MMenhoumianshishenmeThis is my sixth time in Lhasa. I compared several hotels before coming here and chose this hotel based on cost performance and comfort. The hotel did not disappoint me.
First of all, the hotel is in a great location, just across the road from the park behind the Potala Palace. You can see the Potala Palace from the room, and it's only a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel has its own parking lot, which makes parking convenient.
When you walk into the hotel lobby, there are free hot drinks of Rhodiola rosea and ginger tea. After drinking two cups, all the hardships you have experienced along the way to 318 are melted away.
Bai Ma, the receptionist, speaks softly and has a warm attitude. To be honest, the overall service industry in Lhasa is now at a higher level than that in the mainland.
Butlers will deliver guests and luggage to their rooms, and provide complimentary sweet tea and steam eye masks.
The room is equipped with floor heating, oxygen and humidifier, ensuring that tourists from all over the world can feel right at home. The window faces the back of the Potala Palace.
The breakfast in the observation restaurant on the 4th floor is rich and varied, with both meat and vegetarian options, and very little onion, ginger and garlic, taking into account the habits of each guest.

Excellent
GGuest UserFacilities: Very comprehensive, with an oxygen machine and a humidifier, which greatly alleviated altitude sickness.
Cleanliness: Excellent. I saw the staff meticulously cleaning the carpet, which made me feel safe. The bathroom and toilet were also very clean, with disposable toilet seats.
Environment: Convenient parking, perfect for self-driving trips. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, simple, nutritious, and not overly heavy. The breakfast buffet is open from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, so even if I'm feeling unwell and wake up late, I don't have to worry about missing breakfast.
Service: Xiaoluo, Suoqu, and Cangmujue were all very patient and welcoming, helping with mail and opening the door. Thank you.
I had a very good impression of the hotel. I stayed here last time I visited Lhasa, and I will definitely stay again next time.

JJAYLEN4EVERThe service is good, the front desk attitude is even better, and there is a full sense of ceremony when checking in. I feel infected by the enthusiasm of Lhasa. The facilities in the house are good, but the WiFi is sometimes good and sometimes bad. The location is also very good, right next to the guest house.

GGuest User🌟In this hotel, every corner reveals carefully arranged details. The room is spacious and bright, and the furniture is warm and comfortable; the bathroom supplies are of high quality, making people feel warm. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful. They answered our questions professionally and meticulously and provided us with a lot of practical travel suggestions. In addition, the hotel has a superior geographical location, convenient surrounding transportation, and many famous tourist attractions and commercial areas are nearby. Here, we felt the warmth of home and the caring care, which left a deep impression. Highly recommended to all travelers!

YYejiuExcellent value for money! The lovely ladies were all very kind and pleasing to the eye. The room felt spacious and bright. It's really worth the price; there's a laundry room and a separate shower and toilet. They even gave us a welcome gift of fruit and a breakfast voucher. My friend said it was the best noodles he'd had on his trip to Lhasa. We were supposed to order food from our room that day, but we realized we were late. While we were making a call in the lobby, a front desk staff member proactively poured us a cup of hot tea! They were so attentive and helpful—I loved it! If they had this in other cities, I'd definitely stay here everywhere. Much better than Hilton!

QQingfengshuyuThe hotel is really good and it is a very good choice. From the foreman at the front desk to the little girl who cleans the room, they are actively polite and enthusiastic, and there is a need to solve it immediately. The room facilities are very convenient, and the switch socket lighting is set very convenient and reasonable. Voice control, humidifier, oxygen generator are all available, especially intimate for guests who have just come to the plateau. The room is large, the bathroom sanitary ware and bath tea set are very elegant. Thank you very much for your care during our stay, thank you!
GGuest UserLet me say three things below:
Location:
Excellent, very close to the Tibet Museum, Robrinka, Thousand Buddha Cliffs, Potala Palace, the most important thing is that many daily tours to Namco, Everest, Nyingchi are gathered from the north gate of the Tibet Museum or nearby. This is particularly convenient, leaving a lot of taxi money
Hotel situation:
Clean and tidy, there are all the equipment hotels that should be used to stay in Tibet. The first day was more than 8 pm. When I walked into the alley, there was a Tibetan return sign that hit the entrance of the hotel courtyard. I had a hunch that the hotel should be good. The boss should be a caring person. The consequences of the stay are the same as the pictures on the Internet. The layout is very careful. There is a parking yard and you can see the observation deck of the Potala Palace. In short, it is very complete.
It may be the reason for the off-season, I feel that the price is very high.
Service situation: The front desk lady is kind and kind. After checking in, she led to the room and turned on the air conditioner. The boss and other people will also greet me warmly when they see me. The chat, the atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly, and the feeling is better in this regard.
The most important thing is to see the sunshine of various snow-capped mountains in Tibet these days, the rivers and lakes on sunny days, and various temples, non-trust, pure personal feelings, haha, I hope that people who see have good luck, Tashi Delek!

TTuanzifantuanziThe hotel exceeded expectations. Although the road at the entrance is a bit narrow and a bit messy due to road construction, the hotel (especially the room) exceeded expectations. As soon as we arrived at the garage, someone came out to greet us and help us park and take our luggage. There was snow chrysanthemum tea (I think, anyway it was chrysanthemum) at the front desk, and a young lady presented you with a Hada.
The room is clean, the facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and the bath water is hot. There is a pharmacy opposite the hotel. If your same-sex friends have severe altitude sickness, you can rent oxygen cylinders and have them delivered to the hotel, which is very convenient.
The hotel view is also very good. You can see the Potala Palace from the bed, although it is from the back. There is also a super large platform, which should be great for eating and drinking in the summer. There are several small glass rooms on the platform, like a mahjong room.
