The hotel is very good. There are not many rooms, but the service is very meticulous. Check-in and check-out are very fast. The items provided in the room are too rich, including Sisley skin care products, toothbrushes, shower caps, razors, combs, etc., and hair straighteners and curling irons are also provided, which is very considerate. The minibar has beer, soda, sparkling water, juice, and tea, all free? The room has private soup and running water. We stayed for two nights. Breakfast and dinner are included. The kaiseki cuisine chosen for dinner on the first day was very delicious and very rich. I ate until I was full. The teppanyaki dinner on the second day was also very delicious and large in quantity. I chose Japanese food for breakfast on both days. I thought it would be the same, but I didn't expect it to be different on both days. It was delicious. I will stay here again when I come to Hakone next time.

I went to Japan with my son during the Christmas holiday. I was pleasantly surprised to stay at the Hakone Treasure Hotel barhotel. It is definitely a paradise for wine lovers. From the beginning of check in, Champagne has been drinking unlimited amounts. The next day's brunch is the same, and the environment view is very good. Comfortable and comfortable facing the mountain view, The room is quite comfortable, the view is elegant, the soup is very good, the whole hotel is located in the mountains, elegant and exquisite

I first stayed at this hotel seven years ago and absolutely loved the lush green golf course and the peaceful comfort of the open-air rotenburo. I chose to stay here again this time, despite being well aware of the inconvenient transportation. I decided to make a compromise; I took a taxi for check-in and arranged a private car for check-out, so I didn't have to rely on the hotel's somewhat limited transportation options, especially since their shuttle only goes to a particular bus stop. Upon checking in, I was delighted to find that the overall facilities hadn't been scaled back. The courtyard was also filled with numerous lilies, their subtle fragrance perfuming the air. Our butler, Yamaki, spoke good English and was very pleasant. Although she was a newcomer with only a year of experience, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at ease. This time, in addition to the yukata provided in the room, I also rented a beautiful patterned one, which was very similar to the one I wore at Sensoji Temple – that made me really happy! Last time, we had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, but my child wasn't particularly fond of the dinner, so this time we only opted for breakfast. The breakfast spread was remarkably similar to what it was seven years ago, and it still maintained that wonderful sense of occasion.

It's such a beautiful place! I strongly recommend it to anyone who comes to Hakone! The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils. Very beautiful and cozy lounge and dining area. Onsen is also good, if you go there late at night, it will be all yours. There is a 7-11 nearby, a very nice local bakery, and a fish shop just around the corner if you walk downhill from the property. I bought fresh sashimi, fish and bread every day. I will definitely come back!

This hotel is practically flawless. The facilities are excellent, the service is great, the food is delicious, the aesthetics are beautiful, and the location is perfect.
Some particular highlights include:
① The entire hotel is a scenic spot; you could spend half a day just exploring it. The adjacent shrine is directly connected to a hiking trail.
② Japanese breakfast requires a reservation, while Western breakfast is walk-in. Neither is a buffet; both are served as courses, which are incredibly refined and delicious.
③ Chinese-speaking service is available throughout (though the hotel primarily hosts ********* guests, with very few mainland Chinese visitors).
④ There's a 24-hour complimentary beverage and coffee bar within the hotel.
⑤ From this location, you can quickly reach any part of Hakone by bus.
I'd love to come back for the hot springs again at Miyanoshita Station.

The building was originally 2 stories high but was designed to be divided into 4 floors with a staircase in the middle. The basement is tatami, the first floor is the bathroom, the second floor is the kitchen and dining room, and the third floor is the bedroom with 2 single beds. The decoration design is comfortable and the kitchen utensils are complete, but it is inconvenient for the elderly and children to keep going up and down.

If you're particular about dust on windowsills and walls, or the hygiene of bedding (excluding the covers), you might want to reconsider booking. While the duvet cover was clean, it's just a single cover, so as you toss and turn in your sleep, your body inevitably touches the duvet itself.
However, considering the insane accommodation prices in Hakone, this place is incredibly, truly cheap!
The location requires taking a bus to get anywhere, but the bus stop is close by. Be warned, Japanese rural bus schedules are a real headache! Make sure to check the bus times carefully for both your inbound and outbound journeys. Plan your day by checking the timetable for each bus route, otherwise, you could easily waste an hour or two.
The staff are incredibly friendly. I met different staff members upon arrival, during my stay, and at check-out, and they were all genuinely super friendly.
In short:
Would I book here again if I revisited Hakone? Yes!

The location is very close to the big platform station, it is not easy to find on the small road, the interior style is very Japanese, and the receptionist is also very enthusiastic. There are two public baths and the house is a bit old.

We loved this hotel, it is much more mono in reality than in photos. All very clean and careful. They have private bathrooms, two indoors and two outdoors. Very clean and with everything necessary (gel, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc.). The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. You can borrow shoes, yukatas (those also to go to the outer bathroom), parachutes, and take cold or hot water and tea.
The room had a table, a balcony with a refrigerator, another table next to the window and washing machine. We didn't pass anything cold since there were a lot of coats and a air pump.
The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. There was a restaurant right in front of the small but very rich and well-priced restaurant that opens up to 10 pm.
Given that it was one of the cheapest options in Hakone for dates and with the possibility of enjoying onsen in private, we thought it was very good.

It feels like a B&B hotel~ One-on-one communication and service~ After receiving one group of guests, they go to the next~ They are really attentive~ And because they are receiving a group~ So going to the hot spring becomes a private reservation~~ The quality of the hot spring is very good. It's effective even if it's too hot~ It's very effective in eliminating fatigue~ I feel like sleeping after soaking~ The supplies are also clean~ The room is spotless! The hospitality is attentive ~ the facilities look very new and not dilapidated ~ the food will be made with local specialty products ~ you can see many collections of the proprietress in the public area. A small surprise is that there is a massage chair that is really comfortable ~ there is a CD player next to it Listening to music while having a massage is really great! (In the public space on the 2nd floor)~Thank you to the male and female clerks and the boss for their hospitality and help with the suitcases~PS: The male clerk is very handsome~Because we stayed for 2 days, the contents and utensils used for breakfast were different on both days~The same is true for the small railway One of the features of the hotel ~ The hotel is next to the railway, but it is not very loud, a bit like ASMR ~ It is very close to the railway station ~ The transportation is also convenient ~ If you want to experience the intimacy of a B&B but also want the privacy of a hotel ~ you can go to this hotel ~ If there is a disadvantage, it means that each room cannot provide a separate bathroom (for brushing teeth, washing face, toilet, etc.) ~ but I personally feel that the impact is not big ~ because the public restroom is also very clean ~ it is cleaned every day ~ overall I like it This style of hotel ~ Please note that the hotel will lock the door at 11 o'clock ~ There are no places to eat nearby ~ If you go to other places to eat, it will end at 4:00 or 5 o'clock ~
