BBaogegekaThe biggest surprise of this trip to Lhasa was Fanlian!
The space design and soft furnishings were perfectly tailored to my taste.
The 24-hour oxygen supply is essential for first-time visitors to Lhasa! The location is also great, with Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street, and the Potala Palace all around ten yuan away.
It was quiet at night, and I slept well!
The hotel is very well-equipped, with a buffet breakfast, a bar, a spa, a billiards room, singing bowl therapy, and even some specialty classes. Even when the weather is bad, you can still have fun in the hotel.
The starry sky room on the eighth floor offers a stunning view of the Potala Palace at night!
There's a self-service laundry on every floor, and the LG washer and dryer are amazing.
The service was excellent, and everyone was so welcoming and attentive!
I couldn't get enough of my stay, and I'll definitely go back next time, haha.

11372006****This time we booked a room with a view. It was already night when we arrived at the inn. We could enjoy the night view of the Potala Palace by turning off the lights. We could also see the Potala Palace and the panoramic view of the surrounding area during the day. You can also take photos of the Sky Mirror on the rooftop (ignore the people and just look at the scenery). The handsome boss gave me delicious tea, and the fairy boss also gave me ******* incense. After watching the night view, I lit a ******* incense in the room. The faint fragrance is very suitable for use before going to bed. Come and stay! Definitely don't step into the trap 😄

Outstanding
MM2bdqc98k****For a self-driving trip to Lhasa, the Intercity Hotel Lhasa is my top choice! I've stayed there before, so I trust it! Parking is very convenient; you can drive right up to the door and park there. When I got out of the car, the hotel receptionist came to help with my luggage—so thoughtful! The hotel lobby is spacious and clean, and the front desk staff is welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze! The front desk service was excellent, welcoming, and helpful. They even helped deliver my luggage to my room. The room was comfortable, and there was complimentary Perrier and beer in the refrigerator! I also had a view of the Potala Palace—a truly amazing experience! I extended my stay, and the housekeeper's service was impeccable. She was incredibly attentive and kept my room spotless and tidy. It was thoughtful and heartwarming.
I would definitely stay here again. The location is super convenient, with easy access to transportation and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers who value quality and a friendly, personal touch. It's a truly trustworthy choice! I'll definitely be supporting it!

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room is OK, the service is really not good. I don't know if it is a problem of a few famous people or a personal problem. I have communicated in advance before check-in. We can only get to Lhasa at 3:30 in the night, and we can avoid the room rate for one day. At that time, the phone has been answered positively. Drived for 14 hours to the hotel. It was already 3:34 at the time, and I asked again if I could waive the one-day room rate. It was possible to promise in person. Spent 1010 two double rooms for three nights. The order is Trip.com . On the next afternoon, call me and say their finances are asking if the order is wrong and ask if I can make up for the day's room rate. I really don't understand why the hotel can call me directly, and I was in the Potala Palace at that time, such a quiet place, I was embarrassed. Later, I went back to the hotel to solve the problem. I didn't understand the attitude of their manager, and I felt like I was taking advantage of them. Now let's talk about the key points. You are a newly opened hotel for a year. The sanitation is really not good. Two rooms, floor drain, and beds are all hair. The bathroom ceiling is leaking. Do you need anything else I say?
LLvlingfan007The room was spotless, and the view of the Potala Palace from here was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is perfectly situated right behind and to the right of the Potala Palace, making my windowsill my 'personal viewing platform': At midday, wisps of clouds drifted across its white walls and golden roofs, as if a breathing quilt was draped over the ancient palace; In the evening, the setting sun painted the Red Palace a honeyed hue, and as prayer flags fluttered in the wind, they seemed like countless hands applauding it; The moment the night lights came on, the entire palace suddenly 'came alive' – like an ancient ship moored in the darkness, carrying the stories of the Tubo Dynasty, slowly sailing towards the myriad lights of modern Lhasa. The complimentary biscuits were delicious, and the other snacks were great too! The butler and front desk service were warm and attentive. I arrived close to 2 PM, having not yet eaten, and the small eatery they recommended – the third shop after turning right from the hotel – was absolutely delightful.

MM520513****The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to Lhasa's main thoroughfare, Jiangsu Road. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street area, where you can experience the traditional charm of the ancient city. The Potala Palace is also only about 3 kilometers away, making taxi rides very easy. Furthermore, there are numerous dining options nearby, and getting to famous attractions like Norbulingka and Sera Monastery is relatively convenient.
The hotel's service quality leaves a deep impression on guests. The front desk staff are warm and friendly, and check-in and check-out processes are efficient. Staff members proactively greet guests and sometimes even offer small snacks like yak jerky, which adds a warm and welcoming touch.
Considering Lhasa's high-altitude environment, all room types offer a 'diffused oxygen supply' service, with 24-hour free oxygen and humidifiers. This is crucial for alleviating altitude sickness and ensuring a good night's sleep, making it a top choice for many tourists, especially those visiting Tibet for the first time.
The hotel boasts a spacious courtyard with an elegant and atmospheric ambiance. Guests can enjoy slow-paced Lhasa life here by gathering around a fire for tea and chatting, which is very pleasant. Guests generally rate the rooms as spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with new and complete facilities. Bathrooms are equipped with heating, so there's no need to worry about getting cold while showering. The beds are comfortable, ensuring a good rest.
The hotel also offers a rich and varied buffet breakfast with good flavors. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant provides a selection of beverages.

FFengqiyuangutianleFacilities: Very new, with all kinds of facilities.
Hygiene: The room was kept very clean by the cleaning lady.
Environment: Closely following the trend of the times, yet retaining the characteristics of ******* culture.
Service: The lady at the front desk provided great service. I forgot to take the charger when I left, and she was very enthusiastic to help me mail it out. There are also security brothers who are super enthusiastic in directing parking and sending you to the front desk for check-in.
I hope your hotel will give corresponding rewards or commendations to the above staff as encouragement!

SSongchibaobaoThis time I chose a windowless room at the hotel. I was a little worried. I didn't expect it to exceed expectations! Don't look at the windowless room, it doesn't feel stuffy at all. The original room was equipped with an efficient fresh air system, and the air was fresh and circulating. There was no such feeling of boredom at all. And the sound insulation effect is particularly good, the noise outside can not be passed in at all, can make people rest at ease. The service of the hotel has nothing to say. The front desk was warm and thoughtful, the staff could help solve it in time, and the attitude was super good. Although I lived in a windowless room this time, the experience was really great! High cost performance, suitable for self-driving or poor travel friends, come back here next time! Highly recommended to everyone!
MM511976****I have lived in this hotel before, and I have always felt that their home is really good in all aspects. The waiters are very good. They take the initiative to say hello and are very enthusiastic. Especially the front desk also helps with the luggage. I feel the warmth because I have a lot of big bags and small bags. One person has to take it up and down several times. The environment is also very good. The decoration is very luxurious. It is suitable for taking pictures and punching in. Needless to say, the hygiene is really good several times. There is also a tea house inside. Go there to eat and eat. It is very comfortable to bask in the sun. Come back next time.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Barkhor Street and Potala Palace! The service attitude of the staff at the hotel front desk is particularly good! If you have any questions when you come to Tibet for the first time, you can ask them directly!
