Not a good experience this time checking in to this hotel.. I booked last minute and remarked for late check in..so i arrived at 1.30am at this hotel..imagine coming to the front office with the receptionist wearing a mask??literally that white face mask for her beauty i guess…with no greetings from her..with that proudly face she showed to me..i didn’t have cash for deposit coz i’ve used it to pump gas to my car..cannot use card cause it passes 12am..she said..u should have known to bring deposit since this is not ur first time checking in here..i was like..i am alone and it’s passed midnight..i won’t risk my life going to the a** at midnight alone..why would she say that to her guest??? I am working in tourism industry and if this is what a receptionist way treating her guests, no wonder our industry is sinking..but no worries i’ll come back here to see if the management do something about this matter..thank u for this experience..

LOCATION   About 2 min walk from the busy pubstreet in Bukit Bintang, the building itself is unique, whitewashed with an attractive façade of verandahs and wall-sized glass amidst the neighboring towers.   LOBBY   The style is simple, minimalistic, modern and functional.   SERVICE   We stayed about 3 days after the hotel commenced operations, so it was stunning and sublime to use the new rooms. The room we had was a virgin room, as everything was unopened, unused. Security good and parking available. Restaurant not yet in use during stay. The chinese desk clerk was very helpful, professional and kind. He even helped us carry luggage to our uber on check-out.   ROOMS   We were upgraded to family room as the standard rooms were fully occupied. The open wardrobe plan design with lots of storage space is a plus for travellers. All the sockets were internationally adaptable and fitted with USB ports, meaning no need to bring and borrow. Well Done!   The wallpaper was a large black and white photograph of the community life from the past, splashed with bright yellow paint at certain spots. The grey+white+yellow carpet matched the painting adding warmth and comfort to our toes. The bed was X-Large, super comfy and a torment to leave. The night lamp was beautifully designed.   Bathroom clean complete with Borneo products and amenities (eco-friendly using recycled paper) while laundry bag and slippers provided. There is a tea and coffee with 8 sugars but only 2 creamers, would need to add more.      As it was the last day of the year 2019, we raced to the roof to see the midnight fireworks from the KL tower. We were amongst a small crowd of couples and friends wishing peace, health and prosperity for the world.    SUMMARY   Would highly recommend! CITY OASIS!  

Nice Room and Good price.Location is perfect as we can go anywhere and accessible.Staff is Nice and Helpful.Having A Room with Cityview is Awesome.Looking forward to return for a Stay With Bintang.

My husband and I decided to stay in the city since we are celebrating his birthday dinner in a restaurant downtown. The design of the hotel was well thought. The room was cozy with well thought details. When we first got into the room. It was stuffy (still air) with heavy cigi smell. Well, the previous guest must be a heavy smoker. At first we thought to allow the air con air the room and see how. When we got back from dinner, the room smell the same. I approached the front desk and requested a change of room. The night duty guy told me they were out of room for a change. However, if we allow, they would place an air purifier in the room. I duly accepted. Shortly, about 5mins, they delivered the air purifier. Once it was switched on, I can breathe again! We truly appreciate the solution provided. We slept through the night soundly.

I would highly recommend the Park Royal Collection Hotel for someone looking at spending a relaxing time in the bustling area of Bukit Bintang. The amenities of the hotel are great and the breakfast buffet is excellent. It's close to the Bukit Bintang monorail station too. The swimming pool is large enough to swim without worrying about hitting other guests and the poolside lounge/bar is nice. 24-h gym is also something I would love to use next time. I was only able to swim for this trip, but it was every enjoyable. Our room was on the 6th floor and the sound insulation was great. No problems with WiFi but sometimes the movie channels would lag a little bit. Oh well.

Location was near Bukit Bintang but was in a secluded place so not much noise. Staff we friendly and check in was fast. Suite located on 8th floor with key card access. Room was very spacious. Comfortable living room and even more comfortable bed. The jacuzzi could fit 4 adults but water was slow filling it up and not that hot. Separate shower and wc. Overall FANTASTIC.

Good clean room, with great view! There was a lot of people in the lobby when we came, but we only waited less than 10 minutes to check in because there was an efficient number system. I read a lot of reviews about the lift situation, but we actually went down quite a number of times just to go out and eat, or grab something from grab, & the lift process was quite smooth. All in all, a great stay.

I was not able to take a picture of the room we stayed in. The location was city centre and accessible to taxi and bus. The room and bath were clean. Liquid soap was provided but no shampoo and the wifi in our room on the 8th floor was weak. There was no cafe and restaurant in the hotel the staff said that due to the pandemic they closed it. There was a 24/7 convenience store near and walking distance restaurants. The staff were accommodating. Overall 8/10 rating.

Very good service! Distance is walkable from Bukit Bintang MRT station. Location is good and within walking distance to Pavilion, Lot 10 and so on. Staff are friendly and helpful. Eateries can also be easily accessible from the hotel.

Breakfast only for vegetarians food, they should have 2section, not for all eat vegetarian food. Check in or check out not help full at all they stick with their rules customer must follow the time check in 3pm and check 12pm, it’s not convenient if stay with older people coz they must waiting if came early. And parking mix with mall suggest BTH do separate parking. Hotel view very and room bigger and supper nice , they need focus on breakfast food and service need to improve this.
