the wardrobe was spacious enough to fit large suitcases. The tea area was a separate space, offering privacy and comfort. There were plenty of surfaces to neatly organize various items, which was fantastic (a large bay window ledge, a shelf above the headboard, and various shelves around the TV). Additionally, they noticed we drink a lot of water and provided us with many bottles daily. All their services are excellent, the hotel environment is great, and the location is convenient for getting around. Our stay there was a very good experience. For dining and local specialties, Dalian Mall is just a 5-6 minute walk away. The first floor sells various snacks, freshly prepared cooked food, and local products. Before heading back to Shanghai, we went there to buy all sorts of local foods.

Hotel staff were very good and helpful. At front desk no.8 front desk girl give us all support during our stay. Hotel was located at the city center with all shopping and attractions with in 10 minutes drive. We love to stay here again. It was so comfortable and pleasant stay

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very convenient location and is a great landing point. Zhongshan square is a very nice area with a lot of activities and easy subway and connecting bus stations. The room itself, however, had very dirty walls (you can see if you zoom in) and had a terrible smell. The sheets on the bed were very clean. The bathroom was in dire need of being remodeled. The staff were very friendly and nice and gave me great advice for things to do. I appreciated their help.
