They said they were dyed and I needed to wash them myself. There were two rural women at the front desk. Everything was about money. I had to check out at 12 o’clock. I didn’t say if I could do it at 2 o’clock. Let’s just say it’s an hour and 30 holiday. There’s no hot water for bathing. It’s just been renovated. I want to strengthen management for a long time. The front desk is too bad.

We are family of 2 adults and two kids 10 and 15 years old stayed for two nights. Actually we have arrived at late night at 00:30 and just called to the reception by number which was provided by trip com. The front desk guy went downstairs and gave us the access to our room. The front desk is located at 4 floor 412 room block E . The room was convenient, very clean, the two double beds are big and comfortable. The window view to the west railway station. We went by walk about 16 minutes from the hotel to railway. The wanda plaza needs to take a taxi to get in and it’s about 10 minutes by car. The room is warm, the windows are good closed, has refrigerator but doesn’t have any dishwear. If you want to eat and cook some simple meal at the room then will need to bring your own tableware. Also we stored our luggage for free at the front desk for few hours. My family have enjoyed the stay. Appreciate for the good accommodation!

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a subway line 2 station right outside the hotel. It is very convenient to go to Central Street, Flood Control Memorial Tower and Sun Island. The service at the front desk was attentive when we entered and reminded us to add clothes to keep warm. The room is fully equipped and the Northeastern menu is really big. I don’t want to waste it. You can heat the packed food in the microwave by yourself in the room! The bedside table has wireless charging, and there are wireless charging places everywhere in the lobby, which is so convenient! Oh yes! They also provide a free laundry room and dryer! This is awesome! Love it, love it! By the way, Phoebe at the front desk had great service and was very enthusiastic. She patiently answered our questions and made recommendations every time. Transportation is convenient. After taking Metro Line 2, I found that the hotel is 100m away from the Shangzhi Street subway exit! (Remember to choose Exit 1). In the old town, traffic jams are easy and you can reach Sophia Church and Central Street on foot. You can see iron pots everywhere. I hope the store’s business will get better and better, and I’ll try it again if I have the opportunity.

We stayed at the hotel as a family of four for three nights. The check-in went quickly and smoothly. All our requests were met and we settled in right away with no issues. Our room was quiet (no street noise) with a great city-view facing the Main Street. The cleaning was usual. The supplies were refilled daily. Breakfast had Chinese and western-like options. All staff was friendly and welcoming. The check out was quick. The porter helped us with our luggage (a carry-on suitcase, tote bag, and stroller) and bid farewell. One thing that would make this stay a better experience is to have more control of the light in the room. One could only have all of it on or off, no bed light. And the rain shower could use some minor fixing. Overall, we had great experience and it was a much better option space-wise (45 sq.m) and money-wise compared to other hotels of the same type and star rating.
