There was a free nasal oxygen concentrator in the lobby, and some rooms even had individual oxygen machines, which was reassuring for first-time visitors to high altitudes. The receptionist and owner were very attentive, reminding us not to rush, to drink plenty of water, and to rest as much as possible upon arrival. The location was also convenient, within walking distance of the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street. The rooms provided disposable towels, bath towels, and toilet seat covers, making us feel clean and at ease with family. The owner was incredibly welcoming, patiently chatting with my parents and even offering suggestions for our next day's activities. Our stay felt very personal and welcoming, not just a cold, impersonal accommodation.

The bedding is clean and soft, providing a very comfortable sleep, and the overall cleanliness is impeccable. The facilities are brand new and smart, exceeding my expectations for a pleasant and comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip, highly recommended!

This newly opened hotel in Damxung was a lifesaver for a night, especially with its oxygen supply, which kept altitude sickness at bay. The massage chair was an unexpected bonus, making it feel truly like a five-star hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and helped with our luggage as soon as we arrived. The unlimited hot water was a dream! It's super clean too. Room 317 is hands down the best hotel room I've ever stayed in. Plus, they even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. I was almost tempted to ask for more to take home, they were so lovely!

It seems to have been open for more than 20 years. At first, there was no hot water, but when the hot water was available, it was very small. I told the boss, who was very nice, but nothing was solved. If the requirements are not very high, it is still a good place to stay.
