Kuala Lumpur Hotels with Gym

Very old hotel. Maybe it’s 5-star when it opens but definitely not 5-star for now. When I arrived, the two lifts to my floor didn’t work (one out of service, one temporarily closed), staff responded quickly to bring me to another “hidden lift”. Worst thing happened was a hotel staff opened the room door after me checking in. Seems the front desk wrote my room number wrongly to another customers so their access card didn’t work and the hotel staff helped them to open the room door. The staff left quickly after knowing someone is already inside the room but without apologising. Last but not least, although it’s close to the KL tower, the location is not really convenient (not bad, but not good either). It’s the cheapest 5-star hotel in KL for a reason. But if you want to save money, it’s still acceptable. Some 4-star hotels may have better facilities and services though.

Such a wonderful experience! Way beyond 'service with a smile'! Suite was perfectly fresh and clean. Wonderful breakfast though missing the days when Korea and Japan foods were at the buffet . And BYOB executive lounge happy hour was one best..the only other best for Happy Hour since the pandemic is Renaissance Riverside in HCMC. Only things missing were TVs the appropriate size for their large spacious rooms. And Taxis..no waiting taxis. Grab only

The room was really spacious, perfect for families! They have amenities such as iron, microwave etc which was really great, they always have shelvings everywhere so you really have a lot of space to unload and put your stuff HAHA. The sky deck is perfect if you want a nice view of the KL tower and Petronas Tower!

Room is tiny but clean. The bed is very narrow it's not comfortable to sleep if you are couple. The thinnest pillows Ive ever seen (look at the picture). Nice view from the rooftop. Breakfast's not great not terrible. I would like like to see more deserts but thanks for keeping me fit. Friendly stuff. Elevators are very slow, just three of them for such a big building.

I booked a Superior Room through Trip.com at a great deal. Upon entering the room, I was impressed by the design, but we were hit by a strong smoke smell. We requested to change rooms, and the staff informed us that there were no available Superior Rooms that day, so they upgraded us to a better room. We truly appreciated that gesture, and the new room was indeed nice, with just a minor issue with the flush, but that was resolved during our stay.

when my friend and I got to our room, we were greeted with the Petronas Twin Tower view. it indeed was beautiful in broad daylight, and spectacular at night! what we didnt like was that our room at one glance seems clean, but when we double checked it was dusty (especially the kettle glass shelf), the toilet condition was a little off (shower door was ”broken”), shower head was adjustable but cant angle it properly like it was loose, sink tap water took so long to change temperature, under the beds we slept on had some leftover rubbish and lots of dirt and dust (checked by accident because i dropped something). the windows were dirty as well, it had some dust and watermarks from the outside. and thats just about the room. what we also didnt expect was that we had to go down to the reception to get a WIFI router to have WIFI access in our room. what happened was, we tried the format stated on the key card holder to log in to the WIFI (eg. name of guest + room no. + password), we tried 3 times before calling the reception for help. we tried 2 more times after they asked to try again but still failed so we had to call them again. they said they'll call back and i initially thought maybe they'd send someone up but they called us about 10mins after to say ”we'll give you a router, you can come to the reception counter to collect it”. i was confused but i just said okay sure and hung up. so yeah we went to take the router, head back to the room and get it sorted out on our own. other than the room related stuffs, we also didnt like the buffet breakfast provided 🥲 it was really disappointing, the food options were limited, the food quality was not good (french toast was dry!!), the cups for hot drinks were dirty. we had the buffet once during our 4 days stay, and thats more than enough to say about the experience. no hard feelings though, the hotel is nearby berjaya times square, walking distance too. we like the comfy beds and tv channels. we hope theres some improvements made by the mangement there!

This is an old hotel which is located just a stone throw away from Avenue K and around 5 mins walk to KLCC. Very strategic location. The hotel itself is old and you can see it from the design and furnitures at the lobby as well as in the room. My twin sharing room is quite spacious but the water outlet of the bath tub is semi stuck. Shower water took some time to fully drain from the tub. Water pressure from the shower is great though. The shampoo and shower gel provided were so little that I finished them in just one shower! Yes, they came in very small plastic bottles! I called to request for more and it took 3 calls to the reception/housekeeping for them to deliver these along with 2 additional bottles of mineral water. My room was on the 5th floor and the window is facing the small lane from the main road. Even so, the noise from the roads were quite loud and will be a problem for light sleepers.

I recently stayed at the Oakwood Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Despite the affordable price, the quality of the room exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, offering all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. Overall, Oakwood Hotel is a fantastic choice for budget-conscious travelers who don't want to compromise on quality. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay staying at club deluxe king. Our room is spacious equipped with most amenities needed, clean, has bathtub and we can see the twin tower from our room😍. The staff at reception also friendly. They helps me to get the room with twin tower view which is at first she said all room with twin tower view already filled with other guest. We also get the access to club lounge which we had our breakfast with nice ambience and quiet. The location of this hotel is superb as it has connecting bridge to klcc & bukit bintang for the hotel guest. You can basically walk to aquaria, klcc, klcc park, suria klcc & pavilion. Cons: the fridge & hair dryer not working. The room is not really sound treated, we can hear clearly people talking at the hallway. The aircond is super cold even with the max temperature & low fan. We sleep with aircond off and the room still cold (maybe because of rain during the night). Overall we are happy & will repeat our visit again!

The hotel is centrally located in Bukit Bintang, within walking distance of all the malls. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming environment. Catching a Grab is easy, and the hotel facilities are well-maintained. There are plenty of convenience stores and pubs nearby, as well as cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are well-kept, and the housekeeping service is efficient. I plan to return on my next trip to KL and stay at this hotel.. Plus, there’s a free membership available on the hotel website. I rate it 10/10.
