Terrible service, the hotel never contacted me to check in, they didn't even send me an email, I had to go to Milan to the hotel and wait 2 hours outside in the heat.

I don't recommend it to anyone, better move on. 100 instructions until you get to the room, no reception, very hard to answer phone or email. The rooms are very dirty, the walls stained and drawn, cobwebs and spiders. Very poorly equipped, smells bad. The bathroom constantly smelled bad from the ventilation system. It is cold in the room, it does not heat up. It's conditioner, but it smells very, very bad, and it was impossible to plug it in. For two weeks no one came to change the towels, bed linen and clean. Shops are far from the hotel. Because of the train lines, it is very noisy all day until late at night. Run away from this place, I don't recommend.

We made 2 reservations here through booking before going to Milan on a business visit. One of the rooms had a terrace and the other was a Superior room. After a long flight, we arrived at the facility and that's when the problems started. First of all, there is absolutely no staff in front of you. If you do not have a mobile phone and internet, it is not possible to enter the facility. Because they send messages to your mobile phone as soon as you arrive at the facility. Passport information, passport pictures, personal information, city tax payment links... After filling and sending these, they send you the entrance information to the facility in the form of a puzzle. Front door entrance password, main building entrance password and finally room access information. There was no problem with the room with terrace. However, the room they called a superior room was outside the facility and was in the form of an outbuilding where the staff who had previously worked there probably stayed. A dirty area right across the door where the facility's garbage is stored, noisy air conditioning motors on the exterior of the building next door, and the smell of garlic and spicy food for 3 days! Before settling into the facility, we called an official and requested that the room be changed. Because the room we chose through booking was not an outbuilding. The person on the phone stated that there was no other available room in the same facility, this was the room we chose and that change was not possible for 3 days. Half an hour later, the representative came to the facility for the customer who had another problem. Just as we were about to explain the situation, he ran away from there. Right next to the room was an area where company cars were washed, and the sounds of car washing could be heard throughout the day. We had to stay in a place worse than a doghouse for 3 days with the windows and shutters closed. The day after we left the facility, I realized that I had forgotten a shirt in the wardrobe and immediately contacted the facility. I told them that this shirt was valuable and asked them to keep it at the facility. In the message sent the next day, it was written that the shirt could not be found! How could it be? Since the facility staff entered the room to clean after us, the shirt should have been found and left at the facility. But no matter how many messages I sent, it was said that the shirt was not there. Apparently the shirt was stolen by the facility staff! When Booking contacted the facility about this issue, the facility said that they did not have such an outbuilding style room! Accommodation is of great standard for a small party. The man who gave us the keys was very thoughtful and demostrated himself to be committed to making our stay better. Only downside is probably location as city centre is hard to get to if you’re not familiar with metro systems.

I had to report them because they left me out all night. The property promised me that they would deliver the apartment to me at 10.30pm, but after 10.10pm, when I tried to contact them to confirm, no one answered the phone anymore. Ciao, casa non tanto pulita, sulle lenzuola e tovaglie niente da dire però abbiamo trovato il pavimento abbastanza sporco alcune ragnatele sui muri e pure le posate non erano pulitissime . Non c'era nemmeno un prodotto per pulire ne il bagno, ne le superfici della cucina, abbiamo avuto problemi con piano cottura che non funziona e con il condizionatore e non c'è stata nessun tipo di assistenza, ancora aspettiamo che ci richiamano per risolvere il problema.
