Very nice clean hotel, but the restaurant service wasn’t the best

Nice beach, good location in central Bahrain.

Good and near to Manama

Everything was great

opposite the seef mall a bit out of the way. but Uber picks up reliably - villas beautiful to the back restaurant swimming pool and beach

The furniture is old

The hotel, grounds and staff were great except for attention to detail which is a real shame because that attention to detail would get them 5 out of 5. There was one staff member who really stood out to us and that was Elsa at Ronin 47. The staff were super respectful and friendly ✔️ The surroundings were stunning✔️ The food and atmosphere were very good✔️ Unfortunately the reason I withheld two points was: Cigarette Smoke stench coming from neighbours through A/C? No iron. ( called 3 times) The jacuzzi bath was dirty inside the jets. Unclean patio. Lights programmed to come on through the night. ( got told to take card out) Still waiting for wine glasses. 🤪 I got embarrassed having to mention many issues.

I am a regular Saturday visitor to the pool But the last 3 weekends I have been left extremely frustrated and unimpressed by the service The WhatsApp code that is given along with the code for the menu does not work I.e. nobody responds to any messages I waited 45 minutes for a frappuccino today having repeated my order to the lifeguard as there were no other staff on duty. Then I ordered a plate of fries and a can of Sprite I waited 1 hour, asked 3 different waiters, even went to the restaurant (nobody was there) Absolutely horrendous service Great pool, don't expect f&b.

Enjoy the best sunset here and love the greenery. Great ambience and equally brilliant staff. Good variety of food and drinks. The best pool and service. Looking forward to come back and experience all the facilities at this brilliant resort.

First of all this hotel has the potential to be a top class resort. This wasn’t our experience this time but was assured by the manager that as it is under new management changes were being made. Upon check in we were upgraded to a suite which was very much appreciated. The rooms are dated with dark cumbersome furniture and old creaky wardrobes with no chest of drawers, just unuseful small drawers. In our Villa there were 11 sets of heavy curtains to pull morning and night which again were dated and not suitable for a ‘Boutique Hotel. However the room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. Plenty of water left in the room and toiletries in the bathroom. Drinks are very expensive and the non availability of a buffet breakfast on some mornings not favourable. Having being informed we could get anything from the buffet this was not the case. Disappointing. The pool and beach area is magnificent and the setting of the villas is beautiful. Ladies gym very good. This has the potential to be a stunning resort but it is not there yet. The Shisha bar is a fabulous place to sit back and relax. The food was very good and with the new chef had the potential to be excellent. He came and introduced himself to us and asked how the food was. One massive shout out must go to Maria who works in the restaurant/room service. Her sparkly personality and willingness to make our stay the best was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, what an asset to your organisation. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and hope that these ‘teething problems’ will be sorted.

This hotel is a short drive from everything in Manama. The outdoor are is beautiful, there is a sand beach and infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The staff are exceptional. Everyone (except one see below) we encountered form reception to lifeguards to cleaners were so friendly and helpful. We were upgraded on arrival which was very nice. The villas are large and spacious thought the interior decor is pretty dated. The spa was also great. Cleng does one of the best massages I have ever had. The only problem we had was one evening we signed drinks in eh bar to our room. When we got to the room the bartender called to tell us we couldn't sign drinks to our room as we had not left a deposit at reception. That had not been mentioned to us at all on check in. The bartender very kindly offered to bring the bill and card machine to our room. After half an hour of waiting I called the front desk to see if they could speak to the bar and find out when they were coming. Another 20 minutes later someone came to the room. When I said I had been waiting nearly an hour the response was well it's not my area. As someone who has been in the hotel industry for 25 years including owning my own hotel that is not an acceptable answer to a guest who has been kept waiting. It was disappointing as all the other staff were so amazing. With the exception of this one incident we had a very nice stay and would recommend the hotel

I was in the resort last Friday We couldn’t sleep all night tell morning because of some guests having an outdoor party at the pool which is open 24 hours. The sound of their speaker was so loud and when we informed the receptionist 2 times he did nothing . We were wondering if you are allowed to bring your speaker and do an outdoor party. It was a miserable night and not thinking of visiting the place again. Resorts need to enforce noise regulations to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.

Reception is always busy. Noisy all the day. The worst service ever. Not worth the payment. No respect to the customers. The villas are dirty . This is the last visit to this hotel and any relative branch carry the same name or company. Any things mentioned regarding this hotel is not there. No relaxing time and also no respect to tier needs. All facilities are closed. Reception worker they give no help. It is totally not worth and not good experience.

❌❌black list hotel❌ Never go this hotel they STOLE MONEY from the safe. I lived in this hotel from 25th April until 28th April. Before check out when I prepared my baggage I opened the safe and found that the money was stolen total 1800$!!!!! The hotel manager European man didn’t want to help me he was against me. There are no cameras near the entrance to the room and near the villa. It’s impossible to proof. Stuff know it and steal money. Moreover they very arrogant ask a lot of uncomfortable questions and ask for money for tea and are often dissatisfied and slow. Nobody will help you. They will say it’s your fault it’s impossible. I didn’t write my feedback earlier because I waited police decision but one month passed they don’t want work and don’t want talk when I call them. So please never go this hotel I worry if they go unpunished they will do it to other people! I hope my feedback help people and you choose another hotel ❌❌الفندق ذو القائمة السوداء لا تذهب إلى هذا الفندق أبدًا ، فقد سرقوا الأموال من الخزنة. عشت في هذا الفندق من 25 أبريل حتى 28 أبريل. قبل تسجيل المغادرة عندما جهزت حقائبي ، فتحت الخزنة ووجدت أن الأموال المسروقة إجمالي 1800 دولار !!!!! لم يرد الرجل الأوروبي مدير الفندق مساعدتي لأنه كان ضدي. لا توجد كاميرات بالقرب من مدخل الغرفة وبالقرب من الفيلا. من المستحيل إثبات ذلك. الأشياء تعرفها وتسرق المال. علاوة على ذلك ، فإنهم متغطرسون يسألون الكثير من الأسئلة غير المريحة ويطلبون المال مقابل الشاي وغالبًا ما يكونون غير راضين وبطيئين. لن يساعدك أحد. سيقولون أنه خطأك إنه مستحيل. لم أكتب ملاحظاتي في وقت سابق لأنني انتظرت قرار الشرطة ولكن مر شهر وهم لا يريدون العمل ولا يريدون التحدث عندما أتصل بهم. لذا من فضلك لا تذهب إلى هذا الفندق أبدًا ، فأنا قلق إذا لم يعاقبوا سيفعلون ذلك لأشخاص آخرين!
