Overall is good hotel but two days stayed there got similar buffet breakfast. Need to improve Wi-Fi speed. Limited parking spaces.

Comfortable, clean and cozy..but the iron not functioning after call the service room then they change with another. So the service is tip top and they can handling customer problem properly.

Important test the hot water do it have it once enter the room. Parking always limited and breakfast are so so lah!

A buffet offers a good variety of food from malay to Western. I believe that everyone loves it. If I fly to ipoh, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. It is 15 minutes' walk to old town where there are plenty of traditional food and eateries. Can take a bus to go there. Hotel cleanliness is a plus. EV charging is available at the hotel. There are a lot of car park lots. WiFi connection is weak.

everything was okay. thank you for the experience, since this was the first time i visited ipoh after a long long time. ipoh has changed a lot since the last time I’ve been here around year 1997.

Decent bkfst and internet speed. Bed n pillow not yet change but room have minor renovations done.. Overall nice

Aircond leaking and heather is not working

The room is spacious n nice. The lobby is smelly, I guess partly because of the kitchen and bathroom (super smelly) nearby. There’s a strong odour the moment you enter into the lobby. I hope there will be more regular cleaning n perhaps putting some freshener might help. The staff are not friendly at all, you can enter and go out of the hotel without anybody noticing. Perhaps staff can be trained to smile more n acknowledge the guests.

Room ok not bad.. but check in process is late..

Toilet got sewer smell, room is not so clean. Bed was good n aircond was excellent. Shower flow not consistent - hot water will suddenly turn to cold and vice versa. Children can get burn. We stayed here a night - transit. Breakfasts - not bad. Overall ok for a night, you may have to park car outside the hotel vicinity but they have a guard manning.

Nice place to stay for a few nights of leisure while in Ipoh. Among the cheapest hotel in the City, good value for money . Location is good as its within walking distance to few favourites eating places. Only setback is having very limited parking lots.

All good, breakfast was very nothing to shout about. It's just there and I took it for convenience sake.

A pleasant short stay.So no fussed about the place.Room clean except air con not cool enough.Breakfast is fine.
