Guest UserTraveling with family, I booked two rooms separately and the hotel was very helpful in coordinating them so we could be close to each other. Their response was quick, and the service was good; it was easy to get help from the front desk even in the middle of the night. The environment was clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

During these few days in Lhasa, I really felt the feeling of home in this Atour
First of all, every young man and woman at the front desk is young and enthusiastic. They can respond to any needs very actively and quickly.
I used my membership points to exchange for a good night milk for my child. In the next few days, as long as our family returns to the hotel, the thoughtful staff will specially bring us a cup of warm milk.
Secondly, it is very troublesome to wash clothes on a long trip. But Atour's laundry room is professional and clean. You can achieve the freedom of washing and drying clothes every day. You can also entrust all to the front desk. Every day when I return to the hotel, I get clean and fresh clothes. It's so happy
The only thing that is a little shortcoming is that the room is not big. But in this area of Lhasa, at this price. This area is acceptable

ShanzhazhierThe room feels good, but a little small. It's a diffused oxygen room. Help! Haha. The service of the girl at the front desk is very good. The milk tea they make themselves is also very good. It can relieve altitude sickness. Drink more. The location is convenient. The Potala Palace and the square are on the left, and the Jokhang Temple on Barkhor Street is on the right. The Nama Sedeni restaurant nearby is also good. You can go and experience it. There is a parking lot in the basement, and parking is free. The breakfast is just average and needs to be improved. Overall it is very good, Atour is worthy of trust.

Guest UserI stayed for four days, so here are my impressions.
Check-in: The staff were very welcoming at first, offering hot tea and trying to upsell me by scanning a QR code to upgrade to a premium membership. Since I mainly use Ctrip, I declined, and their attitude immediately turned sour. Over the next few days, most staff greeted guests, but there were exceptions.
Accommodation: The room was very dusty. Because I'm allergic to dust mites, my nose and eyes started itching shortly after checking in.
Atour's air conditioning has a peculiar wake-up call service: The air conditioner occasionally made strange noises during the day, but this wasn't a big problem (I have video evidence, which I can provide if needed). The most absurd thing was that on the day of departure, at 5 AM, the air conditioner started making strange noises, earlier than my 6 AM alarm! This was probably an extra service; thank you Atour for the thoughtful wake-up call!
The room was well-stocked with water and toiletries, and the room cleaning staff deserve praise!
The bedding was a bit firm; my friend and I prefer softer bedding, so it wasn't very comfortable.
Laundry: I used it once. While the clothes were drying, I left a note asking the staff to retrieve them. They did put them in a bag, but the clothes were still damp when they were put in the bag, including a pair of thick jeans. Hotels I've stayed at before would tumble dry the clothes again, which might be an extra service. This Atour didn't offer that, but they did put them in a bag for me.
Generally, it's fine for a one- or two-day stay. If you're looking for better service, you might need to check out a few more hotels.
