Very clean and new hotel! Hotel breakfast was complete with desserts (mini cakes). We would like to complement the hotel staff team especially Mr 李彬杰! He was very attentive and patient to our needs to make our stay a very pleasant, comfortable and a memorable one! 佳！

The location of the hotel is very suitable for our trip. We were upgraded to a room when we checked in, and we could see the Ferris wheel in Xiuhu Park. Stayed for 8 nights during the Christmas period. Fruits were provided every day. There were also carefully prepared small gifts on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The service was very attentive! The hotel has a parking lot and a large underground garage, making it very convenient to drive by yourself. The hotel's sanitation is also very good, with sufficient heating and hot water, smooth drainage and good sound insulation in the rooms. I will choose here again next time I come to Jiaxing!

The overall price/performance ratio is very high, the location is good, the front desk upgraded the room for free, but the attitude of the housekeeping center is very average, they were reluctant to give me an extra quilt, and the person who answered the phone was impatient. The several dishes we ordered tasted very good, and we were told that the portions were large and we should order smaller portions. An extra large fruit plate was given with the meal. Room: The slippers in the room are of very good quality, the mineral water is generously provided, and there is a fruit plate prepared when you enter. If I have to find fault, it is that the second floor of the lake view room can only see a bit of the lake. Also, the air conditioner was a bit loud at night. Environment: The hotel environment reminds me of the Yangzhou Guest House. Although it is not that big, it really takes a few steps to get a view. The hotel also has a south gate and a west gate where you can directly enter Nanhu Park by swiping your room card. Nanhu Park is large and free, and many people walk on the lake to exercise. The hotel is a bit far away from the Huijingyuan Pier to the Red Boat. It is recommended that self-driving friends take a taxi and then take a walk back to the hotel. Nanhu Hotel will come again in the future!

I booked two single hotels for two days each on Ctrip.com and enjoyed welcome fruits (can be withdrawn at any time on the 26th-28th and 28th-30th), breakfast at the revolving restaurant on the 25th floor, and various foods. Everything you need is dazzling... Opposite the hotel is the Catholic Church, and to the east is Jiaxing Mansion... The hotel environment is good after experiencing it [strong] Renew... The transportation is also convenient: there are 5 tram stops in three minutes to go to Nanhu Tiandi and watch the red boat ...It takes 15 minutes to walk to Yuehe Ancient Town, and the night view is also beautiful...

The hotel is in Luxiehui, an open-style hotel. The lobby restaurant and guest rooms are in different buildings. It is recommended to add a card access control system at the door and elevator downstairs of the customer service building, because the entire area is open. I had high expectations for the children's playground, but found it to be just so-so. Maybe I usually go to Nai'erbao to walk my kids, and my kids' appetite for playing has been spoiled. I only went in once and came out in less than 2 hours. The hotel charges 50 yuan for one adult and one child for guests staying in the hotel, and 168 yuan for tourists. It is worth it for 50 yuan, but not for 168 yuan. The biggest advantage is that there are very few people, and the population density is less than one-tenth of Nai'erbao. The breakfast room is too small. On weekend mornings, you have to go in and wait for others to finish eating before you can get a seat. The breakfast is so-so. The guest room can only ask for 3 bottles of mineral water at a time. If there are more than 3 bottles, you need to ask for them in batches. I don't understand the meaning of this setting. In short, the hotel is good and I will consider it next time I go to Jiaxing.

The front desk service is very good, the items are also very complete, you can ask for anything you lack, the front desk lady will take the initiative to help send it up, thank you very much. The room is a bit small in the bed, but it is barely enough to stay for one night, and the office area is also very convenient. But I have to complain, the towels are too old and dirty, although it is not useful to go out, but such old towels are estimated to be seen in a small county in Tibet. Last week, I went to Henan to play in a small hotel. It was much cleaner than this towel.
