My trip to Lhasa with friends and our stay at Atour Hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was clean and tidy, and the diffused oxygen supply and humidifier were thoughtful touches that helped alleviate altitude sickness. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, proactively helping to introduce nearby attractions. The hotel is quiet, conveniently located, and well-equipped, making it a high-quality accommodation choice for your Lhasa trip. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tibet!

Our late-night flight landed at Lhasa airport, and we didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. The parking lot was very small, and on holidays, if it's full, you have to leave your keys. What was really frustrating was that they didn't give you any receipt or proof when you handed over your keys, nor did they even tag the car key with the room number. I have no idea how they manage that. What if something valuable goes missing from the car? The hotel really needs to think about improving in this area.
After finally managing to check in, the room key didn't even work because it hadn't been activated. So, I had to go back downstairs with all my heavy luggage to sort it out. If I wasn't so used to coming to Tibet and didn't suffer from altitude sickness, this experience would have really soured my impression of the place. No matter how many freebies they offered at checkout, it wouldn't make up for that terrible first impression.
The breakfast was just so-so. The only 'pro' was its advertised proximity to Barkhor Street, but honestly, it's not great value for money. If my friends weren't staying here and I needed to be close to them, I definitely wouldn't choose this hotel.

The room feels good, but a little small. It's a diffused oxygen room. Help! Haha. The service of the girl at the front desk is very good. The milk tea they make themselves is also very good. It can relieve altitude sickness. Drink more. The location is convenient. The Potala Palace and the square are on the left, and the Jokhang Temple on Barkhor Street is on the right. The Nama Sedeni restaurant nearby is also good. You can go and experience it. There is a parking lot in the basement, and parking is free. The breakfast is just average and needs to be improved. Overall it is very good, Atour is worthy of trust.

The location of the hotel is convenient, the walk street is full of restaurants, the hotel is very new, there are colleagues who take the initiative to send water to wait for registration, that is, the front desk for registration has been unable to find my reservation name on the computer, and I have provided the reservation certificate and certificate. She kept looking for a long time on the computer and said that she couldn't find it, and delayed us a lot of time. Later, after the colleague next to her was busy, she helped find my reservation information.
The front desk responsible for the registration did not express embarrassment. This made my first impression of the hotel not very good. Although the room was clean and tidy, all the room equipment was very good.

During these few days in Lhasa, I really felt the feeling of home in this Atour
First of all, every young man and woman at the front desk is young and enthusiastic. They can respond to any needs very actively and quickly.
I used my membership points to exchange for a good night milk for my child. In the next few days, as long as our family returns to the hotel, the thoughtful staff will specially bring us a cup of warm milk.
Secondly, it is very troublesome to wash clothes on a long trip. But Atour's laundry room is professional and clean. You can achieve the freedom of washing and drying clothes every day. You can also entrust all to the front desk. Every day when I return to the hotel, I get clean and fresh clothes. It's so happy
The only thing that is a little shortcoming is that the room is not big. But in this area of Lhasa, at this price. This area is acceptable

I asked many hotels and finally found a suite in this house. The environment is very quiet, the room is spacious and bright, and the view is wide. You can gaze at the Lhasa River and overlook the Potala Palace. The landscape is really invincible. The hotel's service is also quite thoughtful, with a rich fruit plate and snacks every day, and you can't finish it at all. Not only did you give Atour members a gift when you checked in, but also an extra breakfast per day. Because it was the Spring Festival holiday, the hotel driver also had a holiday. The hotel sent a sunny and handsome hotel salesman to pick us up at the airport. He played happy Tibetan songs along the way and enthusiastically introduced the customs of Lhasa and Tibet. This wave of benefits came suddenly, and praised the hotel and handsome guys. 👍👍

An excellent experience! The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the front desk staff, Chenghuan and Caiyun, were incredibly attentive. The cleanliness was also impeccable.
