Frühstück: Teilweise fehlte Geschirr,es wurde kaum oder gar nicht ausgefüllt. Angebot einseitig.
Auf dem Zimmer schmutzige Vorhänge.
Im Allgemeinen ein etwas schmuddeliger Eindruck.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Otrolig service och fint renoverade, rena rum!
Vilken otrolig service! Vi möttes av hotellets ägare i entrén som följde oss till rummet och erbjöd bärhjälp. Mycket lugnt hotell utan hiss, med vacker utsikt och snyggt och smart renoverade rum. Rekommenderas!

Lomamatka Saksassa
Hotelli sijaitsi vanhankaupungin laidalla, lähellä kaikkia nähtävyyksiä ja palveluita. Tästä johtuen autoilevalle matkailijalle auton pysäköintipaikan löytäminen saattaa olla haasteellista.
Kaupunkioloissa pitää tottua urbaaniin elämään, kuten esim. sunnuntai aamuisin klo 8.00 - 8.10 kaikki kaupungin kirkonkellot soivat.
Hotelli sijaitse Trave-joen välittömässä läheisyydessä ja koska oli kesäkuu, niin lämmitys oli otettu pois päältä, mutta joesta nouseva kosteus oli läsnä majoituksessa. Toisaalta myös tällöin oli Saksassa rankkasateita, jotka tietysti saattoivat vaikuttaa huoneen kosteuteen.
Liikuntarajoitteiselle hotelli ei sovellu lainkaan, koska hotellissa ei ole hiissä vaan kapeat ja jyrkät portaat.
Aamiainen ei sisältynyt majoituksen hintaan, vaan sen saattoi erikseen ostaa. Mielestäni hinta laatu suhde ei ollut aivan kohdallaan.

Nice stay in Lübeck
Very nice stay at this hotell and very friendly staff. The manager was very helpfull with parking and made out stay very easy and comfortable. The restaurant was also very good with good meat and redvine

Centralt men dålig rengöring.
Rummet var inte riktigt rengjod när vi kom.Det fanns döda insekter runt fönster och golv.
Vi valde att inte köpa med frukost pga. högt pris.
Stor fördel för att det låg centralt beläget.
Det står att det skulle vara daglig städning men det gjorde bara sista dagen av tre när vi bad om det för toapappert tog slut .
Dem kom och städade sista dagen kl 1730.
Stort minus är att köket låg beläget under alla rum.
Så trappan upp och hallen stank av mat fett som kom in rummen.

Kolla parkering innan bokning
Hotellet lovar parkering men finns inget ledigt när vi kommer. Blir hänvisade till att parkera på gata 400 meter från hotellet. Det drar ner betyget. Annars Ok rum, dock mycket ljud från gatan. Åt ingen frukost.
