This four star hotel provided excellent service.from the front desk to the staff who are very friendly, cheerful andhelpful. The room is beyond our expectation, spacious and clean and equipped with oxygen provider just in case we needed it. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone who come to Xining, well worth the money we spent. We'd rate this hotel with Execellent.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the property itself is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The views were truly amazing and made the stay even more special. The only area that could be improved was breakfast — while the options were good, it did feel a bit crowded at times and the variety could have been better. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel and would happily return.

The hotel terrace with a view of the Potala Palace is so comfortable. No matter what you want to do, whether to watch the performance of Princess Wencheng or go to Yanghu Lake, tell the boss and he will arrange it for you comfortably and safely. I came to Yanghu Lake in Tibet to parasail alone, and the boss helped me arrange the itinerary. It really made my dream come true. I will bring my parents with me next time, haha. The hotel has complete facilities and can arrange oxygen at any time. The boss's wife is very attentive and will always care about the health of the guests. In short, five stars are highly recommended!

The room faces the sun, so you don't have to worry about being cold in winter. The air conditioning is very powerful. The service attitude of the front desk is superb. The room is very good in terms of hygiene and facilities. The hotel also provides free fitness and swimming coupons and movie coupons. It is the first choice every time and there is no disappointment.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Rooms feature a 24-hour oxygen supply, with quiet wall-mounted diffusers or nasal cannulas available, and the system is virtually silent. The rooms themselves are clean, featuring smart toilets and automatic curtains. There's a self-service laundry room equipped with dryers. The hotel has a large parking lot and its location is convenient for transportation. Additionally, there's a viewing deck with a great view of the Potala Palace. Our butler, Zaxi, was outstanding, incredibly thoughtful, and responsive to our every need. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
