I was really impressed with this hotel! The overall environment is fantastic, very clean and elegant with a super comfortable vibe. The room itself is incredibly spacious, with a wide-open layout that never felt cramped, making for a very relaxing stay. The biggest bonus was how quiet it was; the soundproofing is excellent, and there wasn't a single noise at night, so I slept incredibly soundly. My stay here was perfect, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

For a hotel that doesn't have a prominent street-facing sign, this place is remarkably well-executed. The owner has clearly poured a lot of thought and effort into it. Having just stayed at another hotel in Nanjing with a similarly discreet entrance a few days prior, I could really appreciate the difference here. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the hotel exuded a warm, inviting atmosphere, feeling more like a stylish café or a cozy bar. The staff's genuine smiles immediately made me feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process at the front desk was efficient and professional, with not a moment of tedious waiting. My room was impeccably designed with sophisticated, modern decor and equipped with high-quality amenities. What truly impressed me was the immaculate cleanliness – not a speck of dust was to be found. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, making me feel like I was sleeping on clouds and guaranteeing a peaceful night's rest until morning. The spacious bathroom, excellent water pressure, and instant hot water provided a truly superb showering experience. The hotel's location is also superb, offering convenient transportation and a wide array of shopping and dining options nearby. It's truly the small details that showcase their excellence: from the delicious breakfast to the staff's proactive and warm greetings, I felt genuinely and meticulously cared for throughout my stay. The value for money here is exceptional. Without a doubt, this will be my top choice for a 'home away from home' on all future travels, and I will wholeheartedly recommend it to all my friends.

This is a movie-themed hotel with excellent facilities, arguably the best in Beilun District. It offers convenient parking and is close to the highway exit, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Check-in was quick and efficient, and Anna, who was lovely, even offered us welcome juice drinks. She paid attention to details, noticing that the elderly and children couldn't drink cold beverages, which was a nice touch. The breakfast selection was rich and included Ningbo local specialties. Overall, it was great value for money during the May Day holiday.

We booked a deluxe suite, and the space was absolutely amazing! We were immediately impressed upon entering; the elegant and sophisticated modern Chinese design, with its warm color scheme, was breathtaking. The room was spotless, which was incredibly reassuring for families with children. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and there were even special amenities for kids – attention to detail was impeccable. The kids' absolute favorite part was definitely the hotel's indoor heated pool! The water was crystal clear, and the temperature was just right, so we didn't have to worry about them getting cold. The pool was thoughtfully divided into different areas, including a shallow area for children and dedicated lanes. The kids didn't want to leave, and I, as their mother, could relax and unwind – it was a true hands-free solution!

This time I stayed at the all-season hotel and the experience was superb, I must come to a good review! The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and I also helped upgrade the room type for free. It was really a surprise. The overall facilities of the room are very new, the decoration is simple and clean, the space is spacious and bright, and the living is particularly comfortable. The bedding is soft and the quality of sleep is very good. The hotel laundry room is fully equipped and convenient to use. It is too friendly to people who need to change laundry. There was no noise interference at night during the Spring Festival and the rest was very good. The sanitation is very meticulous, everything is clean and tidy, and the details are in place!

My recent business trip to China hit a snag when I found myself running low on RMB, turning simple tasks like eating and shopping into real challenges. I first tried to exchange my euros for Chinese RMB at my company-booked hotel, but they couldn't help. As a last resort, I walked into a nearby Atour Hotel to ask if I could exchange euros for RMB there. The moment I entered, the front desk agent greeted me with a warm smile and a cup of hot tea. That instant warmth and genuine Chinese hospitality put me completely at ease. After I explained my situation, she sketched a clear map to nearby banks and then, seeing my confusion, kindly offered, ”Let me take you there!” She accompanied me to several banks, but none handled foreign exchange on weekends. Undaunted, she persisted until we found one that could exchange my currency. As if her help wasn't enough, it suddenly started pouring while we were inside. She rushed back to the hotel in the rain and returned with an umbrella, saying, ”I didn't want you to get wet. Please keep it.” I was truly amazed by her kindness to a non-guest. So, when I returned to Beilun, I didn’t hesitate to skip my company's hotel and chose Atour instead. It was absolutely the right decision. The room was well-equipped and spotless, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the service was thoughtful in every aspect. My thanks again to that front desk employee. Her kindness didn’t just solve a practical problem—it left me with a lasting impression of the warmth and sincerity of Chinese hospitality.

The environment is clean and sanitary, the service attitude is very good, the breakfast is delicious, the transportation is convenient, the parking is convenient, and the gym and laundry are free. It is highly recommended and the price is affordable. I choose this hotel every time I go on a business trip

Had an excellent stay at Anlan Hotel in Ningbo. The reception staff were outstanding — genuinely willing to help with anything I needed throughout my stay. The rooms were amazing too, comfortable and well appointed. One thing worth noting: the hotel is located in Beilun district, which was perfect for me since I had business in the area, but if you’re looking to explore central Ningbo, it’s a bit of a distance away, so worth keeping in mind depending on your purpose of visit. Overall a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it, especially for anyone with business in Beilun.

The hotel is very good and clean. They provided free laundry and do have a free drink (carbonate drink). The breakfast also quiet good. Others, the receptionist name Xiaohu is very good, she treat me with a cup of latte during check-out. Thank you so much for your kindness Xiaohu.
