GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a fantastic location. Right outside, you'll find a scenic viewing platform, conveniently situated between Gates 3 and 4. For just 20 RMB, you can enjoy unlimited rides on the shuttle bus all day, which conveniently connects all gates from 1 to 7. Gates 3 and 7 offer water activities, while Gate 6 features a charming beach dotted with pink tents. If you're looking for dining options, Gates 1 and 2 have a wider selection. In the evenings, Gate 3 also hosts vibrant stage performances. The hotel rooms are generously sized. Photos 1, 7, and 10-13 below were all taken from the hotel balcony, showcasing the stunning views. In the evenings, you can clearly hear the lively buzz from the Gate 3 performances, and at 9:30 PM, you're treated to the spectacular fireworks display from Discoveryland. It's also a perfect spot to catch the sunrise in the morning.

RReosha SReally wonderful service. The manager was so wonderful, she even added our wechat so we had direct communication with her. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The place was super clean. we had our own hot spring in our villa, it was easy to use and so relaxing. The resort itself was lovely . Will definitely go back for another staycation

AAnonymous UserIt was a rare opportunity to travel with friends, and we specifically wanted a sea view, so we booked a sea-view room. The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking; the vast sea truly merged with the sky, giving a real sense of 'sea and sky as one.' It was even bluer and more beautiful in reality than what my phone could capture.
I must especially commend the service at the Four Seasons; it was truly exceptional. They were incredibly accommodating, essentially fulfilling every request. We arrived in Dalian in the early hours of the morning, and to our delight, the hotel had thoughtfully prepared sandwiches and snacks in our room.
On the day of our departure, our flight was delayed, and the Four Seasons was incredibly helpful, graciously allowing us a late check-out.
I'll definitely choose the Four Seasons again if I visit Dalian in the future.

Huang Zitao was warm, friendly, and professional. JJ Lin and Jackson Yee gave a detailed explanation of the check-in process and even offered to connect on WeChat, assuring us they would respond immediately to any needs throughout our stay. This trip was to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with a special cake and fruit, which was a wonderful touch. We were extremely satisfied.

HHongxingdaiwoquzhandouFacilities: A bit dated, with small cracks on the cabinet above the mini-fridge and some wall areas, as shown in the last two photos. Overall, it's nothing major and doesn't affect the stay; considering it's a hotel over ten years old, one shouldn't be too demanding. The hotel's facilities are generally complete, with standard luxury hotel amenities. The breakfast is decent; it offers more variety than some Westins but less than some Marriotts. However, the quality is good, especially the desserts which are delicious, and there's a wide selection of juices and milk. Some Marriott hotels even offer a full Cantonese dim sum spread, whereas here there are only a few hot dishes, making the variety seem limited, but the taste is excellent. The potatoes in the pork rib stew are very fragrant, and the boiled shrimp are quite large. All the fruits weren't sweet enough; the fruit quality could be improved.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Environment: A landmark building in Dalian, nestled against the mountain and overlooking the sea – definitely worth a visit. It's even more stunning for photos at night. It's about a 10 to 15-minute walk downhill, and a bit far from the subway station, but it's away from the city's hustle and bustle, and getting a taxi is very convenient. There's a sky garden on the 5th floor, and the lobby is magnificent; any photo taken there looks great.
Service: Thoughtful and attentive. Someone helps open car doors and handle luggage upon arrival. There's a dedicated butler service that tries its best to accommodate reasonable guest requests. The mini-bar requires extra payment, but a welcome fruit platter and dessert were provided, along with a large bottle of homemade beer. This hotel's beer isn't available online, but it's genuinely delicious.

GGuest UserThe Crowne Plaza Dalian Sports Center was perfect. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the meticulous service. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional. They quickly checked me in and also introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions. The room design is elegant and stylish, the view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is refreshing, and the bedding is soft and comfortable as if sleeping in the clouds. I especially like the details of the bathroom - the smart toilet, high-end toiletries and instant heating system show the quality.
The hotel's catering is full of surprises: the breakfast buffet is rich in variety, and the local specialties at the freshly cooked stalls are endless; the night view cocktail experience at the rooftop bar is unique. The gym is fully equipped, the water quality of the constant temperature swimming pool is clear, and the spa completely relieves the fatigue of the journey. This kind of home-like service makes people feel warm. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is the absolute first choice. Looking forward to seeing you next time!

GGuest UserWe were here with our child for a competition, and this was the designated hotel. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and promptly upgraded us to a suite. After checking in, we found there were no children's slippers or toiletries in the room, so we had to call to have them delivered. Later that evening, when my child wanted to take a bath, we discovered some curly hair on the bath salts – it was quite unappealing, and we had to ask for them to be replaced. We also ended up receiving children's toothbrushes four times, delivered by a combination of three staff members and a robot. To top it off, the comb packaging was empty.
Admittedly, the staff's attitude was consistently excellent, and the facilities met five-star standards, with free parking for guests. Despite these inconveniences, I still rated it five stars, understanding that running a hotel is no easy feat. I would suggest the hotel improve its hygiene and attention to detail to provide guests with an even better experience.

KKoshkina AnastasiiaThe hotel isn't new, but it's well-maintained, and the landscaping is beyond reproach! We took the metro to the final station, then a Didi/Alipay taxi. It was 14:00 there and 18:00 back. We booked a very basic room with one large bed, which looked like it was 2 by 2 meters. We stayed in November. The whole hotel was warm. There's a separate area with large indoor pools and slides for children aged 3 or older. The onsen itself is divided into three equal parts: one common area and two specifically for men and women, where swimsuits are not allowed. The common area has two outdoor onsen and a large heated pool. The women's area has a more fun outdoor landscape and baths than the common area. There were always crowds of people there. Sometimes it was children screaming and splashing around. Sometimes it was just peace and quiet. It closes at 9:00 PM, so we were practically alone in the evening. It's a perfect place for autumn! The air is cool, and sitting in the bath by the moonlight is pure bliss!!! There are also separate foot baths outside. They also have a really great atmosphere. We looked at the menu; the dishes were complex, with lots of sauces and seafood. The prices were high, but we didn't feel like eating them. The breakfast was beautifully presented, but rather basic, nothing special. We had the same at the Ibis. Overall, we were very pleased! You could stay for 2-3 days and really chill out, if only the food was more basic or we could get the hang of delivery. We paid 12,400 rubles per night; we were with a 10-year-old child, but he's not very expensive, so there were no extra charges. Overall, it was a great experience for the cold season! We recommend it.
