"When I first arrived in Lhasa, I stayed at Jicai, primarily because of its cleanliness and its proximity to the Potala Palace and Barkhor Street. My experience after checking in was excellent. After my trip to Nyingchi and Mêdog, I booked Jicai again. If you experience altitude sickness, the lobby provides an oxygen concentrator, and the rooms even have diffused oxygen supply.
I had wanted to try breakfast in Lhasa, so on my last day, I bought the hotel's breakfast and discovered their noodles (fen) are really good. I regretted not booking a room with breakfast included. If you're still debating whether to book breakfast, my advice is to go for it if you like sour and spicy noodles, because their breakfast noodles are delicious. Delicious, delicious!
Front desk service was good, and honestly, Jicai offers great value for money. Highly recommended."

GGuest UserThe hotel offers high-quality centralized diffused oxygen for 18 hours. The Thangka murals and frescoes are so well-maintained they look brand new, preserving a rich ethnic charm. The solid wood furniture and exquisite ******* decorations complement each other perfectly, showing meticulous attention to detail in every corner. The hotel is incredibly well-prepared for the plateau climate; not only do the rooms have 18-hour diffused oxygen, but also humidifiers and constant temperature underfloor heating. I didn't have to worry about altitude sickness or dryness at all, and I slept soundly every night in Lhasa.
The service was simply impeccable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, offering thoughtful advice on high-altitude travel during check-in and serving warm Rhodiola tea. The hotel also provides a complimentary ******* clothing experience and professional photography service. In the charming Tibetan-style courtyard, every photo turns out like a masterpiece. On Tuesday afternoons, you can even join 'A-Jia' (******* elder sister) to experience making 'tsampa' (a ******* staple food), which is a truly memorable activity.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, nestled right between Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace. You can walk to all the main attractions, making getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk service was wonderfully warm and welcoming. As soon as we arrived, they presented us with a Hada (a traditional ceremonial scarf) and offered hot towels and Rhodiola tea, which was very thoughtful and attentive. The staff proactively helped with our luggage and patiently explained how to use the in-room oxygen equipment. The hotel itself is clean and elegant, and our room was spacious and spotless. The excellent oxygen facilities really helped alleviate any altitude sickness, ensuring we slept soundly every night. The hotel even thoughtfully gifted us some local specialty snacks, showing their sincerity in every detail. Overall, the stay was exceptional. I highly recommend it for its environment, service, and value for money.

GGuest User1. This is by far the best value, most comfortable, and tastiest hotel in Lhasa. I first stayed here during the Keriya Pass trip and was so impressed that I've returned every time since, and have even recommended it to friends.
2. The service is consistently excellent, the rooms are spacious, and they provide oxygen, humidifiers, and ample heating. The parking lot is also large.
3. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and genuinely delicious – it's got that authentic wok-hei flavor! It's far superior to many five-star hotels that offer variety but lack taste. They even provide convenient individual bread portions for takeaway.
4. I didn't have time to eat fruit at breakfast, so a lovely front desk attendant kindly packed a small box for me. So thoughtful! The fruit was sweet and fresh, and the quality was excellent.
5. Because of this Lhasa hotel, I now only consider staying at Pingcuo Kangsang hotels whenever I'm in Tibet. I truly recommend it!

It is very close to the Potala Palace, and there is a large shopping mall on the way to the Potala Palace. The only regret is that the hotel itself does not have a parking lot, and friends who drive can only find a parking lot nearby.
Environment: It has local folk characteristics, there is a laundry room on the top floor, and you can see the Potala Palace😊
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Facilities: Retro, with a humidifier.
Service: Very good, and a small gift was given when checking out🎁

She patiently explained precautions for high altitude and showed genuine care for altitude sickness. Her service was meticulous throughout. Thanks to Dawa Tsering and Tenzin Thongyul from the concierge team for proactively helping with luggage and enthusiastically guiding us with directions. Their service was professional and reliable. The warm service includes an in-house medical room. If guests feel unwell, they can pay for oxygen or an IV drip, which is quite convenient and helps alleviate travel fatigue and altitude sickness.

MM249649****This was my first time in Lhasa with three elderly family members. The hotel's facilities were quite complete, and although it's a bit older, it's well-maintained. The service was warm and friendly, and we were very satisfied with our stay. When we arrived, the staff at the entrance proactively helped us with our luggage. Yesterday, one of the seniors experienced some altitude sickness, and when we returned to the hotel, the front desk attendant kindly provided an oxygen tank, which effectively alleviated their symptoms. I was so busy looking after them that I forgot to take any pictures of the hotel.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with the hotel I saw on Xiaohongshu. The experience was 100 points. It was a very satisfying stay. The hotel is in a good location. The room is clean and sanitary. There are humidifiers and oxygen concentrators. The hotel decoration is grand. The combination of ******* and Chinese styles is very impressive. The lighting and ventilation are very good. The breakfast on the first floor is very rich. The sour soup rice noodles taste absolutely delicious. The staff is very enthusiastic and polite, especially Lulu at the front desk. Check-in is very professional and enthusiastic. Manager Fan of the travel agency on the first floor arranged a one-day tour of Yanghu Lake. The driver's skills are perfect and the arranged route is super awesome. It is a very cost-effective hotel. I strongly recommend it and will come again next time.

GGuest UserThe InterContinental Lhasa Paradise is, without a doubt, one of the best luxury hotels I've ever stayed in – my entire experience was absolutely perfect!
I especially want to commend our butler, Dekyi Nancy. Her service genuinely made me feel at home. She was attentive and professional throughout, offering care and assistance just like family. Whether it was various needs during our stay or small questions about our itinerary, she patiently and meticulously resolved every single one. This level of thoughtful service is something I’ve never experienced in other hotels, and it was incredibly heartwarming. The hotel itself also completely exceeded my expectations. It perfectly blends ******* and European styles; the exterior is grand and magnificent, and it looks particularly stunning at night bathed in light. The lobby is spacious and impressive, exuding an upscale ambiance. The beds in the room were incredibly comfortable, making for a truly peaceful stay. Dekyi Nancy also recommended the hotel's buffet, which was astounding! It's primarily seafood-focused, with premium ingredients like king crab all-you-can-eat. The variety of dishes was extensive, the taste was superb, and it offered excellent value for money.
My entire stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel, and I want to once again thank Dekyi Nancy for her outstanding service. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Lhasa!
