For Chinese travelers, having a hot water kettle is incredibly important. The one-bedroom apartment was very spacious, with plenty of room. The washing machine and dryer were a huge convenience, allowing us to pack lighter. The induction cooktop, oven, cookware, dishes, and dishwasher, combined with the large supermarket nearby, made cooking a joy. Australian beef and lamb are truly delicious! Laundry detergent, dishwasher powder, dishcloths, salt, and pepper were all provided, which was very helpful. The neighborhood is new, quiet, and close to both the beach and tram stops. It's also within the Free Tram Zone. The front desk staff were friendly and always happy to assist. This is an excellent choice for families with children.

PIck up and delivery from and to the airport was very easy. I called and they came right away.
The room was spotless and very comfortable. They had a food cart for breakfast and dinner and both meals were excellent.
I highly share this hotel.

Overall comfortable 1 night stay. Booking/Room as described, with all necessities provided.
Staff were welcoming, warm and helpful. I would recommend Quest Docklands and would consider staying again myself. Fantastic location with walkable surroundings and nice sights!
Smooth check-in & check-out process; precheck-in option is a great feature, I saw it too late to utilise.
Air vents may need cleaning as it didn't feel as cool as expected, woke up a little sweaty but the humid morning could have been messing with temperature.
Air definitely flowing though as had to fiddle with the curtains to minimise slight bumping sounds it was making against the frame.
I appreciate the welcome letter, especially the clarification on the no smoking policy.
Environmentally conscious attention, always a plus!

The hotel was what I expected, neat, clean, and overall pretty good. The staff we're great, most are Thai people, (probably the friendliest in the world 🌎) and nothing was a problem....
I did find the location...not ideal for what I had planned that night, (Pearl Jam at Marvel Stadium) but still, it was close enough so as not to be an issue.
I arrived late and the directions for keys and after hours was easy, room was clean, just had a quick 7 hrs sleep and out again. The 1 Bedroom was spacious, although no food or easy access to food, the area is not great to be walking around at night.

We enjoyed our stay, room was great and comfy bed. Location is ideal. Only downside is when I booked parking was included but when we checked in they said it wasn’t and was full. To give the staff credit they sourced me a very reasonably priced car park a short walk away. Overall A great place to say.
It would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.
I stayed at house 13 on March 10 2025, and there a gang of black people having a party over the night at house 12. I don't want to discrimate people and I used the word ”black” merely to describe that group of people that night. The music is very loud, and from time to time there are heavy drum beats which you can feel the vibration from the floor, and sometimes they knocked the wall of the townhouse separating house 13 / 12, and I supposed no one can sleep under this situation. Both my wife and me could not sleep but scared because they are young & strong black males. Finally we turned on the light at 2 a.m. and open the curtain to tell them to quiet from our 1/F balcony when 3 of them were arguing with a woman loudly in the common backyard. They ignored and continued!
At 5 p.m. it's raining but I could not tolerate anymore, I went out to tell them silence please! A big tall black guy (not brown, very black) said ” I got you!”.
Frankly speaking, I was a little bit scare., but what elase I could do?!
When the reception open next day (house 1?), I complained and requested a change of room (actually house). The reception ladies are very friendly and they said they had reported the police twice that night for the noise is too loud & affecting many customers staying at different houses that night. But they do the same regardless the police warning. According to the reception, she had blacklisted this customer from booking the Quest hotel chain nationalwide (Australia) anymore. When I returned to the hotel the other day, I got a thank you card apologize for what had happened together with a bottle of wine for the inconvenience caused.
Although I had a nightmare in this hotel, I think it is a one-off incident, and I will still recomend this service apartment.
Overall, it was a good experience. The only downside is the lack of restaurants nearby, but there's an Asian supermarket about 200 meters away, which pretty much covers all my needs. It's a solid choice.

GGuest UserWas actually really happy with our stay, the bed was very comfy which was a surprise for a hotel. Had Netflix on the TV and a nice balcony on 3rd floor. Thought the room was very nice for the price we paid. Reception people were helpful and polite.
Will definitely stay there again in the future
GGuest UserQuest Collingwood is located in an excellent area, close to restaurants, bars, cafes, and Smith & Gertrude Sts. The staff are professional young and engaging and very customer focussed. The complex and the apartment is modern and well designed though the balcony lacks privacy as you can see your neighbours through the fence bars. If the bars were angled 45° the problem would be solved. My balcony faced north but looked into the apartment block next door but that didn’t bother me. I didn’t use the gym so unable to comment. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay out of the CBD, in a trendy area, within walking distance to the MCG, Australian Open and the City centre I would definitely stay here again.
AAnonymous UserVery clean, well-equipped, with good supermarket and shopping mall facilities in the surrounding area. It is about half an hour's drive from the city center CBD. It is an apartment worth staying in for families

MMok HowRoom is clean, fully furnished with all amenities you may need. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is few mins walking distance to nearby restaurants and about 10 mins drive by car to Werribee Zoo. Highly recommended as it was a pleasant stay.

GGavinServiced apartments that for long stay are great. Good location out in the SE of Melbourne and easy to access freeway into city or other areas. Service was great by professional staff. Will go back and next time hope the pool is back in operation (understand yearly maintenance must occur of course)
