The room was clean and spacious with well maintained amenities.

Good location with access to the office buildings at Dich Vong Hau and nearby amenities; quite near airport as well (~30min). Very comfortable stay with good facilities in the room - with a kitchen area and even washing machine. A good value-for-money option.

The apartment-style hotel is quite good, the environment is also very good, and the price is reasonable. If I have the opportunity to go to Hanoi again, I will choose to stay in this hotel again!

The room is just a wall. It is clean inside. There is only one person at the front desk. One big disadvantage is that the shower water is very cold. It is icy cold and not warm at all. This is very bad. The air conditioner is very noisy. The kettle is full of scale. I dare not boil water to drink.

The room was spacious, clean, and I was very impressed. but… ・The shower in the bath does not have hot water (I don't know how to do it) ・The washing machine doesn't turn on and I don't know how to use it. Some issues may have been resolved by asking the front desk staff, but these two issues were very disappointing.

Only stayed one night while in Hanoi. Since it is an apartment type hotel, it is fully equipped with kitchen and home appliances. YouTube was also seen on TV. The washer/dryer was especially helpful for long trips. Since it opened recently, it looks beautiful at first glance, but the cleaning is not perfect. There was residue from previous guests in the drawers, etc., and the inside of the electric kettle was so dirty that it smelled bad. I think it will be very comfortable if it is properly cleaned.

The room is relatively large, and the equipment is also very complete, but there is no wine glass 

Clean, comfortable, will come back next time
