Superb location near food, shopping and ancient city. Excellent facilities and comes with very well equipped laundry room. Check-in and check out was fast and efficient. 依诺 and 悦琳at front desk was very helpful during check out process.

Hotel has a good location for exploring western part of old city. Breakfast was nice especially if you starve for good coffee in the morning. Room bright and airy. Good sleep.

The first time I came to Kashgar, I stayed again. I like Yaduo the most and met two kind and friendly brothers and sisters at the front desk, Maolan and Linxi. I didn’t know where to go when I came to Xinjiang for the first time. As a result, they gave me a pre-edited map of the ancient city and check-in points [poor]. After visiting the ancient city, I wanted to experience the countryside on the last day. I didn’t know where to go. As a result, I asked the front desk if they could take me there. They agreed without hesitation to take me to the rural bazaar in Kashgar and took me to eat Xinjiang baked buns [color], and the cattle and sheep bazaar was particularly fun, which was worth experiencing in the rural bazaar. Finally, we came back to Kashgar and went to the Xiangfei Garden. There were so many pigeons, and the pigeons were fatter than one another [snickering][snickering] I took a lot of photos. First of all, the location of the hotel is really great. After crossing the road, it takes 3 minutes to walk to the west city of Kashgar Ancient City. The hotel also provides a lot of conveniences for family travel. Many Kashgar hotels do not have barrier-free access, but this one does, which is convenient for us to push the baby stroller in and out. I have basically not bought drinking water in the past few days. There are always 4 bottles in the room, and the front desk will also deliver water when checking in and out. I like the laundry room, which provides disinfection, laundry detergent, softener, etc. There are a total of 8 machines for washing and drying clothes, which really helped us relieve the pressure of not having enough clothes to wear. The child is very picky about food. We basically order some takeout every day, so that the child can eat in the hotel and then go out to shop enough. The security guard will let the robot deliver the takeout upstairs. It feels pretty cute when the door is opened. I like the room service staff. We did order more takeout one day, and they helped us clean twice a day. I like the hotel staff. They will greet us warmly and provide us with help when they see us, even if I say it’s okay and I can do it myself. Overall, I think the cost performance is really high. It is a very pleasant experience. It is recommended for people who come to Kashgar to visit the ancient city!

The security guard helped us park and move the car. It was funny that we left the car keys when we checked out on the last day! The hotel lady spent an hour and a half to deliver the keys to us! I'm really sorry! It was still drizzling, and she drove a long distance to deliver the keys to us! The service of this price hotel is different, and the location is also very good. The ancient city is just across the street.
