The service attitude is not good, registration will not be done after five o'clock. Things in the room were taken for themselves.

This hotel is located on a mountain. The attitude of the waiters is very good. The food in the restaurant is of a very high standard. The scenery is very charming in the morning and at night. And the price is very reasonable. It is worth recommending.

밤 늦게 도착한 호텔 저랑 가족들은 체크인이 안될까 걱정했는데 친절히 응대해 줘서 기뻤습니다 산등성이에 자리 잡은 호텔 200년 동안 그 자리를 지키고 있다고 하네요 오래됐다고는 하지만 시설들은 최신의 시설이고 매우 깨끗합니다 (단 엘리베이터는 없음) 조식 시간에 서빙하는 분이 엄청 친절하셔서 기본좋게 식사했습니다 기회가 되면 또 방문하고 싶습니다

到飯店已經晚上9點，櫃台接待人員已下班，後來有遇到一位飯店管家幫我們聯絡後順利入住房號206。進入房間後發現怎麼是單人房，只提供一套浴巾和一個枕頭，我趕緊回頭去找飯店管家，不過他已經不在了。所以我們兩個人只好勉強擠一張單人床了~~

Beautiful Hotel very kind people working there! We had a romantic suite with sauna simply amazing. Only point to be improved is the breakfast…. Not much choice compared to other hotel in Switzerland. Anyway recommanded

As soon as you arrive here you feel like you are at home with friends, a warm welcome, the rooms are all of the finest and the suite we booked probably exceeded all expectations. Rainforest shower, whirlpool, sauna, shower, what more could you want

This restaurant has a great view. However, that's about it. My points: Service: Committed and friendly, unfortunately not an expert Food: We had a plate and a sausage and cheese salad. Price performance is not right. The plate was presented in a way that an absolute layman couldn't do better. Zero love. The sausage and cheese salad was an imposition. The sausage was indefinable and the cheese had already seen its best. Tip to the chef: go to the Bachtel Kulm. The sausage and cheese salad from there is world class...and even cheaper. Conclusion: Unfortunately, people come because of the view, in other words, they come anyway. In any case, I won't go anymore.

Staff not very friendly (except the cleaners). The family room was really narrow and the bathroom was pitiful (shower curtain patched with staples, but not wide enough, so water flowed all over the floor when you took a shower). The food was very good though, but also overpriced for what it was (not ideal for families). The play area was great for the children.
